Had all windows including the windshield tinted on my Tesla here in October and paid top dollar for their highest package with XPEL warranty and ticket recovery. Within weeks, bubbles appeared on the driver window. I reached out via text and was told the shop was closed for an inspection, then got completely ghosted for months. Fast forward to today, I stopped by in person and was told they're "new owners" and that the previous owner did shady business. That's not my problem. I showed my XPEL warranty card - this warranty is issued by XPEL, not the owner - but they refused to replace even one window, despite operating under the same business name. So now I've paid premium pricing, received defective work, and I'm left with zero support. To make it worse, when I said I'd leave a review, the guy said he would report me. For what!?! Unreal. Zero accountability, terrible customer service, and no respect for warranties. Avoid. read more
