Brain Toyota has terrible customer service. Although he helped me get a cheaper policy he did not include my SR22 that I have suppose to have for three years. Now two years are wasted because Brain couldn't simply add my SR22 to my new policy. And on top on it when adding the SR22 to my new policy I get charged 305 as a deposit???? As a customer of 10+ years I am extremely angry and upset with this company. I started my insurance policy in the end of February to which the agent stated he would cancel my existing policy I got with them so I can start my new policy. so after spending $600 to start my policy of course my last insurance company ended up still charging me my $180 bill for February and didnt want to refund the full amount because why not. So a few weeks go by and my new account is about to be due so I call freeway on 03/22 to make sure my payment went thru because I received an email saying I was at risk for cancelation, the representative assured me the payment was processed and I'll see it reflect on my bank account shortly. A few days go by and I call again to make sure everything looks good and of course my policy was canceled :) so here we go spending another $600 to start up again. This time I thought to call a few days BEFORE my due date to ensure it's fully paid and I have no issues. Then today I can a duplicate charge from the insurance company itself :) why wouldn't the representative tell me I was enrolled in auto pay before processing my payment a few days ago? Not sure. So now I'm waiting 7-10 business days for my refund of course :))))) representatives need to be trained more to avoid these situations. This has been all a huge inconvenience and I've spent over $1700 since February, this should be illegal at this point. read more

Brian Toyota terrible customer service, he's not well at explaining things and went ahead and inputted the insurance policy I did not agree too so now I have to wait 24-48 hours for it to change to the policy I wanted. Not even just that he was also taking calls in between inputting my insurance maybe that is why he fucked up. And the times he was on the phone he was telling other customers that the system was down; which it was not down obviously bc I was the customer that he was helping and made all those fucking errors. And I also didn't like how the other employees see an unhappy customer and won't take responsibility to make things easier. I emailed the third party company Multi State Insurance regarding my cancellation with a refund of payment for non usage. However, I am giving 4 stars because I started to feel a little pressured from the other staff members once I informed them that the down payment was not affordable to me (not even in installments). I know they were doing their best to get me what I can afford but when I told them I needed time to think about it and make sure I'm doing the right thing, they continued to push me.
