Top notch! I had to get my 2010 ACURA RDX repaired and was referred to the HONDA Guys. Bottom line is that they replaced the catalytic converter and now I'm back in business and at a more than fair price considering the work involved. Not too bad considering this has been the only repair needed after over 180,000 miles. Just prior to coming to the HONDA Guys, I had some work done by a nearby ACURA dealerships service department who partly diagnosed the trouble and applied sort of a bandaid at a premium cost and I ended up needing additional work done. Jason and his team figured out the actual problem and took care of the rest. There is a cool little pastry coffee shop really close by that I was able to wait at while they worked on my vehicle. Wow. My mom's Honda HRV was in another local Japanese car shop for 4 days while they tried to figure out why her car turned off. The other shop couldn't find the source of the problem and gave up. So I needed to replace the side view mirror covers on my 2017 Honda Civic bc the paint was chipping off so I figured Honda Guys would know how to do it because I bought the parts myself and tried to and ended up giving up after 2 hrs. I called in the morning around 9:30am and one of their mechanics, Tran, picked up right away and immediately gave me a well reasonable and fair quote of $60 (which the dealership wanted to charge $170 for just labor) and said they could knock it out easily and quickly. Tran was the one who actually replaced both covers in about 30 mins and even charged for less than the original quote so I paid $40 in the end. Exceptional service, both customer and mechanic wise, from the Honda Guys and after I found out they charge $80 for full synthetic oil changes, I'll definitely come back again in the future! read more

I had an issue with my Honda CRV VTC Actuator. I took it to Honda who diagnosed it and quoted me an astronomical price. Apparently, this is a huge issue with Hondas (such that there is a class action on it right now!) Anyway, Honda diagnosed it. I called around and a lot of shops stated they needed to diagnose it, and charge me between 50 - 185 to diagnose. It was already diagnosed! i just needed it fixed!! Thankfully I found Honda Guys. Jason answered the phone and was so very helpful. He ordered the part and it came in like 1 day, so my car was fixed the very next day, for literally HALF of what Honda quoted me!
