Called in to inquire about their registration services due to the fact that I don't want to spend my day at the DMV for something I can pay a small fee for and walkout in less than 20 minutes. Unfortunately the service fee on yelp isn't the same. Actual is $40 service fee. They really should update the fees on yelp. The lady named Adriana not to be confused with the owner I suppose, Was very friendly. And did try to get me the $35 service fee. -$5 for checking in. But her "Boss" Adriana Han. Said no. Also recommend bring cash. Or get a 3% service fee for using card. They also have the option to Venmo Adriana Han or zelle her the payment. What I found kinda odd. Over all it was quick. Had a clean California car title transfer here and paid $60 for it. Found out that others were paying $35 - $40. Felt rip off since their pricing is not consistent. Adriana works from remote, perhaps from home, so the Hispanic lady in the office was taking photos of everything to text to Adriana which I did not like because now they have a copy of my drivers license etc. Office was dirty and run down. I used M & M Registration Services because I had to get my car registered during the COVID19 crisis. The DMV, in my situation, was so backlogged, that they, DMV, told me they would resolve my issue in 2 months!!! I was desperate to get my tags so I didnt get any tickets while parking on the street etc. I called M & M Registration Services to see if they could help. They were A-MAZING!!!!! DMV currently isn't doing out of state registration due to Covid19 so I found this place. It was a little drive from Pasadena but I got the Vin inspection and California plates within 20 minutes. Luce was very kind and efficient. I got what I needed done. You definitely will pay more than the DMV here but if you want things done speedy, I recommend it. If you want to save your money, then stand in the line at the DMV for 6 hours. My time is more valuable then the extra money I paid here. So all in all I'm happy. read more

I used M & M Registration Services to register the vehicle I purchased from an out of state dealer. I called and spoke with Adriana. She was very friendly and told me to come on in. I arrived and was helped right away by Luz. Luz was so friendly and helpful. She got everything taken care of for me along with Adriana. I left with my vehicle being fully registered in CA and with license plates, stickers and registration in hand.
