I was billed over $500 dollars for the time that he didn't pause requests. I asked for a refund of the funds as it was a specific request and I shouldn't have been billed for the days. But sample size doesn't matter when I had people transferred to me that had absolutely no interest in life insurance. I mean none. I canceled my account with them and since they have consistently called me to buy more leads. I've asked to be taken off their list to no avail. I unfortunately was convinced to purchase $1000 and canceled within a few days so my card would not be charged again and of course, I do not get a refund.
