TL;DR: They are not authorized installers for 3M Crystalline tint, they don't have the updated version of the film, and the install will damage your car. If you're looking for 3M Crystalline, I recommend going somewhere else. I'm now taking my car to the dealership to inspect for damage. If you dont care about your car, this is the place. The tint is also creased in the two back windows. I came here on a Sunday looking to get Crystalline installed. George explained how difficult Crystalline is to install and said he doesn't install it himself. According to him, only one installer in the shop does it and that person has 30 years of experience. While waiting for the install, I started hearing cracking and ripping sounds, like parts were being pulled off by force. At one point it looked like they were peeling off my door panels, which didn't give me much confidence in what was happening to my car. They finished the install, including the doors and rear windshield. However, when I drove home on the freeway, I immediately noticed my car was significantly louder than before. At first I ignored it, but the more I drove, the more obvious it was.. I returned the following week because not only was my car extremely loud on the freeway, but the tint was also poorly installed. The two front windows had air bubbles and obvious issues, so they redid them. After the second installation, I noticed that my car sounded normal on the freeway again, which makes me think something may not have been properly installed first time, probably the weather stripping when they peeled the top of the door panels. However, after the redo I noticed two very noticeable cuts on the passenger side tint. The installer offered to redo it again, but George instead offered me $100 to leave it as is. I accepted the money because at that point I did not want them touching my car again. I will be taking the car to the dealership next week to inspect what may have been damaged during the installation. read more

I came over to this place to have my car tinted based on the estimate they quoted me. I got to the place and gave me so many explanation to the charges he is going to charges ...on rope of what was quoted ...he was charging me for the following....remove the tint extra $220.00, remove a very small tint at the edges of the front passenger and drivers window for additional $45.00 per window. So now the charges are $220.00 plus $90.00 plus $145.00 and leave the car for the whole. Guess where I am right now...on another car tint in Ontario for only $235.00 and my car is almost done. The car tint at the back is already removed and just need to dry and install the new one...So it's your conclusion...What you think of this business...RIP OFF...not coming back definitely... Wow..really look at your response...your business is really unreal...I never yelled and only spoke to a Korean man looks like you are the one and we talked professionally. My first time doing business with America Tint in Chino at Riverside and Central, I had my 2022 Subaru Ascent Limited SUV front two windows tinted that went without any issues, I also wanted to put a strip of tint on my windshield to block the sun, that was put in however that turned out to be an issue because my vehicle has an Eye Sight unit which controls the cruise, high beams and other sensors, the strip was installed but it blocked the Eye Sight unit causing it to disable automatically especially at night, I only noticed that issue when I departed at about 4:00 AM on a family trip where I noticed that due to the Tint the Eye Sight was disabling, I had to cut out the tint on the two Eye Sight areas enabling the unit to work, during the time I was out of town I contacted Siwoo who was the person I dealt with initially, sent him a photo of what I done and the reason, I received a response acknowledging my issue, on 11/13 I stopped by the shop, Siwoo with another gentleman tried to fit tint to accommodate the unit Eye Sight but unfortunately it did not work as it was not going to look good, I asked for a refund and they agreed without any fuss. I fully recommend America Tint in Chino, they are all about customer service and your satisfaction 100%, they were respectful and professional putting my concerns and satisfaction first.
