Turns out Melissa is no longer with the agency, but Susan Palafox answered me literally within 1/2 hour!!! She immediately emailed over a copy of my insurance coverage card. Done and done. All set. Very fast service and a very nice person to talk to. I was so happy to have such a nice, efficient person as Susan return my call. Sometimes you hear horror stories about insurance agents, but Susan is not in that category! This was just a minor issue, but I can tell she is caring and would be of great help if I had an emergency.
