The car had been on non-op for 8 years, so it just wasn't worth fixing, especially since we weren't sure what other issues it might have. We called about four other places before contacting iPull-uPull. The other companies were offering very low amounts, but iPull-uPull gave us what felt like a fair and reasonable price. That made a big difference. I scheduled a pickup date and time, and they were on time and reliable. They stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process and even sent text updates, which I really appreciated. At one point, I couldn't find the pink slip, and they patiently walked me through what I needed to do. Luckily, after searching, I found it. They came, picked up the car, and wrote a check for the exact amount we agreed on. I understand every car is different and pricing will vary, but overall, as a first-time experience selling a vehicle this way, they made the process easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them.

I needed a spark plug wire end clip and he had the part .49 cents. The other parts stores wanted me to buy a complete set of spark plug wires at 37 bucks. He was attentive to ask a lot of questions and then said he would get a quote for me the next morning. The next morning came I never got quote, and so I called the company itself. And can you believe when I called the company the person who answered the phone literally said they "have no idea what yelp is!!!" and I said "your business is on yelp and you don't know what yelp is!?" and he said "nope. better you come down here." it was so unbelievable that I drove my butt down there just to get the quote and the person in the front was so not friendly at all and had someone quote my car for a ridiculous price and i would leave my car there for four days on a simple scratch? I will never use this business based on just the business tactics from the beginning without the proper follow through as promised and all the way towards the end. I still don't know how he could say so adamantly and rudely on the phone "I don't know what yelp is" well, I don't know how you even got rated so many stars. I don't even want to put a one. But I'll do it because at least someone didn't reply me very fast when I put out the job request.
