This Caliber location is phenomenal!! I got rear ended causing considerable damage to the back right side of my Toyota Corolla. When I dropped the car off the receptionist in the front, ASHLEY, was exceptionally friendly and helpful gettin me checked in. She even called Enterprise to get me picked up so I could get in a rental. She also offered me popcorn, coffee and other beverages while I waited. KAREN, who handled the estimate, was very thorough and to my knowledge covered every bit of damage sustained in the accident. She also made sure to keep me timely informed throughout the entire process so I was never wondering what was going on with my vehicle. She also got me a new windshield at a great price and allowed me to pay upon pick up of my vehicle. The process was seamless!! And to top it off they completed the work on my vehicle an entire WEEK earlier than initially scheduled!! Quite the pleasant surprise. When I picked up the car everything looked as good as new from my perspective! The windshield was replaced and all of the damage fixed. They polished my baby up and she was glistening after a good wash!! PLUS, a LIFETIME warranty on all of the parts installed!!!! There was a greasy residue on a few spots of my vehicle externally and internally, but a very minor problem compared to the work done in totality!! Things get dirty in a shop, I imagine it's impossible to be entirely clean in an automotive repair bay. But if there was any criticism to give, that's it! Otherwise, I will always go back to this Caliber Collision!!! Thank You!!! read more

Great quality and fast repairs done to my sons car Westin is a great manager . He also provided us with doughnuts the day we dropped off . Thank you Caliber you definitely restored the rhythm of our life's! read more

I've driven all over the desert for the past two weeks and this location was exceptional in irritating me. Every individual I came into contact with when I went in for an estimate two times were not friendly, despite my best efforts to be nice anyways. The pinnacle of my visit however was interacting with the Writer who was assigned to my vehicle. He would interrupt me constantly, and did not care to have a conversation. He basically told me his manager cannot deliver on the promise made to me the day prior. The work I wanted done was just paint on a front and rear bumper. He gave me an estimate of a few business days, which was understandable, but when I told him that I would like the car parked inside overnight and not driven around he'd had it with me. The car is my weekend fun car, and with the hard earned money I've invested in I didn't want it to be vandalized during the Floyd riots or their techs melting my clutch. My request fell on deaf ears, and we parted ways permanently. I will never return there, and I would advise anyone that cares about their vehicle to find a shop that actually strives for the customer service they like to brag. read more

Awesome!! Did work quickly and everyone was kind. My Jeep looked awesome when I picked it up. Will definitely be coming back

Let's be honest. No one wants to visit a car collision place. Unfortunately, we've visited this location more than we've wanted, but the staff is upfront, friendly, personable and professional. If it's bad news, they deliver it well. read more

Think your car is messed up now? Take it here and they will damage it even more!!! Dented the new door THEY just installed, got oil all over the cloth seats, alignment still off and it took over 5 months for them to get the car back to me. Constant excuses and poor customer service. 100% horrible place. Do not come here read more

If I could give them a -0 star, I would. They had our vehicle for over 4 months with excuse after excuse of why it was taking so long. Multiple phone calls for updates never returned and got it back still messed up. Going to need to take for an alignment they supposedly did. Rear seats have some black grease all over them and they managed to put a dent in a door they replaced. Absolutely the shittiest place to let them take your car!!!! Never again. read more

I am in LOVE w/ everybody @ Caliber collision. Unfortunately for me, I've been in a few car accidents & Caliber has taken care of me EVERY TIME. My first experience was with Shawn & he & his deep voice were absolutely AMAZING...LOL. This last time, I worked with Diana & Lisa, & they were the bomb.com.net.org.gov.html.net.edu!!!!!! Diana & Lisa both know their stuff. Their customer service was first rate & they are very good at what they do! They were extremely warm, friendly, & welcoming & not only were they concerned about my car, but they were genuinely concerned about ME & how I was doing as well. This really meant A LOT to me considering I was in a rear end collision which broke my tailbone!!! When I got my car back I was completely ASTONISHED!!! It looked just like it did the day I drove it off the lot!!!! Thanks so much you guys for all of your help. I HIGHLY recommend Caliber collision in Hesperia to any one needing any kind of body work done because they most definitely took care of me, & I know they will take care of you too!!! read more

Wow! Is all i can say about Caliber Collision in Hesperia. My husband had a tire come apart on his truck and tear up the front end of his vehicle. He was impressed with every employee, from the office help to techs that did the work. He told me they were very professional and friendly. They did what they said they would do and the truck was ready on time. The parts were ordered ahead and then they called for him to bring the truck in for work so he had the truck for work as long as possible. We got two emails full of pictures showing the work in progress so we knew the work was getting done. The truck looks fantastic and we will always use them if we have a future need. read more

Horrible! Had to go back twice. When we picked up our car there was a part on the back seat they didn't put on,had black goo on my leather seats, had a part hanging inside our back window and over spray.Long wait times. read more

I had to get work done on my truck after a lil bender. First my vehicle was not done at time estimated to me. Second when my truck was brought to me for me! to inspect wow with the paint they did a horrible job I point out where it was and it look real bad the guy told me give me 10 minutes I get it fix it only needs a little wax and buff it took them 4 hours for them to fix!!! the horrible job and the safety sticker for my car edges not to get scratch they for got to put them there was other things that I pointed out so yeah wont be doing business with them again. read more

If I could give a zero I would. Horrible experience. I'm surprised they let techs like that work for them. Anyways They returned my car (which was a recovered theft) back to me with broken glass under the floor mats, underneath the front and rear passenger seats they didn't even clean it. I had to take it back to them 3 times for them to clean it. Not to mention I'm missing screws that hold the mud flaps, the plastic cover underneath the steering wheel, by the passenger front airbag. They Didn't even clip the plastics back into place correctly. And most of the plastics they replaced were extremely scratched. They even tried using adhesive on some plastics that wouldn't clip in. And left a mess from overspraying adhesive. If it doesn't clip in there's something wrong with the part or it wasn't put in correctly, it's not to hard to work on cars. I bet if past customers take a look at their cars after caliber returns them they will notice stuff is missing or is not on correctly. Till this day it's still not finished and needs work. I had to take it to another caliber Collision so they can fix they're mistakes. Go somewhere else like a mom and pop shop. read more

This shop is great. Clean, comfortable environment. The staff is prompt and takes great care in customer satisfaction. Joseph Sanchez was my service advisor, and kept in contact via text so I knew every step of the way what was being done on my vehicle. Above and beyond. Not the first time bringing one of my cars into caliber and it won't be the last. I was involved in an accident on my sons 1st birthday it was a hit and run and I didn't have rental car insurance so since my car was drivable I'd been holding off on repairs. Being a first responder I was browsing online at offers and came across the offer for a free rental car which was already incredible. Then I started to read further into the offer and realized they also were offering up to 500$ assistance for your deductible and I was floored I thought for sure there was some mistake. I work night shifts at the hospital and was watching the clock to call and find out if it was real. I called and it was real and I took my car in hours later. They were welcoming, polite, appreciative it was incredible. Aside from having a wonderful experience and getting help that I truly needed my car was done in less than a week and it looks beautiful. I'm so very grateful for Caliber Collison and all their help as well as Enterprise for providing the rental. Thank you, a million times thank you. read more

Thank you so much for doing such an awesome job on my Lexus. My car is pretty again : ) Joe you have restored my faith that there are still genuinely good people out there. I am so thankful for the extra work that you threw in at no charge. Wanted to wish you a happy birthday as well. read more

Kind, helpful and the text updates are great. I really appreciate the rental car comes there too.

Don't waste your time here took my Mercedes Benz here for repair recommend by the insurance company however when i arrived I was told they don't work on Mercedes and would need to send it out however they did not have anyone to send it to any would not be able to get to it for many weeks so I wasted a morning setting up car rental and rearranging work for this run around I gave them one star because I could not give them ZERO read more

I was very pleased with the repair on my truck after my accident. They started working on it as soon as they received it and were done with it a week earlier than estimated. Great customer service. The office staff was professional and courtesy. Will be taking my vehicle here when the time comes

I've had my 1992 bimmer convertible for many years now. A few weeks ago I had an unavoidable mishap with a truck tire on the freeway which proceeded to tear up the front of my car and cause $3k in damage. My first instinct was to take the car to Caliber as the San Diego shop had fixed one of my newer BWWs a few years back. AAA told me to take it to a shop up here in the high desert. They looked at it and remarked how nice the car was (minus the front end damage). An hour later they called and said they didn't want to deal with my car as it was "too old". I asked if I could take it to Caliber and they agreed. The insurance company wanted to total the car saying that the value of the repairs would outweigh the value of the car. They hadn't considered the condition of my car or the recent change in status from the e30 325i convertible which is now considered a collector among BMW buyers. I was not going to let them total my car which was in perfect condition aside from the recent damage. Once AAA saw pictures of the car and after speaking with Dave over at Caliber, they decided to allow the repairs. In no time after that the parts were ordered and the car repaired. His enthusiastic review of my car to the AAA agent saved the deal. Overall everyone was very friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure that my collector BMW was in good hands and restored back to its pre-incident condition. I am very pleased with the results and overall experience with both AAA as my insurance company and with Caliber Collision here in Hesperia. read more

I was rear ended and had damage to my trunk and rear bumper. Took my car in for repairs on 7/25/13 and got it back 7/26/13. I am so happy with the result. The paint job is flawless. The also fixed a hole on the rear bumper. They have a specialist there who fixed my bumper with out having to replace it. This place goes above and beyond. Not only was my car returned fully repaid the next day, but they also touched up scratches and chipped paint all around my car. Front bumper had long scrapes on the right side with missing paint. They helped cover it up free of charge. My car looks new again. Thank you for your help. read more

I went to caliber collision to get my bumper fixed on Monday. It wasn't ready to be picked up until Thursday although it was minor damage. But no big deal glad it was fixed. They did a great job at repairing it. You can't tell anything happened. Karen was the woman who assisted me with the initial information on getting the car fixed. Not too friendly or provided much information but it was also very busy that day. The front receptionist Kirsten was really nice but was not knowledgeable in regards to answering important questions about having to pay anything out of pocket. She advised me I did not have to pay anything since it was the other parties fault so I didn't worry about it. I come in Friday to pick it up and now they now advised me I need to pay $500. Horrible miscommunication. Then Karen wanted me to wait for the manager to get out of his meeting after advising her I have to go to work. She did not care to assist me any further. I ended up paying the $500. I will be sure to never use caliber collision again as well as inform my family and friends. Horrible experience with Karen and Kirsten. The only reason why i am not giving one star is because the guys did a great job at fixing it! read more

Caliber Collision off I in Hesperia has some seriously hard working staff getting stuff done. I would receive regular updates via text message on their progress and I even had to rush in to grab something from my car once and they were so accommodating that I was in and out in less then 5 mins (I had called ahead and let them know.) Their customer service was impeccably genuine and again, accommodating to my needs. I have a huge respect for the quality of service that this place produces and I would return in a heartbeat. read more

Caliber Collision in Apple Valley is top shelf ! I was rear ended which resulted in body damage to my vehicle. from the first phone call they took away my anxiety of whether or not I should trust my car to them. I wish I had written down names unfortunately I can't remember but Ashley at the front desk treated me like I was her only customer of the day, no rushing to get me through, she explained the process and made it as easy as possible to drop off my car. The manager personally drove my vehicle to hear and determine where the "rattle" in my dash was ( found out it was sunglasses in the overhead glass holder) Oops..I do remember Jesse's name, he called me and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle which I thought was amazing. My car was fixed in a timely manner and they made it look like the accident never happened! I'm extremely pleased with this shop and how it is run by these professionals you too will be pleased with your outcome I'm sure. read more

My insurance wrote The estimate with wrong part numbers, but they never called to follow up on small items that needed completion. You would think they would want to close their file. A check was sent for these parts was lost by them (they claim never received). Small amount so I feel they did not put their excellent service or Priority to complete the job!!!! At the end they suggested I have the Insurance send me the check. Two months later! All the other work and service was excellent read more

I just have to say I was so impressed with the service I received there, especially from Weston Edwards. He was kind and took the time to thoroughly explain the process of getting my beloved car back to me in better than pre-wreck condition. My car was taken to Caliber Collision after it was hit on the freeway. Ashley and Sam were very kind, attentive, and thorough. Sam did an outstanding job of keeping me up-to-date on needed repairs and was able to get my car done ahead of schedule. He took care of everything like I imagine he'd do for his own family. It's apparent that they hold themselves to a high standard and take pride in what they do. I'm very grateful! read more

These folks are amazing, I was involved in a hit-and-run and I dropped my car off on Monday morning and they offered me a ride home. They had the vehicle done in less than the 10 working days estimated and when I explained I would have to miss work hours to pick it up they even delivered it for me instead and it looks flawless. This is the second time I have done business with the shop and they well exceeded expectations on both occasions. Highly recommend.!!! read more

This is some of the best car service I have ever received! They were recommended by a family friend and I can't stop talking about how great they were! I have been coming to Caliber for 5 years now and I recently went to another shop suggested by my insurance company. I regret taking my car to that shop it's been over 3 months and my car was pieced together and still incomplete. After talking to my insurance company I told them to send me to Caliber which they did. Joe took care of me with priority and professionalism, what took the other shop 3 months, 3 mistakes, 4 visits later took them 1 time 10 minutes and with 100 times the service. They have a great team Karen and Joe are out outstanding. Hard to compare thanks Caliber once again. read more

Where to start? I was in an accident last February here we are a year later and my car is still not repaired. These people are out rite lairs at best, Carlos Valaques completely fucked me. By all means my car should have been a total loss. In bad faith the car was attempted to be repaired. The main issue with the car was a blind sensor monitor that I know for a fact was damaged. My car is worth 22k dollars and so far in repairs from caliber. It has had over 30k put into to rectify the disaster and the car cost me 36k to purchase. I had taken my car to caliber more times than I can count. Over 9 visits at least. When Carlos was pressed on the sensor issue he simply shrugged his shoulders denied any responsibility and simply said I didn't see it. There is no possible way it wasn't seen. (This conversation is on record)The painIt is far too difficult to explain all of the sloppy work that was perform on my car. Inside my car was in complete shambles.Agter months of going back and forth I decided to take my vehicle to another shop. The shops fix for Calibers mistake was to tear my whole car,and I do mean my whole car. My cars interior was completely removed so that the wire harness (every single wire in the car) could be replaced. That is all for this review. Don't walk away from this shop run. read more
