Called in to inquire about their registration services due to the fact that I don't want to spend my day at the DMV for something I can pay a small fee for and walkout in less than 20 minutes. (Time is money) I spoke to Leslie over the phone, she was very professional. When I arrived she was there to greet me and made me feel welcomed. Pros: quick service Bilingual Very professional Cons: Street construction going on had to park a block away. (Not their fault) read more

Blanca is a nice person Kind and very professional . She is fast and efficient ! I really recommend this place ! Thank you Blanca read more

Unfortunately the service fee on yelp isn't the same. Actual is $40 service fee. They really should update the fees on yelp. The lady named Adriana not to be confused with the owner I suppose, Was very friendly. And did try to get me the $35 service fee. -$5 for checking in. But her "Boss" Adriana Han. Said no. Also recommend bring cash. Or get a 3% service fee for using card. They also have the option to Venmo Adriana Han or zelle her the payment. What I found kinda odd. Over all it was quick. Lady was friendly. Oh well. P.s. was here for vehicle registration renewal. UPDATE! I'm very happy with Adriana Han for reaching out and honoring the advertise service price. I will come back soon. Thank you! read more

M & M Registration Services - Make sure you see her. To make sure you're at the correct location. Lol - Registration Services Near Me - South Gate, California

Skip the line and hassle of the DMV I got there with no appointment. There was no line. I was helped quickly! Very friendly staff and super helpful as I had many issues to address. I rather pay the extra fee to use their services to get s**t done quicker and still accurate. I got my paperwork from the DMV in about two weeks. Street parking right in front or parking in the back. Easy to find. COVID-19 Wore a mask Have 6ft distance between you and them It's indoor but they probably don't allow too many people inside, I can't say cause I was the only one in there so I didn't notice any signs read more

Efficient and Professional!! Take the hassle out of dealing directly with the DMV. Knowledgeable and advice saved me a lot of time.

Had a clean California car title transfer here and paid $60 for it. Found out that others were paying $35 - $40. Felt rip off since their pricing is not consistent. Adriana works from remote, perhaps from home, so the Hispanic lady in the office was taking photos of everything to text to Adriana which I did not like because now they have a copy of my drivers license etc. Office was dirty and run down. I will unlikely use this establishment again. read more

If you guys are reading this review trying to decide well look no further! And do tip generously if it's in your budget as this lady goes beyond and is absolutely undercharging for her services in our honest opinion. Thank you again ma'am read more

I used M & M Registration Services because I had to get my car registered during the COVID19 crisis. The DMV, in my situation, was so backlogged, that they, DMV, told me they would resolve my issue in 2 months!!! I was desperate to get my tags so I didnt get any tickets while parking on the street etc. I called M & M Registration Services to see if they could help. They were A-MAZING!!!!! They were able to assist me, with a minor fee, to get my car officially registered and I got my tags and new CA registration paper perfectly. I highly recommend this service, the lady was super nice and helpful. Whew! & THANKS!!!! :) read more

DMV currently isn't doing out of state registration due to Covid19 so I found this place. It was a little drive from Pasadena but I got the Vin inspection and California plates within 20 minutes. Luce was very kind and efficient. I got what I needed done. You definitely will pay more than the DMV here but if you want things done speedy, I recommend it. If you want to save your money, then stand in the line at the DMV for 6 hours. My time is more valuable then the extra money I paid here. So all in all I'm happy. read more
