If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I got rear ended a while ago and chose Caliber Collision because they proudly advertise a "lifetime warranty" on their repairs. Sounds great until you actually try to use it. The second I came back with an issue related to the repair, suddenly the warranty didn't seem to matter anymore. Instead of helping, the manager Sam spent the entire interaction trying to find literally any excuse possible to deny service. It honestly felt less like customer service and more like watching someone desperately avoid taking responsibility for their own shop's work. The attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional from the start. What's the point of advertising a lifetime warranty if your team is just going to argue with customers and refuse to honor it when something goes wrong? A warranty is supposed to give customers peace of mind, not become a debate club the moment you need something fixed. I trusted this shop with my car after an accident, and looking back that was clearly a mistake. The repair experience was one thing, but the way they treated me afterward was even worse. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually stands behind their work and know how to treat customers with basic respect. read more

I have to give this review because it was probably one of the best experiences I've had with getting a car fixed up after being in an accident. Someone had ran into the back of my car which completely messed up the bumper and the trunk had a hard time opening. Dents and scratches everywhere. Just a mess. I ended up working with SAM, a fantastic guy who worked extremely hard to make sure my car came out good. He was always in a good mood making me laugh on the phone even when he wasn't having a great day. There were times when the insurance company wasn't willing to pay for some of the parts because they were too expensive and he went in and fought for me until he was able to get it to happen. Once it got to the point where it was done the car was absolutely perfect. It looked better than when I bought it. He got parts fixed that weren't even part of the accident for me just because he wanted me to be happy with the car. Seriously, what a guy! And the staff all were great, helping me with whatever I needed. I gotta say I COMPLETELY recommend Caliber Collision and SAM, absolutely awesome people to work with! read more

Unfortunately I had to bring my car into caliber after someone had backed out of a parking spot into oncoming traffic and the side of my car. From the moment I walked in the door they treated me and my wife with nothing but the greatest respect and kindness. They appraised my car and gave me a rough due date of about 3 weeks and they were only off of their deadline by 1 day due to a door part not coming in on time. The entire time they had my car I got text messages about every 2-3 days updating me on the status of my car and what exactly was going on. The best part of my experience was the manager Tony, he was nothing but amazing. When I went to pick up my car he assured me that the repairs they made had a life time warranty and if anything went wrong with what they did, to just bring the car back in and they would correct the problem as soon as possible. If I am ever in need of body work again I will absolutely be going straight to this shop. They are amazing in customer service and the work that they do. I highly recommend them if you are in need of auto body work. read more

I was devastated when I got into a "Bumper-Bender" with my new 2017 Chevy Traverse. Through my insurance, they referred me to this "Collision Shop", and let me tell you, I couldn't be more pleased and impressed with the work that they did! Not only was it ascetically pleasing visit but the shop smelled good too...lol.I couldn't be more pleased with the staff... A "5" Stars for that alone. They kept me up to date (emails & word of mouth **phone calls)** with all the daily work that they had done, and care in removing my bumper, replacing it and all the details that they did after it was all finished. Along with my issue, they (along with my insurance company **GEICO** btw, that's another review another time and place) took care of a getting me a rental SUV that met me at the Collision shop so I didn't have to go anywhere to do that. DO NOT hesitate in bringing your vehicle to Caliber Collision, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

If only all businesses ran the way this place does, the world would be a better place! I had some scratches in the side of our brand new car and I went there to get an estimate. I had my two youngest daughters I the car and both had just fallen asleep. I told them my situation, and a service advisor was outside, at my car within 5 minutes. He looked at my car and asked if he could try something, I said sure. He buffed out the majority of the scratches on the spot and I was out of there in 10 minutes. The others need to be taken out with a god detailing but he let me know that that's all it needed, not to let some other place try to tell me it's more extensive, they're just trying to make more money. I offered to pay and he said it was not necessary. I will definitely be going here if I have any more problems or scratches in the future! Thank you! read more

My vehicle was in a auto coalition and side hit pretty bad. The party that hit me had a good responsible insurance that agreed to take care of my vehicles repairs. I looked up Caliber Collision and decided to give them my trust . I can say they were very proficient in taking my car in. My customer service representative Estimator Karen Raia took her time tto explain the process to insoect my vehicle and provide an estimate for repair. She called the next day.. I agreed on the quote and from there on she called and texted to keep me I informed of my vehicle's progress. Caliber Collision took my car to my dealer to re calibrate the rear sensor. They gave me a lifetime warranty on the their job done. I can say the left my car looking like nothing happened to it. I'm completely satisfied with their job performance. read more

I unfortunately got in an accident that left my back bumper damage to where I could not drive my car. I actually had an appointment with another shop that wanted me to do multiple appointments before they would take my car in to be repaired. Because my bumper was rubbing against my tire I didn't feel safe driving it back and forth to appointments so I got fed up and called caliber collision who was able to take me in. My appointment somehow got erased from their system but they were still able to see me. Jose was extremely friendly and down to earth. He helped me with the process and even came in on a Saturday to accommodate my busy schedule. I ended up getting my car back before the time they originally quoted me. read more

!If I can give a ZERO, I would!" The Auto Body Manager by the name of, "Armen," promised to come on Thursday for a Auto Body estimate while my vehicle is "Inoperable." Waited all day and "No Show." Friday, I called and again he promised to arrive. I drove their in my other vehicle personally and he promised to arrive. Still, a "No Show." At the end of the day, he PROMISED AGAIN to have something tomorrow or by Monday. Here it is on Saturday and they are CLOSED! One thing that I can not stand is "Dishonesty." This facility really impressed me with their customer service. My representative, Robert, kept in touch with me every step of the way and treated my vehicle as if it was his own. There were a few accidents that occurred during the service, but they were up front and honest about what happened and made sure to take care of thise issues with no hesitation. My truck looks amazing and runs great so far. I know that if I have any other issues, I won't hesitate to reach out to them again. Thank you Robert and thank you Caliber Collision! read more

At this Caliber Collision, they are thieves, liars and all they care about is the money that they are making hand over fist. Their workmanship is the worst I've ever seen and when I look at my car, now, I feel rage and betrayal and disgust. I should be happy and satisfied when I look at my car but thanks to Caliber, ITS ALL BAD. ALL I CAN SAY IS REALLY LOOK AT YOUR CAR BEFORE SIGNING ON THE DOTTED LINE. LOOK AT THINGS THAT WERENT EVEN DAMAGED. THOSE TOO ARE AT RISK OF BEING ALTERED OR STOLEN BY THIS COMPANY! read more

A great experience all around! You will not be disappointed if you are sent to this shop through your insurance, I will be coming here again anytime I need repair work. The new manager Weston Edwards was kind and efficient, he patiently answered all of my questions (I had many!) without rushing me or making me feel silly. The work was completed on time and was beautifully done, I can't thank Weston and the team enough for the piece of mind they gave me and the excellent work on my vehicle! read more

After being reared ended while stopped at a red light, the other parties' insurance was giving me the run around, wanting e to tow it here and there, start tearing it down.. etc. I contacted Karen Raia at Caliber she was extremely helpful, friendly and understanding and gave me a very detailed and accurate estimate, which ultimately made Allstate total my car and pay out. If I need collision repairs again, my first call will be Karen Raia at Caliber I Street, Hesperia. read more

They picked up truck next day and gave me an estimate of time that it would be done on Jan 9, they finished my truck almost a week early. I received texts every day letting me know about the progress. The truck is like new and they even cleaned it for me. This is what customer service should be like. I love Caliber Collision. We picked up our car from Calliber this last week for repairs from a car accident. My car looked amazing. It looked like it was coming right off the lot brand new, inside and out. Dealing with a car accident is always traumatic but the kindness, care and professionalism and quality was AMAZING. Thank you to Tony and Karen your repair to my car was amazing but how you both go above and beyond is PRICELESS! read more
