Was never told this by the guy changing the title and registering the car. Seller knew the guys there and was friends with them and i guess they do this often. Reporting the seller and this business at the police station as we speak and going tommorow in person to speak with the owner. UPDATE police report filed and was told to ask for footage and info of the seller when we go. They told me if the business refuses to provide said info, we can file a report at the dmv on the business and the Bureau of Automotive Repair. We are in a position to hire lawyers and sue this business for intentional fraud.

The woman working there was rude and dismissive from the beginning. I asked for a receipt after dropping off my already labeled package and she told me they "don't give receipts there." When I mentioned other USPS locations do, she responded with attitude and told me to "go back there then." What made it worse was she refused to even scan my package or place it somewhere secure. She told me to leave it in a clear box near the front. I politely asked if she could scan it and place it in the back so it wouldn't get taken, and she refused saying, "No one will take your package." Completely unprofessional customer service and a very uncomfortable experience for something that should've taken less than a minute. After looking online, it seems many other people have had similar issues at this location. USPS seriously needs to address the customer service here.

Very grateful for how helpful they were when I initially called because it allowed me to get the necessary paperwork before we showed up. My only suggestion is to have an ATM inside the building because I had to travel to two nearby ATMs to get cash last minute (one ATM had an extremely low limit and I didn't feel like driving all the way to the bank which would be 2 mi. away).
