I got a wash & ceramic coating and, for the most part, it was a pretty good job. Was it oustanding? No, there were still a few smudges. Was it better than average? Absolutely. I even sent a follow-up message to Abe, whom I originally contacted for info, to find out pricing on a clay bar treatment & full detail but he never got back to me. So, we'll see when the time comes. Brandon, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and not only explains every detail of the process but he educates you on the after care as well. The pricing is very competitive especially since we wanted to go with PPF and not vinyl. He breaks down all of the pros and cons of different film and also has a very wide selection of colors and finishes. The wrap turned out perfect! I am very happy with the result it looks like a totally different truck. I will also add that Brandon is very responsive to any questions and concerns. I had to bring it back because I had a minor mishap with a shopping cart ‍ and he fit me in his schedule to do a minor touch up, free of charge. If you are thinking of wrapping your vehicle I would highly recommend Brando's Auto Care, it's a secure facility and the customer service is excellent!

Brandon at Brando's Auto Care exceeded my expectations with my first Ferrari. I'm extremely picky…read moreabout who details and PPFs my cars. To give some context, I've owned five Porsche GT cars over the last 10 years, and every one of them has been meticulously cared for by the same PPF/detailer in Orange County, someone I trust completely. So you may be wondering why I chose a different shop for my first Ferrari. I approached Brandon to work on my incoming, like new, low mileage 2023 Ferrari 296 GTB in Matte Rosso F1-75 because I had grown frustrated with my previous detailer's communication and turnaround times. While his workmanship was always excellent, none of my previous five projects had been completed in less than five weeks. I visited Brandon's shop to tour the facility and meet him in person to see if he could handle a project of this caliber while delivering it in a reasonable timeframe. My goal was a full satin PPF installation with as few seams as possible, which requires an exceptionally skilled installer to bulk wrap each panel. In addition to the full PPF, I also opted for ExoShield windshield protection, ceramic coating, and powder coating the factory wheels in satin black. Brandon assured me that he could complete the project in under three weeks, more likely two, barring any unforeseen issues. My impression after meeting him was that he would treat my Ferrari as if it were his own. As the owner and hands on operator, he personally oversaw every step of the project, which gave me a great deal of confidence. I told Brandon I wanted the weekend to think it over, and he encouraged me to call or text him with any questions. After several conversations over the next few days, I felt comfortable moving forward with him. I'm glad I took his recommendation to use Pure PPF in the satin finish. The result is absolutely stunning. The wrap turned out exactly as promised, with incredibly clean installation and minimal seams throughout the car. To achieve the best possible finish, Brandon even removed the badges and side mirrors so the film could be wrapped as cleanly as possible. The only hiccup during the project involved the wheels, which were refinished by his preferred wheel shop. One wheel had a slightly glossier finish than the others, so Brandon immediately sent the entire set back to be refinished correctly. That added about five extra days to the timeline. Otherwise, I would have had the car back in just two weeks. Brandon's communication exceeded my expectations. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and regularly sent photos and videos of the progress, which gave me peace of mind while my car was in his care. I wholeheartedly recommend Brando's Auto Care to anyone looking for a detailer who delivers exceptional workmanship without compromising on quality. Brandon takes tremendous pride in his work, stands behind the finished product, and treats every vehicle with the level of care you'd hope for with an exotic car.

I wanted to give this place a fair review because the staff working on the vehicles seemed friendly…read moreand did a good job with what they had to work with. The main thing I noticed is that the property could use a little more attention when it comes to overall presentation and the customer waiting experience. Even a few small improvements to make the area feel cleaner and more comfortable would go a long way. I also noticed the sign stating that they recently stopped offering cash back for guests who want to tip the staff. I thought that was a little unfortunate, especially since the employees are doing a lot of hands-on work and some customers may not carry cash. The wash itself was okay, but I felt the final result coming out of the tunnel could have been a little better. The employees did their part, so this may simply come down to equipment, maintenance, or the overall wash setup. I always like supporting businesses that provide jobs and employ local people, and I don't mind paying more for a full-service wash when the overall experience is there. For me personally, though, I'm not sure I would return. I would probably choose an express wash next time and take care of the finishing touches myself. Overall, there is definitely potential here. A little more attention to the property, customer experience, and the tools available to the staff could make a big difference.

He's a straight shooter and very honest and up front about his services. I mentioned some services that competitors were offering, and he was more than willing to match them within reason. Ultimately, i scheduled with him to come out to my house (this was about a week am before he got his shop) while I was at work and only my mom was at my house babysitting my daughter. I expected to be there about 4 hours after he started. On the day before, he texted to confirm, and on the day of, he texted again. He was there with a helper for about 6-7 hours total. My mom texted not long after he arrived to let me know how nice both of them were, which was a relief to me. When I got home about 4 hours after they had arrived, they had just completed all the prep and were preparing to begin the coating process. The car looked amazing when he was done, and all in all, it was a good experiences. I waiting to review his work because I wanted to see how the ceramic coat performed.
