Start with this horrible place. I got my policy back in dec 2016 and I asked the girl Angelica who helped me if we can set up for the payment to come out of me account she said yes and that i needed a voided check which I provided to her. So the first month my payment didn't come out my account so I called it in and asked why wasn't my payment coming out of my account like a requested? Whoever I spoke to she told me everything was fine so next month it will be taken out of my account. I said great! The following month still same crap! I called it in and they said the same thing. I said r u sure? She said yes. So before my 3rd payment I took in a document that the insurance needed. I gave it to Suzanna and she told me that the insurance may not expect it but I'll call you and let you know if they didn't expect it. I said fine and proceeded to get my sister a quote. So the next week I received my bill in the mail $163 and some change. I was like what! I called to talk to someone and I was on hold for over 15 minutes. So I went in the office on a Tuesday around 750. The girl that was there she asked how can I help you? I told about my policy and why did my payment do higher? She look through it and said u have to pay the $163 and I will call the infinity tomorrow and call you as well! Remind you she wanted to leave because her boyfriend wanted to go home. It wasn't even time to close. She had a few minutes to explain to me why my payment went high. So that Saturday I called and was on hold again for 15 minutes. I hung up and recalled again and spoke to Angelica. She begin to tell me why my payment was high and why my payment was being taken out of my account and than she hung up on me. So I went in there demanding where's my document that I gave Suzana and my voided check at. She sat there yelling at me saying I never gave her my voided check. I got so mad I yelled louder than her and yelled at the girl that I spoke to that Tuesday. I was upset. All my documents were lost and I had to pay for there mess up. So I called the corporate office to complain. The lady Andrea help me took my statements than called the office and spoke to Angelica. She said I never gave anyone documents. That's a lie. So my claim got passed to another girl named Amanda and I spoke to her on Monday and she told me to send her the document and she will find out what she can do for me not to make the extra payment since the messed up. I sent in my document via email and asked her to confirm she received it. She responded at the end of the day and than I asked her what was going to happen about my payment. She responded I have to pay the full amount. I wrote her back saying that's unacceptable. I didn't mess up your workers did. And too top that off the girl Susanna that I gave my document to she quit. Wow! Never got an email response back and I called that girl Amanda and never got a return call either. I don't recommend this place to anyone. I found a new insurance place. LA Auto insurance lost a customer and I will make sure they don't get no customers. The girls are so rude there not professional and it's a work place don't bring your kids and boyfriend to work. I hate to be rushed when I'm talking about my payment. read more

i absolutely LOVE this specific LA's auto insurance! May i start off by adding that as soon as you walk into their environment, you are quickly accommodated and given the attention you require. The employees go out of their way to help satisfy all of your needs, I recommend going with Damaris, one of the employees at this insurance place! This LA Auto in Compton is the best. The manager Damaris was very knowledgeable she told me about all the different types of insurances recommended for drivers in the city. She customized the perfect insurance package based on my needs and assets. She offered a level of service you won't get from a voice on the phone on the other side of the country. Dealing directly with my agent gave me a piece of mind. Felt more like a person than just a policy number. They have a couple other offices around but I recommend THIS one! read more

My experience was great with Mayra. She helped me find great monthly payment for my new vehicle. Most importantly she went out of her way to wait for me after hours to process my insurance becausei reallyneeded it. I wasn't aware how full coverage worked.
