This is a response to your response. let's be honest about how things really played out. Your shop failed in customer service. I am attaching screenshots of the exchange between the owner and my mom for reference. Your receptionist did not make any attempt to assist me until I mentioned that you and my mom had been in contact. Yes, I told you ahead of time that my car had an interlock device, and I made it clear I could stay and start the vehicle or that you could contact the provider for a code. I never asked you to remove or tamper with anything I followed every step within legal boundaries and was cooperative throughout. But when I arrived, the receptionist AND your mechanics already had a dismissive attitude before we even attempted anything. It was obvious the mechanic had already said "no" before we attempted anything. I literally had to call my mom and reference the message exchange she had with your shop the same one where you were extremely friendly and said you'd be happy to assist just to get her to even attempt to help me. That shouldn't be necessary. Only after that did the receptionist even bother to call the provider and by then, it was clear you had already made up your minds. I felt belittled and judged, not helped. You say you "acted professionally" and "did everything you could," but your team was no professional and wasn't acting like they wanted to help at all. The tone and effort I experienced in person did not reflect the professionalism and friendliness I was promised online. If legal restrictions prevented the service, fine but that should've been communicated clearly before I took time out of my day to show up. Instead, it felt like the door was slammed in my face before we even tried to find a solution. You'd receptionist had an attitude on her face so I told her to just leave it alone and I'll be on my way. The check engine light came on in my car showing an evap system leak. Scheduled a diagnostic and they said they would take the $100 diagnostic charge out of the total repair cost. When I came back, they said that the leak was due to my vapor canister and BMW has a notice out that if the vapor canister is leaking, the whole thing needs to be replaced. They quoted me $200 for labor and then $900 for the vapor canister. I looked up the vapor canister for my car on the spot and saw that it was priced between $250-$450. They were charging me almost 3 times as much to get it through them. They weren't going to tell me this. I asked if I could get it myself and bring it in for the repair and they said yes but the $100 diagnostic would not go towards the repair since I'm not getting the part from them. I left, I did not trust their judgment, so I went to the dealership and paid for a diagnostic. The dealership told me it's not even the vapor canister. It's the fuel tank valve, an at max $300 repair. Don't go to the shop. It's clear they will take advantage of you and not even solve the main issue read more

I brought in a rear differential ABS sensor I wanted to have replaced. It is a simple job. Remove one bolt beneath the vehicle, unplug the old sensor, plug in the new sensor, and reattach the bolt. Oil pan bolts should be tightened 18nm, but these guys showed how powerful they are, bolts were over tightened. Into gearbox goes 7 liters of fluid, they put a little more than 4 liters. Now it's broken cuz they are not able to do any car service, even bicycle Im not gonna trust them to fix! read more

Sam is very fast to respond and the team is average speed so nothing to complain about. But I took off a star because I had my rotors, calipers and brakes changed and on my way back home after work, my brakes essentially stopped working. SUPER dangerous, especially driving in LA and I was not a fan. Originally I was going to give them 3.5 stars but figure since they were fast and efficient, I'm okay with four. But just a heads up for everyone, double check the work that they do or make sure you're in the area to drive around in case something like that happens to you too. read more

We had a very good experience with precision auto. We needed to have our spark plugs replaced on a 2016 Jeep patriot. They reached out same day and said they could have this done in a couple of hours. We drove over and they helped us out immediately with no delays. We even got the synthetic oil change after seeing that was reasonably priced. After dropping off the car both services were done in under 3 hours. The cars issue is completely resolved and running great. It was awesome how quick and thorough they were to get this resolved and also for a great price. Called ahead to see if they could do a freon A/C recharge, they said "yes". I received a reasonable quote and they were able to squeeze me in for a same day appointment. Recharge took about 1 hour (orig estimate was 1-1.5 hrs) so I was pleased. My A/C is cool and appears to be working properly for the upcoming summer heat wave.
