I just got back to work after not being able to work for two months due to covid. I shopped all around and talked to several different insurance companies that work with dog groomers.(btw they are in Kahootz with several other insurance companies, but hid that knowledge from me- so a great deal of that research was wasted time because I was looking for quotes and services from what I thought were different companies) I was aware that I needed a special insurance that covers my van, bailee insurance for the dog, and would cover loss of wages if my van was out of commission for whatever reason. Well- my Van gets damaged and needs to be in the shop for two weeks. "It's ok-" I tell my partner.. "Zach Davis assured me that we're covered" Wrong! Apparently, Zach hooked me up with an insurance that would only cover my loss of wages if I was to incur damage at my address! If you can't understand the irony in this: I'm a mobile dog groomer- my house could burn to the ground and it would not affect my work.. Here is how I was mistreated: 1. I was tricked into thinking that several different looking insurance companies were all different, but found out later that they all work together- effectively wasting my time. 2. I was mislead into getting insurance that can't come anywhere close to helping me in the real world situation that I am now in. 3. Once I pointed this out, I got a quick "sorry you feel that way" and no wanting to make things right, just a suggestion to go somewhere else. (Keep in mind I lost two weeks of pay that I was just expecting would keep me above water after being down for two months.) 3. They refused refund the money that I have been exchanging for a worthless insurance after I cancelled-their reason for this is that If another claim was made, they would have to respond to claim if something was to arise when the policy was in place... I can sign a paper stating that no other claim will be made-then can I have back my stolen money?! I hope you all take this to heart and at least get a lawyer to read whatever the entity of - choice plus/the hartford/Pet careinsurance/pet biz insurance, etc. -wants you to sign Screwed over mobile dog groomer, Adam French read more

Zach is my first and only call for insurance. My girlfriend Alyssa and I just moved out for the first time. I needed renters insurance as I have lots of expensive musical equipment. Zach is very knowledgeable and clearly explained all the relevant policies and contingencies. I was under a tight timeline, but Zach was able to get me set up on the spot after I decided on a policy he recommended best fit my needs. If you need insurance, Zach is definitely the one to call. He's extremely friendly, professional and passionate. read more

VERY RESPONSIVE! Logan has been consistently responsive with my ever changing needs relating to our policy. I've had dealings with many agents over the years and Logan stands out as a cut above the rest. He constantly added authorized drivers to our commercial auto policy within minutes of our requests. He also provided a much better rate than I was able to find elsewhere, and assisted with complex matters. HIGHLY RECOMMEND read more

Let's be honest, insurance isn't exciting or fun to deal with but you definitely need it and Choice Plus makes it all a little less daunting. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. It's nice working with a business that knows what they're doing and isn't trying to take advantage or upsell you. It's also a plus to support a small business, especially nowadays. read more

Excellent customer service, listened and took care of all my business needs.

Changing business insurance policies is not my idea of a good time, but when ALLSTATE refused to cover a particular vehicle I just purchased, I had to go shopping. Zach was one of the first people to call and honestly I was impressed with the enthusiasm and his ability to do most of the work. Yes, I compared other policies, but CHOICE+ not only was the leader in the coverage I needed, but the leader in more coverage for less money. My ALLSTATE rep is a personal friend but when it comes down to business which means dollars, relationships take a back seat+ ...and I needed coverage on the large commercial vehicle I purchased...simple. When so many agencies said "no", Zach said I'll email your new policies tomorrow. read more

We've been coming to Zach, Theresa, and Logan for over ten years now for all of our insurance needs.  If you are looking for a professional, friendly, and helpful staff; Choice Plus Insurance is the one stop shop.  We currently utilize their services for our home, auto, and small business insurance.  Insurance policies can get confusing, and they are with us every step of the way to answer any and all questions we may have, making insurance chat far less daunting and easier to understand.  Making this complicated and confusing process easy and clear is a huge breath of fresh air! We have also had some urgent needs (roof leak and minor car accident), and they were easy to get a hold of and quick to help us. Zach, Logan, and Theresa seem to love their job and love to help people. We are grateful to have them by our side and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great insurance agency. read more

Eric and Zach were fantastic helping me to change my insurance over for workman's comp and all of my mobile pet grooming trucks and trailers! They gave exceptional service and were a pleasure to deal with. I had so many annoying business changes and they were so patient and professional each step of the way. I use to feel like a nuisance with questions or changes with my other insurance brokers. Oh and they saved me plenty of money and they bring their dogs to work...BONUS:) read more

I had the opportunity to contact Zach Davis in 2016 when I was selling a townhouse and needed insurance on the structure while it was vacant and for sale. Zach provided me with prompt and efficient service and the insurance coverages I needed. Most recently my homeowners insurance was canceled as I live in a high fire danger area. Zach was able to obtain new insurance for me at a competitive rate. My car insurance rates were going to increase as I was losing my multi-policy discount and Zach provided me with a very reasonable quote and captured my auto insurance business as well. I found Zach to be very knowledgeable and professional and would highly recommend him for all your insurance needs. read more

Zach has been our agent for 7 years now. During this time he has proved to be a reliable agent, very knowledgeable professional, and a wonderful person. It is always a delight to talk to Zach and there have been many times throughout these years that he has surprised us with great deals, clear explanations of protocols and policies, and even off-duty calls when we had a car accident. Our business with Choice Plus Insurance (CPI) started with a single insurance policy for one vehicle. Afterwards we extended our insurance to two vehicles followed by a renters insurance policy. Currently we have policies for our three cars and a home-owners insurance. At this point, anytime we think about our insurance needs we immediately go to Zach for questions or advice. It is also important to mention that we've had the pleasure of interacting with the rest of the staff at CPI and - in every single occasion - they've always been very attentive, respectful, and knowledgeable. After all these years of service, we can safely say that Zach and CPI is the best agency in the area and we highly recommend them for all your insurance needs. read more

When it was time to renew our commercial business/auto insurance our current company could not help. So off to the internet I went... When I saw Choice Plus, I signed up for a quote and that was the start of a great relationship with Zach Davis. Professional, sincere, and honest are just a few words to use to describe him. Zach was able to help us through some difficult times and was willing to do all the work. Even though we were not able to obtain the auto insurance we needed, Zach pointed us in the right direction. I admire his integrity and would highly recommend working with him. You do not find customer service like this very often. read more

Today was an amazing day. I caught wind of a great deal on a new car. It was my dream car but the thing is a nice car with great performance always comes with a high insurance payment right? Wrong, when you work with Zach Davis, he will make it doable. Great service, affordable prices for the RIGHT coverage, the experience makes all the difference. There are lots of insurance agents around, but having somebody to give you all the information that you need promptly, offers great rates, and is a friend to talk to, that is hard to come by. A family member highly recommended Zach David with Choice+ Insurance Services, Inc to me, since I was not happy with what my currant insurance company could provide. I was upfront with Zach and conveyed that I had loyalty with my currant insurance agent and needed to see if she could keep my business by finding a better company to match my needs. We had numerous communications over the course of a couple weeks and I was so impressed with the professionalism, promptness to my email questions and returned phone calls. Zach took away all the confusion by clearly outlining what auto and umbrella policy he would recommend for my needs in comparison to what I had. Also, respected my transparency with just wanting a quote and did not pressure me. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy and excellent customer service, you will find this and many other outstanding attributes in Zach Davis with Choice+ Insurance Services, Inc. Not only did he provide me with better policies, but saved me money. Without hesitation I highly recommend Zach Davis. Thanks again for making with whole process smooth. Choice Plus Insurance Services helped me with a recent claim for my son. I began with Julianne who helped me know exactly what I needed to make sure these claims were submitted correctly and then Zach helped when a claim was questioned and not paid, he was able to find out exactly what happened and rectified the situation within a couple of days.
