Communication on that side has been a strong point. Unfortunately, the leads themselves haven't produced much ROI for our agency so far. Representative was very attentive when I wanted to up my order, but when I specifically requested to not have leads on specific days, he delayed the change. I was billed over $500 dollars for the time that he didn't pause requests. I asked for a refund of the funds as it was a specific request and I shouldn't have been billed for the days. Since I have now cancelled my services, he has stopped responding to my requests. I have proof of him admitting error, and stating he would get this done by his manager. The leads so far have all been bogus. The pricing has been incorrect. They've charged all different amounts and have taken weeks to still not issue credit. While Rory is nice, it's excuse after excuse as to why they haven't credited my account back. For a leads company I wouldn't recommend them. Out of 32 only 1 might have been legit but he was 83 and couldn't remember anything. Wasted $60 on one phone call that the guy wasn't even insurable they denied credit on it. Most of the leads won't have voicemails and if a person does answer they say they never asked for a quote and then smart financial won't let you have a refund. Save your money. Both of them are similar in price and the cap per day is the same for both, but the second day we were in business (which was yesterday) we had over an hour of talk time with SF leads, opposed to only 15 mins of talk time on the other vendor. This is a company I wish I never did business with. I used them for live transfers and to be completely honest, it was a small sample size. But sample size doesn't matter when I had people transferred to me that had absolutely no interest in life insurance. I mean none. Do not use this company! Leads are terrible, they send leads that are already insured with your company, no one answers and the ones that do say they did not request a quote. I unfortunately was convinced to purchase $1000 and canceled within a few days so my card would not be charged again and of course, I do not get a refund. I've worked with many lead companies and this is BY FAR the worst. You could try asking them not to call you anymore but they will continue even after you've asked to be removed from their call list. This place is like plague, run! Where there is smoke there is fire! These guys are the new 2025 scam. If you are an agent or buying leads you will absolutely ruin your budget and each employee has rehearsed and repeated actions for your loss. They do not sell exclusive leads and the leads are $60 a piece. You are competing against them on each live transfer. These leads are unemployed, unmotivated with no means to purchase just price shop through their clever social media ads that scare the people to call. Trust me I asked for help and credit numerous times and they do not care they literally rinse and repeat- Take your money and blow it in the wind before you go this route. My experience with Isela Avila, Mackenzie Morey and a few others are literally are at first caring but ultimately not productive. Each time I said something about the leads and unemployed they have a clever response about the system and how it has to credit you down the road in time. If I could award this company with a 5 star negative review I would. The front end salespeople are good at getting you signed up after that the account managers do whatever they can to bleed you dry. I was on the platform for nine months bleeding when the account manager ( my second one cause the first one quit) told me the leads I was buying weren't going to build my business. NOW!! After months of being on this garbage? Their leads aren't exclusive and 95% never pickup and when they do they don't remember ever inquiring. You drive all over and chase your leads for zero return. Thier "live transfer" which are really expensive are no better. People who didn't want to talk and have no idea why they were transferred in the first place. This company also does not offer a refund of any kind, that's a sign of a scam. Basically they will take your money and leave you with nothing.
