CalTrans refuses to repair the 91 Fwy; earlier this year I got a flat twice on that freeway from potholes. The first time was not only stressful, but a rather expensive but learning process. The second time, while stressful, I had a better grasp on how to handle the situation. I ended up visiting Constance Tire Service, one of the only Black family owned passenger tire service stations, in a field of commercial tire service businesses. I called them initially and spoke to an older gentlemen. I have a specific tire and wanted to know if they had it before getting there. The old man confirmed they did. When I arrived, they did not. While the situation was stressful and I was justifiably upset, the grandson working there, Wayne, was polite and professional despite the mix up. He exhausted every possible alternative to try and resolve my issues. Given the unique aspects of my tire, no solution was found. And even in that, and the older gentlemen's lack of due diligence, Wayne's earnest approach to the situation warranted this review. read more

Got a flat right off the 91 today 11/7 and had to put my spare on and found this place right around the corner . Right when I pulled up the worker helped me out immediately and changed my tire out in under 15minutes . Apologies the man was very busy so I did not catch his name but he was very respectful and attentive, definitely would go back . AND my new 'used' tire was only $35!! read more

I hate to write a review like this because this is the kind of business you want to support in the community. But after my first time going to this shop it will most definitely be my last. I got a flat on my way to work. Stopped by since I was near their location. They sold me a replacement tire for $32. I was desperate and needed to get to work. I got to work alright, but 3 hours later the replacement tire was flat. On my way home I had to pump air into it. I made it home. 4 hours later the tire was flat again. I got sold a lemon and by the looks of it the tire wasn't even assembled correctly onto the rim. Unfortunately this is the first bad experience I've had at a tire shop. Won't be going back. My family and neighbors have been coming to this place for ages! Glad to know that this shop has been run by the same family for quite some time. Honest work always, and always provide us the best customer service. From quick used tires to the ocasional patch due to a nail, I've never had any problems with any and all of the assistance they've provided. It is cash only, and depending on the tire (nails, etc.) depends how much they charge. Just got my 19" Pirelli P Zero patched for $10 -- fair price in my opinion (won't get this at one of those "official" tire shops). The usual place I go to get my tires fix is apparently closed on Sunday but I desperately needed to get one flat fix and another tire looked as it kept loosing air over a long period of time. So I stumbled on this place and can say with confidence that this place is good. Fast and cheep is what I look for in a tire shop and that is exactly what I got from this shop. The employees looked like they knew what they were doing and got to work quickly. Twenty minutes later, I was on the road again and all it costed me was twenty dollars to fix two of my tires. I would highly recommend this place and would be happy to make this my main tire spot! read more

Got a used tire for $25. Quick service nice people. it wasnt the best used tire but it lasted until i got a new one.

Its the worst place to get tire service. The two employees that they have working there are completely clueless about tires. The owner is very unprofessional and does not value customers. The customer is supposed to be always right but they called me a liar when i explained my situation. This place has caused me a huge hassle and would not recommend it to anyone. On top of all of that the owner threatened me and said if he saw me in the streets he would act on his anger. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! read more

I have only good things to say about this tire shop. The fact that they are opened 7 days speaks volumes! Not to mention the character of the owner. A polite man with integrity. I was here about a week and a half ago for a nail in my tire, my tires are fairly new about 6 months tops. I came in to get it fixed since i did see my tire was getting a little low and spotted the nail. It was the nearest tire shop to me so i decided to give it a go, this isnt my first time getting a tire patched for a nail, I mean it happens, right? I have always paid 5-10 for it and didnt think today was any different. Wrong they charged me $15 and gave me a B.S. story about because i have an suv its more expensive that they were giving me a deal. Really? I wasn't going to argue with them all i could think was thats ridiculous. I paid and left. Fast forward to this morning I wake up to a tire with almost little to no air, after being larked all weekend. Went to another tire shop to get it checked and was told in fact the tire was patched but incorrectly so now I need to get it fixed again. read more
