I could spend a few hours in this store and still not see everything they have to offer. But... you do need to be in the mood to look through racks and racks of stuff all mishmashed in the racks and shelves. Sizes and styles are limited so if you see something you like, just buy it. You will save a pretty penny. I recommend this store. Located in a strip mall with plenty of parking.

However, the store manager was extremely dismissive and condescending. She looked at the item with disdain and told me that because they are a 'discount store,' everything is 'not perfect' and I shouldn't expect quality. There is a huge difference between selling discounted goods and providing poor customer service. Her attitude was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome as a customer. Also, if the management's philosophy is that they only sell damaged or inferior goods, then customers looking for quality should definitely shop elsewhere. The lack of basic respect and the manager's 'take it or leave it' attitude was shocking.

The first time I showed up about 8 months ago and the store was closed - during business hours. It wasn't even lunch time. Today I was at the Brea Mall so I thought I'd try again. I called at 12:30 PM to see if they carry the style of shoe that I was looking for. There was no answer. I called twice. I don't understand since they don't even open until 12 PM. Their business hours are listed 12-5pm. Do they open at 12 and then go on a 2 hour lunch break? I really don't get it. I showed up at their store at 1:15pm today, and just as I was parking, a young man was at the front door, changing the little sign with a Clock that shows when they will be back!! What the hell? This is my second attempt. I guess they don't want my business. It's absolutely ridiculous. This place sucks already since it's never open when you show up. They won't answer the phone either so there's that. How frustrating!! don't waste your time! The store is small anyways. Looking through the window they don't have much inventory, so I guess I won't waste my time ever again in the future. Lame!! I don't know how they stay in business.

(channeling my Bryan Lloyd Danielson wwe voice) Location/Parking: Located on the SW corner of Fullerton Rd. and Colima. Believe it or not, but this location had "Life Plaza" back in the days. Parking can be hard to find during peak times. Some Establishments Currently Located In The Plaza: BCD, Banana Bay, Tastea. and Matcha Cafe Maiko, to name a few. Ambiance/Decor: Pretty cool ambiance/decor. They have a section of the plaza that has a beautifully designed outdoor patio area, which is perfect for enjoying meals al fresco. The vibrant neon lights add an enchanting touch to the atmosphere, especially at night, creating a lively and festive mood. I feel like I'm going to trigger a sleeper agent here, but if you remember Cue! and MVP shooters, then you have elite ball knowledge and know what this plaza was like in its prime. If you go here at an off time or mostly during the weekdays, parking is doable, but if you're here on a Friday night or weekend, good luck, it can become a PvP zone here and there are many many cars that aren't compact parking in the compact section. During a particularly busy night, I've even seen shattered glass from a car that was broken into despite there being so many cars and people around, so be careful! As for value, there's a good chunk of casual eats and treats here (currently) that aren't too pricy like the new Chinese snack shop, Matcha Maiko, Honu Hawaiian, and Boba Ave 8090, and some slightly nicer eats like Sushi Rev and Yumiyaki (soon another Chubby Cattle Empire restaurant is joining this plaza). There's Korean tofu soup, Thai food, ice cream, congee, skewers, lots of businesses open later at night, and a little bit of shopping. Lots of memories made here.
