Best in the city of Gardena! Awesome service and it's family owned! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I talked to Laura who was beyond helpful with my situation and questions! i didn't have the opportunity to spend much time here since they were so fast to fix my problems with my car! but the time i did spend was the first time i felt like i wasn't getting taken advantage of from a car service! i had gotten my two tires slashed and wanted to find a good deal before i got paid so i could still use my car, and i didn't have enough to cover the total, and laura told me about the Snap Finance program which allowed me and my husband to get our car back on the road for free at the time! i returned for an oil change a few days after because they made me feel so very welcomed! please keep up the great work and customer service! you guys are amazing here. read more

I work just minutes from Pacific Tire in Gardena and can't believe I hadn't gone there before -- what a fantastic family-owned shop. I had a big screw in my tire and needed to get through the rest of the week, so I called and spoke with Laura. She was extremely helpful and answered all my questions immediately. When I arrived, the whole team quickly worked together to remove the screw, diagnose the puncture, and patch the tire. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Zero hassle. Because I was so impressed, I asked for a quote on new tires I'll need soon. They provided me with three different options -- no pressure, no upsell -- just clear explanations of the features, advantages, and benefits based on my driving needs. As good, or better quotes than America's Tires. This is exactly the kind of longstanding, trustworthy shop you hope to find. I highly recommend Pacific Tire, and thank you for valuing my time and truly taking care of your customers. read more

Had a screw in a tire, stopped by early Saturday morning and two young men greeted me, asked what i needed and began to take off the wheel. It was quiet, so they were done patching the tire in a few minutes. They added a complimentary tire pressure check for the other three tires as well. Very happy with this tire shop. Didn't spend much, and didn't take long! A win for me! Thank you Pacificos Tire! read more

After stressful days of tire shops trying to sell/install illegal/unsafe tires finally i called and spoke with Luara from Pacific Tires in Gardena and was instantly relieved and faith was once again restored! The employees indirectly reassured me that credible/trustworthy automotive shops still exist. They were super helpful, friendly, quick and my wife and I left confident and doubtless that we had absolutely made the right decision and would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a honest mom and pop shop.Let's face it there's a lot of scammers out there in this field of work and its relieving to know i could put my trust( and vehicle) in Pacific Tires. Gardena. A special Thanks to the employees there , we appreciate you! read more

In February 2024 and early in the morning. I was trying to get down to San Diego for a conference when I discovered one of my tires was completely flat. I frantically searched Yelp and discovered Pacific Tire Company was about to open at 7am and right down the street from me. I pumped up my tire and got straight over there. I was the first one there. They are primarily Spanish speaking with some English and really helpful. They quoted me a new tire and installation for $125. (It was not a brand name tire but I've been running on it for months now without a problem.) I agreed and it was done. From pulling up to pulling out, they took care of me in twenty minutes! Super fast! I recommend Pacific Tire if you're looking for a no frills, reliable tire company. read more

Pacific Tire in Gardena is a family owned business. I have been here twice and they have great customer service and prices!! I had my TPMS sensors replaced and my front brakes replaced. Service was quick and they had good prices. I was given quotes on tires and the back brakes and the gave me an estimate on roughly how much time I had left on them so I could budget for them. They also encouraged me to come back in 3 months so they could check them again. There is indoor seating and also outdoor seating. They offered me water and coffee at both visits. I will definitely continue to come here for tires and the other services they offer. read more

I had air leaking from my tire,so I went to Pacific tire company and they were very friendly. This is going to be my 4th time coming here. Beyond a good service and great deals. There's an awesome Latino businessman running the place with his daughter, and they are extremely generous and understanding. The tire brands they have here are top notch and the service is fast and reliable. It's a small location packed with quality work to say the least. The fact is so convenient right next to the freeway. If your around the area this shop is it! For ladies too I know sometimes it's hard going to places where man dominate the industry, but this family owned place is so humble they will make you feel right at home. Hope it helps if your in a jam read more

My tire size is unusual I called all the tire shops in Hawthorne Lawndale surrounding areas could not find my tire size. Luckily people at Pacific tire called their different locations and found the tires that I needed and gave me a call back and by the time my truck got there it was already after hours and they did me the favor and stayed there waited waited for me everyone was very pleasant offering me water. I will be definitely going back great price on the tires too by the way. read more

Says open on Sundays but no one showed up to open. Fortunately I found another shop to do the repair.

I went to this shop a couple of days ago to buy a new set of tires. The guy in charge took my car in and installed the new tires but damaged the rims of my car really bad. And instead of telling me he just sprayed the damage with spray paint so I would not notice. That was very unprofessional and dishonest they do not deserve the businesses. read more

Okay i usually dont do reviews unless its really warranted. Let me tell you this place deserves it. My tire ripped on freeway and i got off by them. Called to see if I should drive car to shop (since nearby and not flat) the manager got on phone, insisted i wait there while he came to see my tire wherever I was at. I am not aware of a place that takes care of people like that. He escorted me back to shop. There they offer my son water while we waited. Not only gave me a great price on a used tire but also checked my other tire and noticed it was bad as well. Thank you jesus he noticed that and i wasnt on freeway with my child. He proceeded to give me a great estimate on new tires for all 4 and for when Im ready to buy and within 30 mins I was on mu way. The cashier girl is friendly as well. Gotta give props where props are due. I would seriously recommend this place to anyone. read more

I took my truck because my tire pressure was low. They checked it and said it wasn't the tire it was the stem. They replaced it and that was it! I met 3 guys and they were all nice. I asked one of them to look at my tires and see if it's time for more and he said no "you're good." He could have taken advantage of me like a LOT of people do when they see a woman by herself. He didn't do that... very honest and now they have a new Customer! I am going to send them referrals too. read more
