Needed to get my car smogged to renew my car registration so I looked for a place where reviews said it was FAST. The last time I got my car smogged, it took about 2 hours for the wait + the actual test. When I got there, he had 1 person in front of me. He took about 5 mins. Bought a Groupon for Dan's Smog Test and could not be happier. The test took a total of 10 minutes. It was super quick and the father/son were really nice and friendly. They have seats for you to sit in and being a young, blonde girl in a mechanic shop, I felt super comfortable. I brought my dog with me and they didn't have any problems with him being there. The only downside is they charge you for the smog check certification that they submit to the DMV for you. This makese me think this place isn't any cheaper than other places. But I still support this minority family business and will come here again. read more

I came here because it was the only place open early, they open at 8am. I got my smog check done in like 10-15 minutes. I've recommended it to friends and family. On one occasion one of our cars didn't pass, but we just had to drive around and it passed. Tuan is the best! Super nice guy and helps any way possible. Even offered us some water.
