I have been taking my car to its' original dealership ever since I bought the car. Recently, I have had issues with certain engine noises like clunking when braking/ cold start and such. The dealership could not figure what it was. I came here to get a second opinion, Bill was able to figure it out with just hearing the car. He told me what my problem was, and gave me many options to choose from that ranged in prices. (which is very nice!) However, he also advised me that it could be a warranty issue on the car and it should not cost me a thing with my original dealership! He gave me advice on how to go about it. I really appreciated his honesty especially in an industry that services costs a lot of money. It appears that the dealership I go too is not very honest and is money driven. If I can rate zero stars I would! I had called one morning to bring my vehicle in and explained the engine light was on. When I brought it in, the mechanic didn't even bother to do a check to diagnose the problem and he assumed it was the gas cap without even knowing the problem! He then told me to buy a part from my car dealer and bring it back so he can change out the part and he had said if that wasn't the problem "we'll go from there." I had ended up getting the part from autozone because they had sold the same exact part there and it was a closer drive too and I brought my car back with the part and he started yelling saying he wanted the part from the dealership and that I'm just going to waste mine and his time. So I ended up leaving and taking my car to another auto shop, come to find out that was not the problem!!! read more

I was shopping in the area for new tires and I have to say Bill gave me the best deal.

I've taken my car twice for repairs for two different things. First time I took my car it kept turning off and I had no idea why. I had replaced my battery but it wasn't that. After Bill inspected my car he found out it was the break light switch. He also took the liberty to inspect the rest of my car and found a few things which my car needed. The repairs were completed and have not had any issues since. They are pretty fast and to the point. Not to mention the cost for the repairs and labor was pretty good compared to what the dealership would have charged. My cars running like a brand new car! Love it. Really happy with this place. About a year ago I was looking for new tires and they were the cheapest. Thankfully the lower price didn't come with cheaper service. The tires look great, and they even said they rotate them for free. They seem pretty honest and fixed a minor follow up issue, no questions asked. I totally recommend this place. read more

A buddy said I should go their cause the man in charge was a good guy, I left my moms van for a simple oil change, I was told 1 hr. twenty bucks, no reciept cause the pc wasn't working, I said OK my buddy recommends. I came back 4 hrs later and they made me wait 1hr more so I went into Kmart when I came back the man said 90dollars he changes a few filters, the tranny stick plastic holder and he was about to do a transmission service I said no I did not agree to anything and he said but you need it, I said no and he removed the extra items he could and I paid him $45.00 for the stuff he did, then he did not give me a reciept only promissed to mail it and did not. I will never return here. Stay away. read more
