I was going through ALL of the skincare products and was losing hope when I found it! The Pretty Skin brand cleansing oil has been my go-to cleansing oil for the last 6 months and I found two of them in a brown box. They were a different type of cleansing oil but worked just as great as the Jeju Cica oil. While I was looking for this, I came across a few other Korean brand skincare that I've never heard of and looked them up on my phone and they were also highly rated and now appear in my TikTok algorithm as there are many live sales of these products. When I first got to the skincare section I kind of almost slipped and noticed on the ground someone had spilled hand soap all over the ground and the bottle was under a shoe rack. We notified one of the sales associates and they acted quickly and got someone to bring out the caution sign and also clean up the area. I was glad to see they were on top of things and weren't casually letting it go. I still prefer this location over the Ontario Mills location because it's less chaotic and they still have a great selection.

The nice lady trying to help out the young woman said it was for ornaments, and she wasn't buying any and could see that the young lady was, so she just didn't want the coupon to go to waste. I have never witnessed anything so crazy at a store like this before. This location has always been problematic with the older guy who works there and/or owns the place being rude to both customers and employees alike, but we will be driving the extra distance to Hallmark in San Dimas from here on. There were lots of price stickers over the top of the original Hallmark ornament MSRP stickers today which is fishy as hell. How are you a Hallmark franchise jacking up the prices above what's printed on the box for Hallmark brand product?

I left and felt something wrong. I came back to ask her for receipts again, she said she cannot print out the receipt, and BBW is big company, so no worries. Until now 11/26/2024, no refund is issued. Per her advice to call customer service, but they can't help. Be careful and do not leave without return receipt like myself :( attached receipt is for the reward item at the store with date and time.

She struggles with reading fluency and I wanted to make sure she wasn't falling behind. There was a lady working there that answered all my questions and she just so happened to be a 2nd grade teacher! I don't remember he name but she was so sweet and helpful. $99 later and here I am happy as a clam to have caught the sale for my daughters. I got magnetic letters for my pre-k kid at half price. Great deal also got a magnetic white board and some other things! I will return here as my kids grow.

I had converted points a couple of months earlier and apparently there was an issue with it even though it showed in my account. Rather than try and help, the only thing she said was I needed to contact customer service to get it fixed. No offer to help just very matter of fact. The other thing is they charge for bags. They have a sign that state law mandates that but if you look up the law it says grocery stores, convenience stores, pharmacies, food marts and liquor stores. Hallmark doesn't fall under any of those.
