First of all, I'm a writer by trade, so if this seems like a little goofy, yea, I know it is. I got a new truck, decided to shop around a little, and made a call last week. I found them on the net, and decided to take a chance. Gave them the info, and hung up. They emailed back with the information I needed and wanted, and I called back and set the whole thing up via phone. Now - here's the amazing part - it didn't affect my life much at all. There's the big 4 star review - IT DIDN'T AFFECT MY LIFE MUCH AT ALL. I didn't even think about it much until today, that's how painless the process is. I've never particularly enjoyed dealing with insurance, but I have to say that my experience with ERM was pretty great. They are knowledgeable, kind, communicative, and got me exactly what I was looking for without any hassle.
