I really don't understand all the negative reviews on here. Either they are new to the industry or new to lead providers. Nothing works 100% out the door. And your process and timing are key. We've had a mixed experience overall. The customer service representative we worked with has been great -- very responsive, friendly, and genuinely easy to work with. Communication on that side has been a strong point. Unfortunately, the leads themselves haven't produced much ROI for our agency so far. The sales person completely misrepresented their live call life insurance leads. After paying $500 up front I received nothing! Then I was told it was because it was not turned on for me. I told them the system would not work for me, and I received zero leads, and would need a full refund. They said they cannot offer any refunds even though I did not receive the service. The leads so far have all been bogus. The pricing has been incorrect. They've charged all different amounts and have taken weeks to still not issue credit. While Rory is nice, it's excuse after excuse as to why they haven't credited my account back. For a leads company I wouldn't recommend them. Out of 32 only 1 might have been legit but he was 83 and couldn't remember anything. Wasted $60 on one phone call that the guy wasn't even insurable they denied credit on it. Most of the leads won't have voicemails and if a person does answer they say they never asked for a quote and then smart financial won't let you have a refund. Save your money. My experience with this insurance lead company has been average. Some of the leads are solid and have turned into business, but others were harder to reach or not fully qualified. The pricing is reasonable, and customer service is responsive when needed. It can work if you're willing to put in the follow-up, but results may vary. Overall, not bad, just not perfect. read more

Absolutely thrilled and excited for the future with this vendor. Recently started an agency and have been mainly using two vendors, SmartFinancial and another I will not name. Both of them are similar in price and the cap per day is the same for both, but the second day we were in business (which was yesterday) we had over an hour of talk time with SF leads, opposed to only 15 mins of talk time on the other vendor. Liz is my account manager, and her and I have been in contact every day this week getting things dialed in for us, and this morning we got our first deal as an agency!! SmartFinancial will now and forever be my go-to lead vendor if I need some quality leads while working with a budget. This is a company I wish I never did business with. I used them for live transfers and to be completely honest, it was a small sample size. But sample size doesn't matter when I had people transferred to me that had absolutely no interest in life insurance. I mean none. I canceled my account with them and since they have consistently called me to buy more leads. I've asked to be taken off their list to no avail. If their product was that good, they wouldn't have to harass agents to come back because they would never leave. Stay away from Smart Financial IO. Do not use this company! Leads are terrible, they send leads that are already insured with your company, no one answers and the ones that do say they did not request a quote. I unfortunately was convinced to purchase $1000 and canceled within a few days so my card would not be charged again and of course, I do not get a refund. I've worked with many lead companies and this is BY FAR the worst. You could try asking them not to call you anymore but they will continue even after you've asked to be removed from their call list. I started with the auto wholesale leads which are complete garbage. They claim to go to a maximum of three agents which is untrue. Then I switched to call-in leads. This place is like plague, run! Where there is smoke there is fire! These guys are the new 2025 scam. If you are an agent or buying leads you will absolutely ruin your budget and each employee has rehearsed and repeated actions for your loss. They do not sell exclusive leads and the leads are $60 a piece. You are competing against them on each live transfer. These leads are unemployed, unmotivated with no means to purchase just price shop through their clever social media ads that scare the people to call. Trust me I asked for help and credit numerous times and they do not care they literally rinse and repeat- Take your money and blow it in the wind before you go this route. My experience with Isela Avila, Mackenzie Morey and a few others are literally are at first caring but ultimately not productive. Each time I said something about the leads and unemployed they have a clever response about the system and how it has to credit you down the road in time. That's $600 in deception. The other 8 were unemployed, no income people not leads. Sold three policies and one cancelled next day. They actually call outbound leads and then transfer them to you as if it was a live lead. I have asked them to stop, told them I found a policy, and they are still calling. If I could award this company with a 5 star negative review I would. The front end salespeople are good at getting you signed up after that the account managers do whatever they can to bleed you dry. I was on the platform for nine months bleeding when the account manager ( my second one cause the first one quit) told me the leads I was buying weren't going to build my business. NOW!! After months of being on this garbage? Their leads aren't exclusive and 95% never pickup and when they do they don't remember ever inquiring. You drive all over and chase your leads for zero return. Thier "live transfer" which are really expensive are no better. People who didn't want to talk and have no idea why they were transferred in the first place. This company also does not offer a refund of any kind, that's a sign of a scam. Basically they will take your money and leave you with nothing. Quotes are NOT completed online - they get your info, waste your time, and then line you up for spam calls. Today I asked for an insurance quote through SF & the first site I was directed to was so full of malware that Bitdefender blocked the site. The second site I was directed to had none of my info & I had to re-enter everything again, making the 5 minutes I spent filling out info on SmartFinancial a complete scam to Phish for my information & sell it. I have used many other lead vendors and can honestly say I have never received a fraction of the service that Kyle provided, its not even comparable. Even though I stopped using the service as the industry went through historic changes, he always checked back in to see how things were going, which no one else did.
