The initial service was fast and friendly, but after getting home, I discovered an oil leak caused by a cracked plastic oil filter housing. These plastic housings are known to get brittle over time and crack easily, so it was just one of those unlucky things that can happen during a routine service. Since I was already near another mechanic, I had them handle the repair. When I reached out to Pacific Tire Service to let them know, their response was immediate and incredible. They had me come right in and completely covered the entire repair bill from the other mechanic. Any shop can handle basic maintenance, but a business's true character shows in how they take care of their customers when an unexpected issue pops up. Pacific Tire Service showed total honesty, accountability, and genuine care. They earned my absolute trust, and I highly recommend them!
