From the very beginning, I was blown away by how responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient he was. Whether it's residential or commercial insurance, I know my clients are in great hands with Julius. The feedback I continue to receive from them has been incredible -- they consistently mention not only the outstanding level of service, but also how competitive his pricing is. Fortunately for me, I reached AIS Insurance and was connected to Todd Ullman, a sales rep. He was able to help me cut down our original quote by a few hundred dollars. Most of all, he was super patient and really helped ease my concerns when our insurance suddenly did not renew. I would definitely recommend AIS Insurance and Todd to all my friends and family.

We spent more than 45 minutes on the phone putting the quotes together, and he said he would email me all the information so I could review it. I never received the email. I called twice to follow up and eventually reached someone else, but she was unable to access the quotes. After investing that much time, it was incredibly frustrating to feel like the entire conversation and effort had been wasted. You should not have to follow up multiple times just to get the information needed to purchase an insurance policy. If the pricing had not been so competitive, I would have walked away. Thankfully, I later chatted with Cheryl, who was amazingly helpful, responsive and a pleasure to work with. She deserves five stars!

Allstate insurance brokers are completely unethical and self-serving thieves I will elaborate…read more I was completely comfortable with my Costco insurance plan unfortunately they do not offer rideshare coverage my wife and I decided to try some ridesharing with Uber and Lyft upon understanding that my current insurance plan did not offer that coverage I looked out to companies that do. I found that Allstate covers that upon reaching out to an Allstate representative broker had a wonderful experience on the phone. I explained what my intentions were to get a price quote with and without rideshare coverage as we wanted to start doing rideshars. Once again broker was great gave me a price of $232 without rideshare coverage $334 a month with rideshare covers. That was a considerable jump on monthly premiums. I accepted the quote and signed up that day. One year later my wife decided she did not want to do any more rideshares so I contacted Allstate to see about removing her and her vehicle from the rideshare portion of my policy to see if my rate would come down. At that time I was informed by my local agent that I did not have rideshare coverage it was never part of my original Allstate insurance policy. I immediately had this escalated to a manager Rosalie she was very nice over the phone however offered no help financially and no real understanding what happened as I was told she could not find out who the original broker was who signed me up for my policy. So moving forward I decided to immediately cancel Allstate insurance found an excellent rate with a insurance company partnering with the progressive insurance partners I now have the same insurance coverages for only $205 a month no rideshare coverage thank you progressive. Thank you for reading this extremely long review however the last thing I would like to say to anybody regarding any insurance policies or anything else make sure you read every single bit of your paperwork sent over by any company I do take responsibility for not making sure that I had the rideshare coverage on my actual policy that's what I thought I was signing up for definitely on me for that part.

I just got back to work after not being able to work for two months due to covid…read more I shopped all around and talked to several different insurance companies that work with dog groomers.(btw they are in Kahootz with several other insurance companies, but hid that knowledge from me- so a great deal of that research was wasted time because I was looking for quotes and services from what I thought were different companies) I was aware that I needed a special insurance that covers my van, bailee insurance for the dog, and would cover loss of wages if my van was out of commission for whatever reason. Well- my Van gets damaged and needs to be in the shop for two weeks. "It's ok-" I tell my partner.. "Zach Davis assured me that we're covered" Wrong! Apparently, Zach hooked me up with an insurance that would only cover my loss of wages if I was to incur damage at my address! If you can't understand the irony in this: I'm a mobile dog groomer- my house could burn to the ground and it would not affect my work.. Here is how I was mistreated: 1. I was tricked into thinking that several different looking insurance companies were all different, but found out later that they all work together- effectively wasting my time. 2. I was mislead into getting insurance that can't come anywhere close to helping me in the real world situation that I am now in. 3. Once I pointed this out, I got a quick "sorry you feel that way" and no wanting to make things right, just a suggestion to go somewhere else. (Keep in mind I lost two weeks of pay that I was just expecting would keep me above water after being down for two months.) 3. They refused refund the money that I have been exchanging for a worthless insurance after I cancelled-their reason for this is that If another claim was made, they would have to respond to claim if something was to arise when the policy was in place... I can sign a paper stating that no other claim will be made-then can I have back my stolen money?! I hope you all take this to heart and at least get a lawyer to read whatever the entity of - choice plus/the hartford/Pet careinsurance/pet biz insurance, etc. -wants you to sign Screwed over mobile dog groomer, Adam French
