LISTEN to the 1 Star/low reviews, I wish I did before coming here. Long story short, they ended up damaging my wheels which are worth THOUSANDS of dollars in value. (Pictures included of this damage, black wheels are the old wheels and bronze are my brand new wheels). I had brand new rims get delivered to my house around 4pm on a Sunday. I was very eager to get the wheels installed since I had a busy week ahead of me, and decided to go to Jimenez Tires for the swap since they had solid reviews on Google and Yelp and all the other tire shops were closed by then on a Sunday. I simply wanted to swap out the new rims for my old/current rims (also worth thousands of dollars), and the manager knew this since he asked how much the rims costs (unprofessional?). The job should have been a simple quick job, just taking the tires off the old rims and putting them on the new rims and installing them back on my car. They ended up charging me $120 for this simple service which I thought was an overcharge, and they didn't tell me $120 until the very end after everything was done. They damaged two of my old rims, I assume caused by carelessness in taking off the tires, and they also slightly damaged one of the new rims (luckily this damage isn't as bad). I noticed when I got home (big mistake as I should have taken pictures of ALL the wheels before hand, and looked at everything once they finished, but it's a tiny shop and I didn't want to take up more of their time and space looking at everything). Since the shop had closed by then, I went the next day showing them the damage to all the wheels. They said they use plastic to avoid damage on the wheels, basically saying that the damage wasn't caused by them which is incorrect as I looked at all my wheels before the install. I ask to speak to their manager (who was there the day before) but they said he isn't there and I asked when he normally is there, and they said he comes at random times and doesn't have a set schedule. I guess. I'm taking the loss here, I'll have to sell my old rims at a lower value since I lost hundreds of dollars with the damage caused by Jimenez tires. I'm willing to update my review and add more stars if they reach out and are willing to fix their mistakes. Hopefully this review helps someone avoid their wheels/car getting damaged. read more

I had a flat tire, front driver, and needed to have it checked. I went to Jimenez tires. They told me that the tire needed to be replaced. I agreed and they quoted me for $60. I asked for details about the tire and did not receive a clear answer. They replaced my tire with a used tire. 4 weeks later, my tire pressure light came on. I went back and they told my that the tire only needed air. I explained to them that I am driving to Vegas with my family the next day. They insisted that nothing was wrong with the tire they placed. I went to two different tire shops and both told me that the used tire needed to be replaced. I was willing to pay for a new tire to ensure my families safety. This place is shady and not honest. They offered me two Michelin tires, 2 & 3 years old respectively, decent tread, for $50 each. $100 total for two tires. Guy told me it should last me 7-9 months. Drove in and out within 15 minutes. TRASH SERVICE. I have forgiato rims and simply wanted them to put 1 new tire on. Left and a day later my center cap falls off and goes missing because they didn't put it on right nor even know that you can't just smack them in. There's a proper procedure that has to happen. That cost me $200 (had to go to another tire shop to buy) And on top of it all they put a rotational tire on the wrong side, now the tire shredded from the inside a month later and have to buy a whole new tire, from an actually professional tire shop that knows that rotational tires go on certain sides and center caps have to be properly but back on the rim... For a few weeks the rotation on the tire was causing the steering wheel to shake right after I got it done at their shop. I knew I shouldn't have went from the first place so left knowing I needed to go somewhere else to get it professionally done and rotated. People in these shops hire anybody they are related to and none of them know anything about cars. Just do what they are told by their boss. Going to this place ended up costing me easily $500 for 1 tire. ($200 center cap, $150 tire, tow cuz tire went flat 120, and another tire after there's popped $180) If you have any nice rims or want quality work done, don't come here.... read more

I called national tire brand shop asking for a tire patch since the warning light in my car went off and wanted to get it attended to since it was during the heavy storms around New Years however the wait time was 2 hours for a time patch. I called Jimenez tires, which they answered quickly and said they could see me right away and it would only take 15 minutes ( no brainer) so off I go! I get there and have my car serviced by a younger technician l. I mean in retrospect it's a tire patch so think nothing but after leaving my car would vibrate slightly through the steering wheel, I took it to the dealership and the tire was slightly misaligned, meaning the technician failed to properly mount the tire and torque each lug nut in cross pattern to insure proper installation. On top of that they managed to scratch my rim when removing the tire to patch. read more
