She tried to play the victim card and say how she has a sick son and she hopes none of our kids get sick . She said to come back and she'll fix the tint for free but we definitely won't be taking our car back there so we told her to refund us the money we payed for this messed up tint job . They completely destroyed my back weather protector and left a much of slices all over the car! Also they didn't put the window tint on correctly, it's only been a day and it's already coming off !! I understand that bubbles form but why are they coming off?? It's a brand new 2023 Prius that I just purchased last month and now the windows are all scratched up and my weather protector all around is destroyed. I strongly double they can fix any of the damaged they cause because I looked it up and it's a few hundred dollars just for the weather strips !!! This place was recommended to me by a close friend who said they do good work. Two words to describe this "business": unprofessional and ghetto. I went to get my windows tinted a few days ago 7/14/23. My appointment was at 10:30am and when I arrived there was one other person there waiting for Andrew (the owner) to arrive. An older woman (later found out it was his mom) came up to me and asked if I had an appointment and she informed me Andrew was running late. That should have been my first red flag but I'm always late so I didn't mind. Andrew arrived past 11am and we discussed that he would remove the tint from the back two windows and back windshield (I got the car already tinted from the dealer) and I told him I wanted limo tint all around and a light tint on my front windshield. He said it would take 4-5hours due to the removal and that he would get back to me around 4pm. I received no text or call from Andrew at 4pm informing me the status of my car. I reached out to him at around 7pm because I still had not heard anything. He replied and said my car would be ready in another hour. No apology or reasoning for the delay. An hour went by and still nothing. At this point I was pissed because my car had been there all day and I know it doesn't take 10+ hours to do a window tint. I decided to pull up to see what the hold up was and lo and behold the owner Andrew was DRUNK and my car was barely getting worked on. Thankfully he was not the one doing my car, it was another guy. I proceed to go and ask Andrew why my car was not done and he says my car is done, which it is clearly not. He then begins to get loud with me and my sister saying that he told me it was going to take a long time because of the tint removal. He was very drunk so trying to talk to him was impossible. His mother then gets involved and begins to apologize for her son saying that they got backed up and had issues with cars earlier in the day (Clearly if they have issues with other cars that tells you a lot about their business). Not my problem! I was there early in the morning with only one car ahead of me and my car should have been done. She then tried to justify my car being late because it was hot and her son had been drinking all day since it was Friday. Like whattttt?! That is the most unprofessional thing I've ever heard or experienced from a so called "business owner". Mind you this whole time we are talking to his mom Andrew is off to the side still trying to get loud and they kept telling him to be quiet. A hot mess. He then kept saying he would give me a discount and would only charge me $250 instead of the $350 he had quoted me. Damn right I wasn't paying him the full amount, I should've not paid at all tbh due to the horrible service. The guy working on my car was very nice and he apologized and said he would get my car done to get us out of there. He assured me it would be done right. It wasn't. The drivers side and passenger side windows were not limo tint as I requested. My car then gets done past 11pm at this point and the guy who tinted it gives my sister his number in case any issues came up later and I could take it back to get fixed. Andrews mom then begins to get loud and saying that he should not be giving his number out and that if any issues came up that we should contact Andrew or her. Me and my sister proceed to leave and as we were leaving they proceed to fight and argue amongst each other. Literally the worst and most unprofessional business I've ever been too. I would never take my car back there even if the tint got messed up. I would rather pay more money than deal with this ghetto place. I'm warning you all DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. read more

there was only one girl there she offered 120 for both my front windows and the little windows she did a farley great job tinting lmk how to take care of it and what to do after she's done tinting. great pricing and good quality ceramic tint. keep in mind this is one day after tint was done. she also gave me a lifetime warranty to come back if after the 3 days i didn't like what i saw she would redo all of it. first time at a tint place and they (she) did a great job for the business. i recommend highly. read more
