Today I came into show proof of insurance through the kiosk…read more Unfortunately, I got an error I waited in line to speak to a representative Upon speaking to a representative(kamel) not sure if you spell that right was very rude and unfortunately it seems like she didn't like her job or she just wasn't having a good day. She responded with unhelpful responses, including negative attitude saying I was just unhappy because I wasn't getting the responses I needed. She's very manipulative seeing her side of the story to the manager when I asked her for a manager she didn't want to bring a Manager. She asked me to go to window B I was afraid to lose my position. I stated if she can bring the Manager to me she said no I said OK I'll just go over there, but can you please give me anything to be able to show proof of valid registration she said no I can't help. You didn't refer me anywhere besides the kiosk that was not working that I let her know that was not working. When I spoke to the manager, she brought me back over because she couldn't help me. She didn't have a computer so we went back to Kamille. The manager's name is TOI as she mentioned to me when I asked her. When we went back to Kamille. She started talking to Kamille about the situation and Kamille started seeing her side of the story which is way different of what happened, but I let her speak because I'm not rude afterwards she called me up once Kamille was done with the last person then they stated that I owed Tickets of $800 I said OK so I was ready to pay and Kamille's like oh we don't accept phone payments I said that's OK. I was going to pay with my card anyways and then she looked back at the manager. You see his responses to try to convince her that I'm the problem then I said I just heard you tell her everything that you said you tried to switch up the whole story I don't understand what's your problem and I just said it's hard to work with some people Then the manager started choosing sides by saying no it's not agreeing with a worker Kamille so now I knew unfortunately the manager is black and the employee is Black and I'm in Hispanic and unfortunately they're working together so I had to just go along with it so she's like let's just close it out and I'll move you over to a different worker. When I got to the next worker, I had to wait in line again I didn't complain. I just went along then I paid the $800 and ask if I can pay another five dollars for the proof of validation because that was only for Tickets I want to make sure when I go back I can show proof where I need to show proof He said yes, I paid the five dollars then the machine stopped working the printer so he went back to the Manager TOI she attempted to help him and unfortunately they couldn't fix it at that time. I did not say anything. I waited patiently and she made a remark. Oh, he can just go to the kiosk anyways it's usually a kiosk transaction anyways mind you I already paid and there's a line for the kiosk that I waited for before I started using the windows this is a very, very, very bad experience because I've been to multiple Dmv's. I would love for this manager and this employee to be disciplined accordingly so it doesn't happen to anyone else again.

Haven't been to a regular dmv in years ever since they opened the commercial only dmv that's been…read moremy location now but I do gotta say they have a self check in now to get a number so basically you just scan the code get your number super fast just go in and wait in line that simple.
