The vendor responded immediately indicating they would ship my hat once they received a merchandise shipment. I eventually received my order after about week and a half later. I was not satisfied with the order because the company name was also embroidered on the side of the cap which was not indicated on the description nor the picture provided on their website. I reached out several times via email (only option offered) and they have ignored all my inquiries about returning the item. Red flag I failed to notice is that their website doesn't have a return policy stated and only asks you to contact via email. I've decided to stop reaching out and cut my loss however I'm posting this review to make others aware of the poor customer service .

My experience with IDC ended with a positive outcome…read more It started rocky as the instructions I gave to J.J. as to where to place the patch were not followed. This resulted in the shirt being stained with the adhesive from the patch after it was removed. Yesenia then took over and she helped to bring the project home. She did not charge me for the digitization of the new patch I created to cover over the stain on the shirt. The new patch produced by her was high quality, vibrant and was applied in the correct spot. Ultimately I was happy with the outcome and feel that I would trust them with another project in the future. During my visits to IDC, I have seen happy and energetic customers eagerly creating or picking out patches that they want for their projects. I wish them continued success.

I thought ow how cool we will definitely buy more hats from here. We went home tried the hat on once again and my boyfriend just wasn't feeling it anymore. So the store can only do even exchange no refunds or anything so we went back to exchange it for a different one and the lady said he will have to pay the difference because she no longer wants to give him the discount. So we ended up paying the difference to the hat that was originally discounted for us. It was so wrong of her to do that how are you going to give a discount then charge the difference because u went in to exchange? She was so upset because of the exchange I guess and rude! The didn't stick to the price she gave in the first place then she should never have given the discount or in our case of she gives u a discount and for some reason I wanna exchange it. When you do she will have you pay the original price! How stupid is that?!
