This place gave me a bad tire I came and I bought a tire yesterday 3/29/24 not less then 24hrs my tire was losing air and now it can't be used I had to go re but a tire this morning 3/30/24 when they took it off it had two plugs and a whole in it and they gave me a bad tire as I came back to get a refund the business is closed on a working day secondly there phones do not work I want a refund immediately or I will be contacting my bank to report what you guys did this is insane and unethical these times are already hard for people why would you feel it's okay to scam me out of a tire read more

Did these guys come from NASCAR?? They are so fast even with so many vehicles in there. They do not try to upsell you and treat you well even tho ur a woman who know nothing about the size of your tires. Me of course. Highly recommend getting ur struts, shocks and wheel stuff there. Located right around the corner from my house...today Dec 27, 2018. Called first... needed my spare tire repaired. Guy was ok on the phone. He said he needed to see it first. I get there, one guy there. I get out & walk in his direction. I'm standing 10 feet from him. He glances up at me, says nothing, then goes back to what he was doing. I stood there for maybe 3 minutes then finally said, 'If you're busy I can come back.' He replies : 'Yeah...ok'....Not 'hello' 'Happy Holidays'....rude as F&@K!..Mind you I had called first. I was hesitant about posting a negative review because I believe in supporting small and local businesses but I have to raise awareness. I went in for a patch because my tire was low. The guy that helped me was a bit rude and I really couldn't see what he was doing when he finally helped me but the kicker is I think he took my tire and replaced it with an older one. None of my tires have wearing on the sides. I even asked him about it because the tire had a lot of wearing on the ends and the brand did not look familiar. I left because I felt uneasy but I suggest you take a picture of your tires before you go in to make sure he doesn't swap them for older ones. Not trustworthy. read more

I came here because I was desperate in finding a tire. One of the highlights is that this place closes late compared to other shops, which makes it very convenient to others. I did feel that for a use tire it was much more expensive than other locations that i have been to. Their customer service was not good at all. One guy just had a flat affect. Great service with these guys. Perhaps it was because they were not busy at all. It was around 10 am on a Wednesday. What's great about this place is that it is open until 7pm. I've been here twice and i've been in and out with 10 minutes. Not sure about their other services but they also seem to be reasonable. Ask for some used tires and tire balancing and the cost is about average. read more

Went to Redondos Tire today I had bought four used tires and asked the owner how many to mount them he said 13 if I wanted them balanced I agreed but but after he was done he charged me 20 dollars more.....He said that 13 was for mounting the tire and 5 additional for balancing the tire. 18 dollars all together. I've literally come here since I was 16 years old. Now that I'm almost 40 I still come here. Their tire patching and top notch and I've never had one fail on me. I've gotten tire rotations and even bought some tires here as well. Prices are always less than any other place I've called and all service is done promptly and carefully. Tires mounted are balanced, checked for any leaks and correctly put in place. Workers NEVER give that fake, nice, "we have the best customer service" attitude. Workers always quietly and efficiently get the job done without wasting anyone's time.... which is what 99% of us want. read more

Why does this place keep their yard dogs In a tiny space covered in their feces? They're never let out of that tiny area they have them in and they hardly have any shelter from the cold or sun... dogs look malnourished, I can't support a place like that! read more
