For my first visit here. I brought 2 cars for oil change and they provided great customer service.

I've been here several times since it's close to home and my dad has taken the car here for an oil change. It's honestly one of the best and quickest, local shops at a decent price where you can literally get in and out in a flash. I won't bother going to any other oil service stations because in literally ten minutes or so (when there's no other car) you're done! They are fast and efficient and top off your fluids and check the air filter, etc. I'm happy they have been in town for so long. We are happy customers! read more

If it was possible to leave less than one star, I would. I distinctly overheard somebody say oh this person looks like they have money so you need to take them for all they have. I went to get my oil change, there And new leaks would reappear. This used to be a very reliable shop, but the person that took it over will just cheat you out of money and overcharge you and not do efficient work although it is quick. read more

I've been a customer of Abel's auto repair ever since I first got behind the wheel he has done all my oil changes ever since I've never gone to anyone else. I love the service until I realize the true intentions of Mr. Abel he is a greedy selfish person. The old man is amazing honest working, but able seems to just want money and not to help anyone. Unlike the old man I will highly recommend a different location for any service just because the old man can't speak up for himself so able takes advantage and does whatever he likes, they integrity and honesty of old man has amaze me, and I am honored to even have met him able, on the other hand is a piece of shit. He sees any opportunity to come up on you and he will. I'm a young well off thank god and he seen that I have a little bit of money so he tried to take advantage of me however, I will no longer be going to his establishment for any services to sum it up. This was a good location, not anymore the greedy able took over the old man's shop. I grew up in the city of Bell. Been there all my life and I know the old man is a honest old man, but Abel is a greedy. Liar who is not honest at all I would not recommend zero business add on this establishment anymore. BAD SERViCE!!!!! This place over the years became very cheap. They reuse the same oil for customers be aware! Yes it's a fast service but up to there. No type of customer service and always trying to overcharge if you're missing a screw. The old man that pours the oil doesn't consider hearing drivers what kind of oil their car needs. I told him which type my car takes and he put another kind saying it's the same. If I'm paying for it then I should receive what I ask for not what they think is best. Very closed minded people working together to take your money!!!!! read more

My car needed an oil change and I looked on here for a quick reference. I am really glad I went to this place. I didn't even get out of my car ! The process took about 20-30 minutes. I also saw that a guy took his own oil and they charged $20 for the labor, I might do that next time. Definitely will be back. Keep up the honest work. P.S. They might not reset your oil life indicator inside your car, so just look it up on YouTube. read more

Took my car for oil service. I brought my own filter and oil.. couple months later I checked my cars filter and it was not the filter I personally gave the man to put for me. Took in a mobile one filter. They put an Stp" one.. god knows to how many others this happened. read more

So grateful to have heard of Abel's Auto Repair. I got there and yes, it was very quick. 10-15 minutes tops, you don't have to get off your car if you don't want to but if you do get off, they'll gladly show you what they're replacing, the products that they use, and if there's any other service that you'll need soon they'll inform you right there and then. Joaquin, the gentleman that was under the car, and the lady that works there have the best customer service I've ever gotten from an auto repair shop. I felt welcomed, appreciated and what I liked the most was that they took the time to explain (teach me) a few things. Not to mention that I paid $80.00 (affordable) for a V6 5 quart synthetic oil change as oppose to the $160.00. There's not that many shops like that left any more. Have been coming here for a while and they are fast and honest about when or how the condition of all your oils are. A few months back I had came in for an oil change and they told me my transmission oil was black and sticky and needed a change to run a whole lot smoother. I prolonged it till I finally felt the slips and hits on the transmission. I didn't bring it in because it's my only car and didn't have time to drop it off, well finally I had time during work and a friend hooked me up so it's gets done while I'm at work. When I picked it up it was like new no slipping not hitting no problems. Faster response on the pedal and gear change. Next I will be doing the differential. Family owned business that appreciates their customers..Great customer service..polite..affordable..they don't try to upsell you like those corporate biss (jiffy lube in bell, worst experience try to upsell you but they can't even do the basics..anyway) They explain and actually show you if some fluid needs to be changed..changed my oil..checked my tires..refilled my windshield wiper fluid..added water..etc everything done in minutes..Will be going back for my transmission oil change. read more

This place was recommended by a friend for an oil change, and let me tell you they have the best customer service I've ever experienced!. All staff was friendly, honest, and oil change was done super quick. You don't even have to get out of your car. You can call it a "drive thru" oil change. Its great, and most importantly convenient.
