I was greeted by Ray who was very professional and patiently listened to all of my concerns. He suggested I leave my SUV and they would check it out thoroughly. What followed is what I believe makes this place an excellent choice. When we next spoke, not only was I shown what the problems were, (main issue was the exhaust manifold with a long crack (no wonder the fumes)) but I was provided with options without any pressure or fast-talk. We discussed in detail which were priorities and which could wait. The prices quoted were very reasonable, I made my choices and agreed to the work.. Kevin and Peter worked on my car. As the work progressed, I would receive texted explanations of the work being done, and pictures of parts removed and parts installed. I really appreciated that. They are very knowledgeable and did an excellent job, going beyond what I expected in terms of quality and efficiency. When I picked up my car, all the work done was reviewed with me, there were no surprises nor confusion. All upfront and honest work. When I drove away, I was extremely pleased with the performance, it actually drove like new! I am very happy with this experience and with everyone I communicated with. The…read morefirst minor issue was when they lost the engine cover for my kia. they diddnt replace it and shrugged it off and told me they'd look for it. never got it back. an oil leak I paid for started up again about a week later and discovered a big gash in my upper oil sump. but the biggest issue for which I will never come back is that they diagnosed my truck with bad fuel pumps. I paid over 2 grand because they said it was two pumps on my truck. took it home and failed me again a few days later. I took it back and they told me the truck turned on and there was nothing wrong with it, regardless they charged me 160 just for removing my battery in and out saying they needed to remove a seat. the car never started . it took me months to figure out wether or not I really wanted to fix this car after this botched work. I went to a different mechanic where he diagnosed it was just the intelligent fuse box, a fuse was shorted... The mechanic told me not to go back to that place, that diagnosing bad fuel pumps is basic and the fact they replaced them was sketchy. they pretty much replaced my pumps and kept good working ones, he also said how changing me 160 for removing a battery is so bad. I've actually learned there is no need to remove the seats and it was dishonest. so I spent thousands of dollars on repair that wasn't needed and never even got the truck working. use this service at your own risk. they cannot work on cars past 2017, they don't have the know how.

Terrible Service from this place... Unstructured.. They pick and choose who they WANT to provide…read moreservice too. They saw me pull in their driveway and chose to help the person who drove in after me.. Me thinking I'm being patient even after that... I found myself wasting my time as I was looked at, but ignored.. I've been here before where associates asked you what service you need from them. Normally, they would either walk up to the window once you parked or wait for you to get out the car. Now with the current associates, they just pretend they don't see you and They'll have you waste your time... Better off at a different tire/wheel shop..
