not sure what happened to this guy. Passed my car before no problem but, this time when doing the visual inspection said my car wouldn't pass because of CARB legal intake. Had to point out that it is legal and has a CARB number on the intake. Also gave me trouble for a "recalled" catalytic converter on a different car. Totally unprofessional & uneducated. Please do better! read more

NOT a pass or don't pay station. Its better if you look for a station that offers pass or dont pay and also they are only a smog check station so if you need repair they cant help ya nor do they know how to. They also had a $28 special for a smog check if you check in on yelp and the guy did not notify me of this he just took my $60 dollars. read more

Good ol' Yelp does it again! I was on my way to my regular smog test place but when I arrived, came to find out they had closed the business down. Got on Yelp and first one to come up was this place. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted and asked to pull up my car closer. The technician was working on another car and started with my car right away. Didn't have to wait at all. Quick and efficient. I would totally bring my other cars here. read more

Buyer Beware: I took my car to get smog checked at this place. My car passed, I gave the technician my debit card. He comes back and tells me that my debit card had been declined. I had just used my debit card at a nearby 7-11. I checked my online banking on my phone and I noticed that the technician had charged me twice for a smog check. This was after I had already paid in cash. The bank immediately froze my account for suspicious activity because this smog center charged me twice! It was because of their incompetence that my card was declined. I showed the technician his mistake and he didn't even apologize. Please be careful when using a credit/debit card at this business. read more

These guys are awesome! I called as I was driving in. They not only took care of my smog check in about ten minutes. As soon as I rolled in they saw that my mirror was loose and asked me what happened and immediately fixed it for me without any expectation of compensation. While one person worked on the smog check another checked in with me, got me a chair and hung out with me until it was all done. I couldn't possibly be happier with their customer service. Kudos to the guys. Everyone should be so lucky to enjoy their smog check!!! read more

Um the owner just told me not to take pics. Why? After asking him why he said he doesn't let anyone take pics of his shop. What could possibly being going on that he doesn't want people to take pics of his shop. Besides wasn't even taking a pic with any of his information in it. Only going to Instagram my car getting its smog check. Guy had such good reviews and that's what drove me here. Had to go back to retest car. Added a few more stars because his son apologized for his dad. Also he gave some good pointers on further smog. read more

Wow, quickest place I've gone to for a smog check! I went in the afternoon on a weekday and it wasn't busy. The mechanic was quick to help me right when I drove up. They tried to charge my daughter $1500 for a repair that her car did not even need. Let that sink in. $1500 for something that was completely unnecessary. We took the car to another shop and were told there was nothing wrong with what they claimed. That is not a mistake, that is unacceptable. The lack of honesty and transparency here is alarming. There was no real explanation, no proof, just pressure to approve expensive work that made no sense. This is exactly how people get taken advantage of. On top of that, the behavior and attitude we experienced were completely unprofessional. It did not feel like they had the customer's best interest in mind at all. I have reported this business to the automotive bureau and I strongly encourage anyone reading this to think twice before coming here. Always get a second opinion. There are honest mechanics out there. This is not one of them. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the frustration and go somewhere else.
