You renewed my faith in good quality manufacturing and amazing customer service. My first introduction to them came with Brawler Rockers - and I knew I was on a hook the moment they were put on. I was amazed by how well they were made, and strong. (drilling all the holes into the truck made my day, I must admit) So when I was picking new front and rear bumpers to replace my old rusted ones, I knew exactly who I am going with. Poison Spyder or nothing. Lite powder coated bumper for front, RockBrawler II with tire carrier for rear. Not only they look great (anyone would drool over that spider logo cutout, and spider web is a nice touch. Thumbs up!), but also the fact that rear tire carrier opens together with rear door - it is simply genius and made my life so, so much easier. It holds my lite truck tire with no issues (they are quite heavy, much, much heavier than stock), opens and closes smoothly, no rumble. During install, shop had minor hiccup with adjustment of carrier - so I sent email asking for advice not expecting reply for days - boy was I surprised when I got a call back right away! I literally stood there speechless. I forwarded info to the shop, and it was all smoothly adjusted and in place. I love, love, love those bumpers, carrier & rails. Poison Spyder and 4 Wheel Parts have the WORST Customer Service I have ever seen! I will NEVER buy ANYTHING Poison Spyder again! They have lost their Quality and Service. I have Called MANY times to Both Poison Spyder and 4 Wheel Parts on this issue. If Im lucky enough to have one actually answer a phone I get "DUA" I Dont Know... Or an Excuse on how its the Corona Excuse". Both Company's will probable be out of business in the next few years. They're the worst they tried ripping me off for over $3500. We're going over getting our car screw them as I say the rip off the people are liars as well. The seats of my van are now completely filthy because they put the parts on the seat without protecting the seats. It looks like as I say this place is not professional much idiots work in there like they're all on crack. I'll tell you they look a lot smarter than they act at work and I think it's because of the owner not the employees as much. I believe they're instructed to lie and make a mess of your vehicle as I say the worst ever. Add to add to it they make you wait at least a half an hour even though you call ahead of time and tell them you're on your way down to pick it up as I say these people are worthless and useless. There's so many better places to go to their service is terrible. Their quality is terrible.
