I have been taking my car to its' original dealership ever since I bought the car. Recently, I have had issues with certain engine noises like clunking when braking/ cold start and such. The dealership could not figure what it was. I came here to get a second opinion, Bill was able to figure it out with just hearing the car. He told me what my problem was, and gave me many options to choose from that ranged in prices. (which is very nice!) However, he also advised me that it could be a warranty issue on the car and it should not cost me a thing with my original dealership! He gave me advice on how to go about it. I really appreciated his honesty especially in an industry that services costs a lot of money. It appears that the dealership I go too is not very honest and is money driven. If I can rate zero stars I would! I had called one morning to bring my vehicle in and explained the engine light was on. When I brought it in, the mechanic didn't even bother to do a check to diagnose the problem and he assumed it was the gas cap without even knowing the problem! He then told me to buy a part from my car dealer and bring it back so he can change out the part and he had said if that wasn't the problem "we'll go from there." I had ended up getting the part from autozone because they had sold the same exact part there and it was a closer drive too and I brought my car back with the part and he started yelling saying he wanted the part from the dealership and that I'm just going to waste mine and his time. I've taken my car twice for repairs for two different things. First time I took my car it kept turning off and I had no idea why. I had replaced my battery but it wasn't that. After Bill inspected my car he found out it was the break light switch. He also took the liberty to inspect the rest of my car and found a few things which my car needed. The repairs were completed and have not had any issues since. They are pretty fast and to the point.
