Sad to report this. I've been dealing with them for a very long time and I won't anymore recently. I ran a lean 30 days ago paid for it call to check on the lean month later hasn't been filed. They can't find it. They say they try to contact me the next day but couldn't. Try to contact me once in 30 days. Terrible terrible had to get a refund paid 30 days for nothing she said they didn't get the submission forms from their own website that you pay them thru what happened to this place wow. read more

I'm only giving one star because they gave me a refund..They did nothing but make my life harder..I paid them and they lost my paperwork..when I called to check up on it, all they could do is blame DMV..i talk to DMV and they didn't know nothing about the lien..All they did was waste 5 months of my time..that cause me to get in trouble with the law for their incompetence.. read more

Lewis lien sale is a fast safe way to get your paperwork done. Professional for sure. The company takes its time to get your documents correct. In this day it's hard to find people who care about you even after they get your money. Joan is fantastic. If you need a lein contact them asap read more

I have been involved in the towing world for many years as an employee and now a partner and had to work with a bunch of people in this crazy industry. Finding a company that fits the demand was important. After weeding through some other companies we found Lewis Liens and they have been even more than we asked for. Fast, efficient and professional, they even call us to keep us posted on our vehicle submissions. They make my job that much easier for me all at a good price. Best I've seen! read more

Please note that the purpose of my review is to speak highly about Lewis Lien Sales versus the company who processed the paperwork when my car was towed. Again, any reference to another lien sale company is exactly that --- any negative comment in this review are NOT for Lewis Lien Sales. I am a lucky person, that's for sure. Lewis Lien Sales helped me become more wise tonight. My car was towed by a certain company and they used a certain lien service company. The tow company was not part of Lewis Lien Sales and Lewis Lien Sales did not do any of the paperwork. The company who handled my car tow paperwork would not answer my questions; again it was NOT Lewis Lien Sales. I did my research online, but still wanted to double check a few things with a professional. Imagine that! I headed to Facebook and found Lewis Lien Sales. I typed my question and wondered if they will reply. Here we are a midnight and I get notified of a message. I head to Facebook and a wonderful chat begins with Lewis Lien Sales. They answer my original question and many follow up questions. Lookie here, I am not in the tow business. I am not in the auto industry. I may never be in this situation again. BUT, this awesome person at Lewis Lien Sales took the time to address my questions. This sincere person realized that I was dealing with a difficult situation. They helped me get my head on straight. That is what you call a GOOD HUMAN BEING AND GOOD COMPANY TOO. You can say GREAT, AWESOME, SO COOL, AMAZING ---- but if we all just strive to even be GOOD then the world will be a better place. I will say that Lewis Lien Sales treated me, a person who is not even their customer, with integrity and sincerity. THAT IS GREAT, AWESOME, SO COOL, AND AMAZING ---- and also GOOD. I hope that my review will help you the person reading and also the company being reviewed which is Lewis Lien Sales. It is the least I could do since they went way out of their way to guide me during this very difficult time. If you have any questions about my review, then just message me here. PLEASE KNOW --- I WAS NOT ASKED TO WRITE THIS REVIEW. Anyone who doubts that this is a genuine review can message me and I will be happy to answer your question. read more

Great company to work with. Very fast with the paperwork! Reasonably priced compared to other companies.

Joan was a complete all star in helping me get a car i bought at an auction into my name. Walked me through the process, and ever was great with E-signatures and email correspondence. Would definitely recommend and use again. read more

This review is being written in regard to the mobile VIN verification service: I had the express pleasure of having my older model vehicle verified by one Ms Jessica Allen. I was so thrilled at the thought of someone coming to my home to save me the trouble of towing my old rusty (but classic) car to the DMV just to have it verified for the purpose of re-entering it into the database for sale. I had called around to several places and the going rate was anywhere from $80-125+ so I opted for the rock bottom price that was offered by Lewis Lien Sales. Oh my... I made an oopsie, and I can own up to that. When you play that game, you win some and you lose some. I lost BIG time on this one. Ms. Allen was courteous and the transaction seemed to go smoothly enough. That is, of course, until I paid a visit to the DMV because she had filled out the form incorrectly. I WENT TO THE DMV 6 TIMES FOR THE SAME FORM. Every time something was wrong. I think I gleaned enough combined knowledge to become a licensed verifier my dang self! So I called and explained this and her response was "The DMV is wrong." Yes. That's right. The agency which awarded you your license is incorrect. Six different DMV agents and two supervisors were all wrong. I was equally impressed with her offer of, "I can't come down to the DMV today, I have clients, but you can bring it here." Because nothing makes me feel like you care more than keeping the fee I paid you plus spending more money for gas to your office on top of the multiple DMV trips I made. I could be mistaken, but I believe Ms. Allen was pregnant when she paid a visit to my home. There is only reason this review has two stars, and it's dat baby. I don't believe anyone should have to come into this world with only one star. And on that final trip, when I held that registration paper above my head like a championship belt, the whole of the DMV staffing unit stood and cheered for me (true story). Nobody else had a clue what was going on, but somehow, there was this sense of unspoken solidarity among the others who remained in stasis, waiting for their numbers to be called. I may have lost a battle with Lewis Lien Sales, but by gum I won the war! read more

Let me start by saying I have been looking high and low for a reasonably priced lien sale company that would be attentive to my needs for a while. And I FOUND THEM!!! Lewis Lien Sales is fantastic! I have been a customer for 3 years now and own an auto body shop in the South Bay area. Not only have they helped me to understand the process better but, they have always made me feel like a priority. They will walk you through the entire lien sale process. If you have any concerns, they are more than willing to put you at ease by answering any questions. I have used the lien sale and vin verification service many times over and have NEVER had a problem. They are timely, reasonably priced and very friendly. Trust me, I would not trust my business with them or refer them multiple clients if the above were not my experience. This company does exceptional work and love their customers. A+ in my book!!! read more
