5 stars all the way…read more After dealing with a frustrating experience at another repair shop, I brought my 2011 Audi Q5 to Pacific Tire Service Center and I'm so glad I did. Miguel and his team were incredibly thorough, honest, and professional from the start. I originally came in for a check engine light and rough driving issues, but during their inspection, they found additional problems that had been missed -- including failed suspension work and issues related to a previous oil leak repair. Miguel took the time to explain everything clearly, provided before and after photos, and even showed me the actual parts so I could fully understand what was going on. There was also a female mechanic there (I believe she may be one of the owners), and I absolutely loved her. She was knowledgeable, direct, and helped confirm concerns I had about previous repairs. You can tell they genuinely care about doing things the right way instead of just taking your money. What I appreciated most was the honesty. They didn't try to upsell me or pressure me -- they gave me real information and helped me make the best decision for my car. Finding a trustworthy mechanic is hard, and this shop gave me peace of mind. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others.

I take my new Toyota Rav4 hybrid to the dealership for service but the dealership replaces oil every 10k miles for hybrids. They recommend every 10k but we all know it's every 5k even on hybrids. So needed just oil change. This location is right across from my house and focuses on oil change. I talked to the manager Fidel. Super nice guy, very honest and what they do and how much they charge. This place is super flexible, you can bring your own oil and/or oil filter of your choice. They charge $50+tax if you bring your own oil and filter. They take $2 off if you bring your own oil filter only. The mechanic Imari(?) did the work on my car. Amazing work and professionalism. Calls you by "Mr. LastName" and says "My pleasure". They talk to you very professionally! They show you your oil level while you wait in the car. They communicate with teammate underground professionally in a precise manner as well. Service should take like 15-20min. He even showed me my engine air filter. They top off your fluids and pump air into tires, free of charge. They provide tons of complimentary work for the price of just oil change. Best customer service. 10/10 recommend this place!! I would love to see them carry some OEM oil filters. They're not expensive ($10 on amazon for toyota) and they don't go bad. I would pay slightly more in service if they carry that.

And that they do not work on that. Frustrated I have been dealing with the leak for two months.

The technician Hector that helped me today was extremely unprofessional, careless, and irresponsible. If I could give 0 stars I would, because customer service from him was the beyond terrible. Background: I came in there for a normal oil change around 9:45am in the morning. There was only one other car there and overall didn't seem too busy. However the technician that came to help me had a persistent cough that day so I kept my window half up as a protective barrier. He constantly coughed through our conversation (which normally I wouldn't mind from anyone) but the fact he would cough openly without a mask or would not at least cough into the elbow made me extremely uneasy. I'd often have to ask him to repeat himself because his coughs made it difficult to understand him and he became very frustrated by this. He blamed me for keeping my window up as the issues for not hearing him (but I've done this at other locations and never had an issue), blamed my window up for why my tap to pay wouldn't work , and then tapped aggressively on my window to bring it down (which I would not do as I was also protecting my family inside who witnessed his awful behavior). Eventually I had to pay with my card which worked, but he returned it with oil marks left all over my white card. I had to ask for a napkin to wipe the oil off my card and my hands, but 1) I'm pretty sure that's a safety hazard getting oil on the customer and 2) he certainly was not changing gloves as needed according to the valvoline health and safety guidelines. As someone who works in healthcare, I understand if you need to work while sick or with a cough, but it's completely unprofessional to be rude to your customers for your lack of hygiene.

Install of 8 piston brakes all around with stainless steel lines from SSBC. Coming back for for a BDS 10" Lift, Fox Struts and longer SS Brake lines. Possibly a PCS Steering Ram assist I highly recommend them. They have a customer for life now.

Even with all that, Cyrus stuck to his original quote and never tried to charge us more, which we really appreciated. Jaime and Jesus handled the installation of the air handler, ductwork, and heat pump. They worked hard, were very respectful of our home, kept things clean, and honestly were much quieter doing the work than I expected considering all the cutting and installation involved. They also worked hard to finish ahead of the timeline they originally gave us. Inspection passed with no issues, and now we've been using the AC for months with zero problems. Overall, we're really happy with the work and would definitely recommend them.

Less than a week ago, I opened a project via Yelp to seek quotes to inspect my car's engine coolant warning. The reviews for both the Santa Monica and Torrance locations caught my attention. But what really stood out to me was Rony's responsiveness. I made it clear in my request I wasn't sure if my issue was rooted in a faulty sensor or truly low fluid. So Rony offered to do an inspection first, instead of prematurely assigning an unreasonable or high quote like certain dealerships/competing shops. Liz over at the front desk was kind, personable, and professional. She set the tone for the shop to be welcoming and easygoing. And while it wasn't necessary, she directed me towards their fridge to grab a drink while waiting. Most repair shops just have a broken water cooler that spills all over. (so this was a nice touch) I'm a naturally inquisitive person. So by the end of my car's inspection and quick/minor repair, I had questions about: - why I saw a specific warning on my dashboard - how things work etc. Rony was kind of enough to pop the hood of my car and explain in layman's terms what he was seeing and the solve. My only note is that the mechanic arrived a tad late past the agreed appointment time. In the grand scheme of things, not a huge deal to me because of the high degree of customer service & efficiency. I also verified by the end of my visit that this is a full-service shop.
