He parked in the garage and set to work repairing the cracks and afterwards, sealing it. Total time was probably half an hour to an hour, and in the meanwhile he answered all our questions, and even offered us some tostada style chips covered in churro seasoning. Yelp messaging was responsive, their quote was the lowest, and they were the only shop that could replace the window the same day using OEM (original) glass.
