Paulina and the mechanics here quite literally saved the day when I needed very specific tires for a warranty to replace my flat. I wish we found them before we towed my car to a different tire shop who had them in stock on their system but couldn't locate them, but I'm so happy we ended up at Pacific Tire. Paulina was very helpful over the phone, and they understood the assignment. I had my car towed here and they were done SO FAST. Amazing!! I went in for a routine check up of my tires. I was worried I had a nail or something in my front right tire that was causing a leak, and I was right. I took it in at 9 am and left around 9:40. I cannot say enough good things about Pacific Tire of Lawndale. I got a flat tire on a Saturday and was calling everywhere trying to find a very specific tire size. Four or five other shops either did not have it in stock or could not get me in. I was so lucky to find Pacific Tire because they had exactly what I needed and even had two left in stock. They told me to come in right away and got to work as soon as I arrived. Marty helped me and he was truly amazing. I had a nail in my tire on Sunday, but because our normal tire place is closed on Sunday's, I gave this place a shot to get a patch done. It took them about two minutes to come back to me and tell me that my tire was too old to be patched and that I needed a replacement. I suspected they were upselling, so I thanked them and left. I went to my normal tire guys the next day, and they patched the tire without any issues at all. Not a peep about the tire's age or condition. I really try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but they earned this review by trying to upsell me on something I didn't need, and they lost me as a customer forever. read more

When I was driving home from Inglewood,I stopped at Smart & Final grocery store in Lawndale on Hawthorne Blvd &Marine Ave. I remember tire place on Hawthorne Blvd &Marine,where I buy quality use tires and service always perfect. It was around 5:30PM,I found Pacific Tire Shop,there were open.There were about 3 costumer repairing they cars. Soon I stop my car, mechanic was walking to me and asking questions. I showed to him my tire and rim what needs to be repair. Mechanic Armando in 3 minutes showed to me use tire in good condition. I asked him about tire rim. Should I buy k new one or can be repair? Armando recommended fixed my rim and sell me ,use tire. When I was walking back to my car,other mechanic helped me put my spare tire in the truck. The service was fast and excellent. I try to see how Armando fix my rim. He fixed my rim and put tire on it in 5 minutes.. I try to pay Armando for his service and use tire. He introduced me to his manager. She collected money from me. Long time ago ,when I was l visited Pacific Tire. I was asking who own this place now. Answer was, the owner is same for over 20 years. We are lucky who is resident in areas North Redondo Beach Lawndale and close cities. In my opinion,this the one of the best tire place close to Redondo Beach, Torrance,Gardena and Hawthorne. 5 STAR SERVICE!!! I had a huge chunk of plastic stuck in my tire and realized on the freeway in traffic this morning. My PSI went from 32 to 18 to 4 so fast and I was able to pull off the freeway and into Pacific Tire on my flat. Hector greeted me immediately and had my car up on a jack and my tire off within 10 min. Hector was so amazing and had me in and out of there in 30 min. My brand new tire was $140 and leaving a review took $10 off . They were fairly busy and were working on 4 other cars as well, so to get my tire fixed so quickly was such a blessing.
