Absolute RIP OFF!! I took my mini Cooper for an estimate just for paint after having another shop to do some patchwork on the bumper.. very minor damage. Asked them how much it would be just to paint the bumper and they came back with $2700 stating that paint had gone up in California.. Took it out to San Fernando Valley and only paid $500 and $250 for a patch job my bumper now looks brand new and these fools are doing nothing but scamming people. This the the worst place to go to fix your car. I just fixed my car 3 months ago and they charged my insurance about $4000 at that time and at the time they said you have a life time warranty for our work. After 3 months, their poor quality paint peeled and they did a horrible job of this and they refused to fix it and claimed that I had hit my car-- I did NOT hit my car on anything. I asked them to fix it. And they tried to blame me and say that this is my fault even though this is a bad quality work. I do not recommend this place for anyone. Got in an accident in November, in a car that was two months old. Definitely wanted someone to take care of my baby. My insurance wanted me to go to Caliber Collision, but I'd had a negative experience in the past with them, so I decided to find my own place. I was highly disappointed with Valley Collision. First of all, it was like pulling teeth to get any kind of an update from them about my car. We were originally quoted something like two weeks, it ended up being almost a month. And during that entire time, the only updates I received were when I called them myself. I wasn't even being demanding, I would call maybe twice a week. 90% of the time I would be told my service tech was "out to lunch" or "with another customer" but then I would NEVER get a call back. At one point I hadn't gotten any info in over 10 days, despite the fact that we were well over their original estimate. The point is, their communication sucks. The location is clean and pleasant looking, and I will admit their work was good. I will definitely not go back though, as I did not appreciate having to finally ask for a manager JUST TO GET AN UPDATE. You are being paid a lot of money, the least you can do is call your clients once or twice a week to let them know what's going on with their car. read more

Listen to the bad reviews. I was taken to this shop by the tow truck owner and asked the shop how long it would take to fix my car. They assured me two weeks or less and the adjuster said it should take two weeks at the most. It has almost been 2 months and still no car. They constantly tell me they will call me with updates but never do. They never return my calls unless it is to tell me they need my car longer. I'm going to call my insurance adjuster, the insurance company, the broker, and anyone else I can to let people know about this shop and drive as much business away from them as humanly possible. I'll also be posting on every car forum I can find. Stay away! It really is that bad. read more

WARNING TO ALL! I reported a claim with @$%#@ Insurance on 09/04/2019 around 10 days latter I was contacted by an adjuster named %&*$#. He picked a shop nearest the Ford dealer where I had my vehicle towed to in Victorville,Ca as it was the closest Ford dealer form my damaged vehicle location. I attempted to Pay and pick up my vehicle on Monday December 27th (114 days later 12/27/2019) around 8:00 am in the morning. The Repair shop owner Danny at Valley Collision Center 13920 Amargosa Rd Victorville, Ca 92392 assaulted me by pushing me in my chest and then Danny the owner started to use his elbow to my chest so I went to the curb and called 911. The Police arrived and arrested me for trespassing. I was taken to jail and booked for trespassing and I spent the next 7 hours in jail. I returned to the shop around 4:30 pm the same day with a police escort and gave the shop a check for over $25,000.00 and I drove away. My %$#@* Insurance Company sent Valley Collision Center an additional amount of around $12,000.00 For the Nine (9) supplements that the shop generated. I have since brought my 2017 F-150 to a in-network shop that Geico sent me to and I now have over $16,767.00 in an estimate for repairs to get my vehicle close to the condition before the claimed damage. %$#@& insurance will not finish the repairs and I am told by the supervisor (S&%$#@ R&%#$@) that I must finish the repairs and I must pay out of pocket! S%$#@% R$%#@# the %$#@& insurance supervisor has told me they will not be able to make me whole. The new repair shop requires that I pay A minimum of $8,383.79 in cash (out of pocket) if I want to get my truck repairs (from 09/04/2019 claim) started and an additional minimum of $8,383.79 that I must pay in cash when finished. I am told by the new shop it could be Thousands more than the currant estimate of $16,767.00 if the bed needs to be replaced. The shop (Valley Collision Center 13920 Amargosa Rd Victorville) has caused additional damage while they had my truck and they used my spare tire (they used what appears to be a crow bar to get my tire lock off damaging my bumper) as one of the replaced tires Valley Collision Center used my old mirror part as a replaced part etc.etc.etc!!!!!! This place is horrible. I took my car here 6months ago. I was hit from behind. My paint is coming off. When I called to report this the adjuster claims his employees didn't do that because he watches there work every second of the day. Very unprofessional and no customer service. The only thing they had to do was change the bumper but they keep stalling saying that it will be done Friday and he calls Friday and they say Tuesday he calls Tuesday and they say no Friday they have been doing this for a month it's absolutely ridiculous! Our car was rear ended and we chose this body shop to do the repairs because they told us they would use original parts for the car. We dropped the vehicle off on 11/17/17. They estimated the repairs would be done 12/14/17. On 12/14/17 we get a call saying that the repairs aren't completed yet because one of their guys was out sick for a few days and they would need another week. The next week comes and we get another call saying they need two more days. Finally on 12/22/17 they call and say the vehicle is ready. We go to pick it up and notice many things wrong with it. The paint color didn't match, there was a ding on one of the doors, one of the door handles had chipped paint, the tailgate was not aligned evenly, and a piece was broken inside the car when they took it apart. We pointed everything out to them and they said they would fix it, but because of the holiday it would be several more days. On the 27th we go back to pick up the car. Again the paint did not match up. Danny, the owner, kept telling us that because the paint color is a pearl white, whenever you park it in the shade the color will be different from when you park it in the sun. I have never seen my car 2 different colors before. Then he says that because the bumper is plastic and the rest of the car is metal the color will be different. The fender of the car is plastic, but yet it still matches the rest of the car. Plus now there is a scratch next to the front wheel that wasn't there before. So we leave the car again for them to fix. Finally today 1/5/18 we pick up the car. We look it over and ask Danny to move the car into the shade so we can look at it better. He refuses to help us and says we need to pay him first, then we can do whatever we want with the car. He also threatened to sell the car if we didn't come in to pay. After taking the car home we see that the car is still not the right color and the inside was damaged when they took the car apart. Worst service EVER! We ended up having to pay almost $500 out of pocket for our rental car because they took over 30 days to fix the car and our insurance only covers 30 days. read more

While traveling home the flap came loose from the underside of the car. We pulled into Valley Collision Center for help. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. Ben Mendoza took the car back and got us a temporary fix, that got us home. The best part is that he charged us nothing. The office was clean and very cute with old time decor. I brought my 2019 Chevy Camaro SS in to get body damage fixed as I accidently rubbed against a pole. I brought it to Valley Collision in Victorville, recommended by AAA and the Chevy dealership, on June 1, 2021 and was told it would take about 2 weeks. I was very concerned that the body would look as if it were repaired when complete, but I was reassured that it would look brand new when completed. AAA also reassured me that it should look perfect when returned. Well, it wound up taking over a month, as I picked it up on July 5th. The extra time, although inconvenient, would have been completely overlooked if it would have been returned complete and in good condition the first time. However, at first attempt, the fender wasn't lined up at all and it looked as if it had been repaired half-heartedly. I was extremely disappointed as the fender wasn't even aligned with the wheel well. It was quite obvious and cannot believe they tried to give it to me in that condition. Of course, they took it back and realigned it. Ninety eight percent better, however, now you could see the epoxy within the crease. Another major issue was that my car was sloppily put back together: the panel on the back window was not only filthy but wasn't even attached properly. They had to take it back to pop the panel back into place. It was also now missing the original clips that were in the trunk. They replaced one of them, but had to reorder one of the four hooks that hold the small net in the trunk in place. One of the clips was replaced with a bulky bolt instead. I guess my major disappointment was the fact that Valley Collision was missing the much needed quality check before the vehicle was handed back to the customer. In my opinion, THAT is the difference between a 5 star review and one that falls much shorter. Everyone should be treated as if they are writing a review after picking up their vehicle. (Also, is it normal for 3 miles to be put on the odometer and the radio station to be changed?) On a positive note, after having to go back and fix the many overlooked and incomplete steps, my car does look nice. I will attach pictures if able. read more

My husband and I were rear-ended and only had liability on his 2002 Xterra. Unfortunately it was deemed totaled and we were dealing with the responsible party's insurance company.
