It was returned to me covered in exterior water spots, interior drips, and significant water stains on the headliner. I spent hours cleaning the interior and exterior myself, but the headliner stains remained. After multiple attempts to resolve this, I brought the car back today. I was told they couldn't wash the car because they would likely leave 'swirl marks' on the paint--an unbelievable admission for a professional shop. Most shockingly, after being patient through weeks of excuses, the owner Steve called me 'unprofessional' and told me they no longer wanted my business because I asked for the damage to be fixed. He ordered the exact wrap that my car had and had Aldo work on it. I love their attention to detail because the wrap job came out better than my previous one. I reached out to Alex a year later for another accident that I had. This time I had to replace my front bumper, but again Alex was able to help me out with my wrap. I also had a dent on my hood that no one was able to fix. Every other car shop I went to told me that the only way to fix it was to replace the hood, but Alex was able to fix it and replace the wrap on it as well!
