5 Stars personally to Rob Bills, his staff and State Farm. I have i think 11 policy's total. 8 Vehicles 2 Trailers and the homeowners policy. I've had several incidents whereas all 3 kids have had collisions and we've also had two (2) hit & runs on our cars over the years and even a flooded home. No noticeable change in premium, very happy. I do have AAA roadside and they are constantly trying to quote me so I finely agreed. I dont ever provide reviews for anything but, I felt Chris Rudolph working in the Rob Bills office deserved some praise! I've done business with several Insurance Companies/Agents over the many years of my "driving career." To many times I've felt like the Companies/Agents were just trying to offer coverages or policies that best soot them and their needs. I've done business with Rob Bills Office with State Farm now going on 3 years I think. I currently hold 4 separate policies, 2 of which are 1 auto and 1 motorcycle policy. At one time I held 6, 3 being auto and 1 being motorcycle. Well, I eventually ended up selling 2 of my cars leaving 1 auto and 1 motorcycle policy and in doing so, I expected my monthly policy rate to decrease significantly. Well, contrary to my belief, my policy actually increased. Confused and quite upset that my policy actually increased after dropping 2 vehicles I called Rob Bills office to speak with Chris Rudolph whom is the only Agent I've done business with within the Rob Bills office. After Chris explained the reason why... even though I still currently hold 4 policies, 1 auto, 1 motorcycle, 1 medical, and 1 renters, I lost my multi policy discount due to the fact that State Farm doesn't consider a multi policy discount unless you hold multiple auto policies. Hearing this just PI $$ED me off even more because this just didn't make sense to me. I responded by saying that I would just have to take time out of my busy schedule and find one of their competitors that did consider 1 auto, 1motorcycle, 1 renters, and 1 medical policy as a multi policy discount. Well, after I had time to calm down and reconsider my options, as well as, reflect on the level of customer service I've received from Chris Rudolph thus far, I came to the realization that paying a few extra bucks per month to continue to receive the exceptional service I continue to receive from Chris was worth it! I have never receive such exceptional customer service anywhere! If I have questions or concerns about coverage or not sure what specific coverage does what, or even if I'm thinking about purchasing another vehicle and just want to know what the price difference will do to my monthly rate I can contact Chris via phone or email and I know he will respond promptly (usually within 30mins) explaining all of my concerns. I can't thank Chris enough for his exceptional service and highly recommend him to anyone in need or thinking about changing Insurance providers! The Rob Bills office is very lucky to have someone like Chris because he's the only reason why I stayed with State Farm. read more
