I contacted Nick because I had a car that needed quite a bit of attention and his reviews were good. It had been sitting and was quite dirty. Especially the inside. We agreed on a price to detail the outside and inside for 235 dollars. He requested a deposit to hold a spot in his day and I sent him 30 dollars. He then cancelled his appointment. We agreed on a rescheduled time and he was on time. The day he showed up he brought his girlfriend to watch him work. (Unprofessional). We agreed on 50 extra dollars to buff out the headlamp lenses and take some tree sap off the roof. He spent 4 hours at my house. I made the mistake of paying him via cash app before I got home from work. He billed me for 295 and not 285 like we agreed upon. I paid him before I inspected the job. The pictures speak for themselves. For 295 dollars he could have at least wiped down the door jams and tires. I would not recommend. Up sell and does not stand behind his work. Had my car detailed by Neil, nice guy except not a detail oriented, found him on Yelp. I requested a inside deep cleaning on my 2011 VW Touareg , he advertises $125 flat feet I asked him want a professional job not a you tuber agreed for $225.00 . He assure me car would look great, after he was done he had not done a few areas think he cleans whatever he wants, he broke my rear windshield rear view mirror trim too, when I parked car in garage after a few hours all windows were dirty, side mirrors, interior handles, sun visors etc, I contacted him and he wanted to give me $25 credit for next time I said no credit cine and redo what you left out, he refused telling me it was far and he had taken 5 hours instead of 4, he never told me about time limits, also offered extra services etc etc., then later I found piece of light protector on the side of seat, guy didn't even bother to clean there etc etc, contacted him several times to make it up and he refused. Please see photos, will be taken legal action. Do not not not not not hire this guy please these reviews that he had made me think twice. Take photos of his insurance binder and drivers license. Been wanting to try Ceramic coating. Nick is very nice & worked on my car. Had to pick up my car in the pouring rain, but I was able to see this wonderful coating do it's work. Unfortunately a couple days later I noticed swirl marks on my hood, made another appointment to have it worked on again. When I picked up my car it wasn't even washed, I told Nick that & he said he would give me a discount on a mini detail. Unbelievable! Late review, but this man worked on 2 of my vehicles and they came out great. Used him for a total of 3 times if i remember correctly. Always showed up early or on time with all of his own equipment and literally needed nothing from me. If he was going to be late (due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances) He phoned ahead and let us know. 1 of the times he worked into the night and missed something (as it was dark) and came back at a later time to finished what he missed (no extra charge).
