    I can't say enough good things about Precision Auto Care. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. These guys are true professionals knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely committed to doing great work. From the moment I arrived, I felt like my vehicle was in the right hands. The staff is friendly, respectful, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. They don't try to upsell or pressure you they just focus on what your car needs and how to fix it properly. That kind of honesty is hard to find these days. The service was fast, the pricing was fair, and the quality of work was excellent. Whether it's routine maintenance or more complex repairs, Precision Auto Care handles it all with skill and attention to detail. The shop is clean and well-organized, which says a lot about their overall professionalism. If you're looking for a mechanic shop you can trust, this is the one. I won't take my car anywhere else.     This is a response to your response. let's be honest about how things really played out. Your shop failed in customer service. I am attaching screenshots of the exchange between the owner and my mom for reference. Your receptionist did not make any attempt to assist me until I mentioned that you and my mom had been in contact. Yes, I told you ahead of time that my car had an interlock device, and I made it clear I could stay and start the vehicle or that you could contact the provider for a code. I never asked you to remove or tamper with anything I followed every step within legal boundaries and was cooperative throughout. But when I arrived, the receptionist AND your mechanics already had a dismissive attitude before we even attempted anything. It was obvious the mechanic had already said "no" before we attempted anything. I literally had to call my mom and reference the message exchange she had with your shop the same one where you were extremely friendly and said you'd be happy to assist just to get her to even attempt to help me. That shouldn't be necessary. Only after that did the receptionist even bother to call the provider and by then, it was clear you had already made up your minds. I felt belittled and judged, not helped. You say you "acted professionally" and "did everything you could," but your team was no professional and wasn't acting like they wanted to help at all. The tone and effort I experienced in person did not reflect the professionalism and friendliness I was promised online. If legal restrictions prevented the service, fine but that should've been communicated clearly before I took time out of my day to show up. Instead, it felt like the door was slammed in my face before we even tried to find a solution. You'd receptionist had an attitude on her face so I told her to just leave it alone and I'll be on my way. I hope you take this as feedback, not just criticism because what happened here was a failure in customer service, not just a legal misunderstanding.

    called in to schedule service and the receptionist was nice and helpful. Set me up with apt the next day. Came in to my apt and was helped right away. Overall great experience, will definitely be coming back for other car needs

    If you want your gearbox looks like this, you welcome ! Unprofessional people. They don't know how to do things properly. Oil pan bolts should be tightened 18nm, but these guys showed how powerful they are, bolts were over tightened. Into gearbox goes 7 liters of fluid, they put a little more than 4 liters. Now it's broken cuz they are not able to do any car service, even bicycle Im not gonna trust them to fix!

They had my car for three full weeks, which was far longer than I was originally told. When I finally got my vehicle back, it was in the exact same condition as when I dropped it off--despite being told the spark plugs had been replaced and the issue had been fixed. Not only did I waste weeks without my car, but I now have to take it somewhere else to actually get the problem resolved. When confronted about a refund, the owner ignored our concerns and decided to keep our money even though we didn't agree to replace the spark plugs when we simply wanted a car scan. The lack of communication, the excessive delay, and the fact that the issue wasn't fixed at all made this whole process incredibly frustrating. Well shocker after a couple of hours the car is ready and the bill is $423. Not sure why it didn't end up closer to $300 as he made it seem like $400 would be on the high side. Not sure what it would have cost elsewhere but I probably should have made a couple of calls to find out. It appears the job was adequately done though so 3 stars. Would have been 4-5 if price wasn't the high end of the numbers estimated. Also a very difficult place to get in and out of.

He gave me a great deal on a complete rebuild of my transmission! All of the mechanics I talked to before going to Coastline wanted to put a remanufactured transmission in my Honda; Angel was the only one who accepted the challenge. This guy really knew his stuff and answered all of my questions. Just an honest guy and a hard worker. Angel completed the job in just 2.5 business days. He did a phenomenal job and I would recommend his work to anyone with transmission problems. As other reviewers noted, the shop is very small and somewhat hidden so I would call ahead and make sure that there is room.

Trying to find a qualified shop that could service a manual transmission was a bit trying. I learned that all transmission shops don't do manual transmissions. I came across Coastline and gave them a call. I spoke with Angel, the owner. This guy knew what he was talking about! He explained to me, in layman's terms mind you, some probable causes and really broke it down into details. Given the economy, and some 'encouragement' from my wife, I had to call around and get some more quotes. I was very pleased not only with Angel's help on the phone, but with his price as he came in under all the others. It wasn't by much, but every penny counts. I decided to have him just go ahead and put in a new clutch since he was already going to have the transmission out, and considering that the price was good. I decided to take my truck in to Coastline and was welcomed by Angel as if he knew me. He was very professional and I felt very confident in leaving my truck there. My confidence was bolstered the next day when Angel called me to let me know what was going on with my car. When I went to pick up my truck my car didn't have grease all over the place, as some shops leave your car. Kudos. I paid my bill, and drove away with a smooth shifting car and a smile on my face!

When I asked for a rag to wipe the greasy from my shift knob, he proceed to wipe down the steering wheel and knob then used the same dirty rag on my door panel, scratching the paint. Alex informed me that my check engine light was on and tried to suggest that it may have already been that way before I brought my car to the shop. I was appalled at this suggestion for my car only needed a new clutch and nothing else. I'm sure he turned on the key and saw no such warning lights but was trying to cover up that it was damaged during their repair process. When I returned the next day to have them repair what they did, I was not greeted with respect and I will not return to this shop again, even if the check engine light returns. I was initially quoted a labor cost only to be baited and switched after he learning that I had a very nice vehicle. Albeit, the clutch works as expected but I cannot get over how smug and disrespectful Alex treated me during this entire time. One could say you get what you pay for but the disrespect is unacceptable, not to mention I had to wash my floor mat because it was so filthy. I made sure not to put them in my car when I brought it back. I had to spread paper bags all over the floor then I noticed they had their own paper shoe protection that was laying on the floor when I returned the second time. I think they do decent transmission work but if you care about how you are treated and the care of your car, I would not recommend them but if you want to go the economic route and do your own cleaning and hope to don't cause more harm to your vehicle then these are your options. The engine light wasn't on when I picked up my vehicle the second time, but they could have just erased it and may return in a few days. Alex never called me once to tell me my car was ready for pick up. I had to call him both times, and the first time I came to pick up my car, he told me he had texted about coming the next day after I already told him l'm on my way. We had never texted before and I later learned he never texted me at all, that's typical of my experience in a nutshell.

I was referred to them by my cousin that lives in the community and his father was a auto mechanic for a major bank. He praise the work and personnel of the company. I have a Toyota Sienna 2012 and the timing case seal developed a oil leak and they have to remove the motor to reseal the timing case cover. This is a major job and I wanted to make sure the company I have do this type of work on my engine had the experience and technicians certified to perform this repair. Being a referral and first time customer I could not have had a better experience with Shige's. My first call to explain my issue with my van I spoke to Diana the service advisor. Immediately she spends the time to listen and give you all the necessary information you are inquiring about. She cares about helping you and to make sure all questions are answered in a professional manner. Andrew the service manager is a pleasure to work with. He will answer any technical questions and makes sure all the repairs are done as quoted. They are very detailed in giving diagnostic reports, and estimate quotes. The repair facilities are clean and organize with all the equipment to perform repairs. After the engine repair was completed in a timely manner the work was excellent and all repairs were done as quoted. They will go that extra mile to make sure the customer is completely satisfied with the repairs. This is how you build a relationship with loyal customers. I'm glad I was referred to them and I will continue to drive the 30 miles to have them perform repairs on my automobiles. I definitely would recommended them for you auto repair needs.

After oil change was done, they did a free multi-point inspection and sent me a comprehensive report - including pictures to prove the inspection was actually done. They told me about an alignment that needed to be done, and was very honest about the situation. They said it's not a huge emergency to fix yet, but I decided to do it anyways to save another trip to the mechanic. They did the alignment in another 2 hours and picked me up when it was done.
