Having been a continuous car insurance customer with Sate Farm for the last 61 years - it's obvious that I have been satisfied with State Farm Insurance. I also have always used State Farm for my homeowners insurance coverage and Earthquake Insurance coverage for the last 52 years. They have always provided agents who have been professional and extremely helpful in providing us with detailed explanations to any of our questions when it comes to ensuring we have adequate coverage. Rob Bills office has the very best - kind, considerate people that are knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what is the very best for your needs. They understand that as time goes on - situations and life's need changes and they take the time to ensure your needs are adequately addressed. Rob is a fantastic insurance agent whom we have been with for about 13 years. We have used various insurance products through him. He is highly professional, knowledgeable, and thoughtful, always providing the best insurance options for his clients. While some agents instill fear in their customers, Rob provides very realistic advice and never tries to upsell. I highly recommend Rob for anyone's insurance needs. read more

5 Stars personally to Rob Bills, his staff and State Farm. I have i think 11 policy's total. 8 Vehicles 2 Trailers and the homeowners policy. I've had several incidents whereas all 3 kids have had collisions and we've also had two (2) hit & runs on our cars over the years and even a flooded home. No noticeable change in premium, very happy. I do have AAA roadside and they are constantly trying to quote me so I finely agreed. They were higher by $300 a month I warned them that they were wasting their time but never stop pushing. THANK GOD FOR ROB BILLS!! read more

Rob is easy to work with and super responsive. Makes insurance easy. Highly recommend him.

My husband and I have had Rob as our insurance agent for well over a decade now and he has seen us through some major life changes: from being self-employed, owning a business, to a few totaled cars and several random accidents. Through everything, he and his office staff are always very helpful and responsive and truly look out for what your individual needs are to make sure your insurance makes sense for you. Even though we don't live nearby, we wouldn't go anywhere else! And, of course, he loves pitbulls. What more do you need to know? read more

Rob Bills has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years and you can tell! He has helped people protect the things and people they love most through many different challenging times. They have a "people first" approach to customer service, which makes them better able to respond to you when you need them. After all, what's insurance for if not to provide help when you need it? If you seek a high quality policy and team that actually does work for you, to protect and cover you, look no further than Rob Bills and his team. He, and State Farm, are great, because they have both stood the test of time, through so many challenges. Even as many home insurance carriers are leaving California due to wildfires, State Farm has not. read more

I've been using Rob for all my insurance for over twenty years -cars, fire, business, umbrella, non-owned auto, and more. His customer service is exceptional and they always get back to me quickly on issues. They always handle it which saves me a lot of time and agony. I believe Rob's business model is to build the business by focussing on doing what's right for the customer. Truly one of the best agents around. He is caring, attentive and very professional. We have all of our insurance needs through Rob: Auto, Home and Umbrella policy. He's helped us through a small flood from a water heater to transitioning to another state. I would highly recommend Rob to anyone seeking a great agent! I dont ever provide reviews for anything but, I felt Chris Rudolph working in the Rob Bills office deserved some praise! I've done business with several Insurance Companies/Agents over the many years of my "driving career." To many times I've felt like the Companies/Agents were just trying to offer coverages or policies that best soot them and their needs. I've done business with Rob Bills Office with State Farm now going on 3 years I think. I currently hold 4 separate policies, 2 of which are 1 auto and 1 motorcycle policy. At one time I held 6, 3 being auto and 1 being motorcycle. Well, I eventually ended up selling 2 of my cars leaving 1 auto and 1 motorcycle policy and in doing so, I expected my monthly policy rate to decrease significantly. Well, contrary to my belief, my policy actually increased. Confused and quite upset that my policy actually increased after dropping 2 vehicles I called Rob Bills office to speak with Chris Rudolph whom is the only Agent I've done business with within the Rob Bills office. After Chris explained the reason why... even though I still currently hold 4 policies, 1 auto, 1 motorcycle, 1 medical, and 1 renters, I lost my multi policy discount due to the fact that State Farm doesn't consider a multi policy discount unless you hold multiple auto policies. Hearing this just PI $$ED me off even more because this just didn't make sense to me. I responded by saying that I would just have to take time out of my busy schedule and find one of their competitors that did consider 1 auto, 1motorcycle, 1 renters, and 1 medical policy as a multi policy discount. Well, after I had time to calm down and reconsider my options, as well as, reflect on the level of customer service I've received from Chris Rudolph thus far, I came to the realization that paying a few extra bucks per month to continue to receive the exceptional service I continue to receive from Chris was worth it! I have never receive such exceptional customer service anywhere! If I have questions or concerns about coverage or not sure what specific coverage does what, or even if I'm thinking about purchasing another vehicle and just want to know what the price difference will do to my monthly rate I can contact Chris via phone or email and I know he will respond promptly (usually within 30mins) explaining all of my concerns. I can't thank Chris enough for his exceptional service and highly recommend him to anyone in need or thinking about changing Insurance providers! The Rob Bills office is very lucky to have someone like Chris because he's the only reason why I stayed with State Farm. read more

We have been with Rob and his team for years now, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Throughout these years, his customer service has not changed. It is consistently above and beyond. Whenever I have concerns, he is very responsive and provides a thorough explanation showing he actually cares. In addition, he periodically reassesses our plan to see if he can offer a better rate without losing our great coverage. I would definitely recommend him to others. read more

My wife and I have been a client of Rob Bills for nearly 20 years. Auto, home, and earthquake insurance. They treat you like you are the only customer they have. In the 20 years we have had to make a few claims and they were all handled fast and professionally. I would highly recommend Rob as your agent with all your insurance needs. The customer service and rates are unbeatable. Unfortunately, we are leaving the state now so we can no longer have Rob as our agent. We will miss him. Thanks Rob for all your help these past years. read more

Happy customer of over 20 years here. Rob and his team are the absolute best. We have all of our insurance with Rob for our company; building, fiduciary, workers comp. I just can't properly articulate how amazing they are. They help me with any question I have fast, efficiently and friendly. Rob really came through during a recent move and the needs of the new landlord for different insurance certificates. I don't understand any of that, and Rob helped me so much through the process. I wouldn't have stayed sane without his caring, knowledge and expertise. read more

Extremely happy with my decision to call Rob Hills SF. I have had to call State farm 3 times in the last 6 months to make changes to my insurance policy. CHRIS Rudolph, Rob Hill's associate, has kindly and patiently helped me through each and every process. Great Company. I have been with this company going on 12 years now. Rob and Chris have been delivering excellent service since day 1. They call me up when I am getting late on my policy as a friendly reminder. They also give me helpful advice on on how to save money. I have the following policies with them: Home, car, earth quake and business liability. What I really like most is their personal service. They really know me and remember my situation and they are genuinely nice friendly people. Also, with my multiple policies, I'm saving lots of money. read more

I have been using Rob Bills State Farm since 2005 for all my insurance needs. It all started when a fellow motorcycle rider referred me over to Rob. Rob has been an awesome agent. Me and my family have been with him for over 10 years. I wouldnt ever go anywhere else!

So helpful and courteous; they are always ready to listen and act on your behalf. No hard pitch sales, just a caring team of professionals.

We have just recently switched all of our State Farm policies to Rob in that he has come highly recommended by an acquaintance of ours. Rob is now my go to guy regarding any insurance questions and definitely someone that I would recommend on to others without hesitation. Rob is very knowledgable and deals with queries regarding insurance with an enthusiasm that I have not seen in an insurance agent in a long time. Not only can he find the policy that would suit your needs but he can also explain exactly what kind of coverage you would have in a way you can understand it so that you can make informed decisions. Very happy we made the switch. read more

We have been with St Farm for many years. We have home, vehicle, business and umbrella insurance with St Farm. We have had to make several claims and each time we were very satisfied with the quick response and fair replacement costs St Farm gave us for our car and water damage we had at our house. Rob is an exceptional agent and he and his staff are always available and responsive. They walked us through the process of submitting claims and were very knowledgeable about our coverage and the whole process. While deciding on coverage, Rob makes sure we have the right coverage without trying to over sell us on something we don't need. I trust him completely and recommend if you are looking for insurance to give Rob a call. read more

Everyone relies on the honesty of their insurance agent. This company changes the rules, does not provide adequate information and completely keeps you guessing if they are being straight. There are lots of great agents out there. Stay clear of this one. read more

Rob and his staff are the greatest insurance agents we've come upon. My family and I have been with them for several years now. When we were shopping around for a new insurance company, they were quick to reply and entertain us. State Farm alone offers exceptional rates and policies, but Rob Bill's agency complements the company's reputation. Our main contact is Chris, and he has always been reliable and timely with our questions and concerns. Every time we've had questions over the phone or email, they are prompt to respond. I've never felt more confident or secure in having our coverage maintained. It feels good to know you're being looked after by sincere, friendly folks. They're knowledgeable and proficient in what they do. Always looking for ways we could save with our coverage. I recommend anyone to give them a call and you will see the difference in the experience they provide. I wouldn't look anywhere else! read more
