Who doesn't love a good deal these days with this economy, everyone is looking for a value, great customer service, variety in goods, stretch a dollar counts, and Dollar tree is no exception to the rule, when it comes to $.. This particular Dollar Tree, is anything but Traditional in other words, it is NON Traditional which is fine however, when it comes to Customer Service, was there the other day, the cashier no manners whatsoever, did not smile and gave the RBF look to both of us, did not give our receipt either, gave my husband a (US Veteran,) RBF look and Stupid look I could have made a BIG DEAL but would have been even WORSE ORDEAL to DEAL WITH the Entitlement this generation has is BEYOND WORDS!!! overall this DOLLAR TREE SUCKS HORRIBLE every time we have came there more then a few times and the customer service was some of the worst I have ever encountered. Very Rude cashier, and not a lot of selection I feel like I am in a MORGUE its really really bad. If you do not like your job there are others out there. Nowadays they just hire whoever. So 1 out of 10 I give this place a 3 out of 10. Just as it is known for value, it SUCKED OVERALL, Customer Service. Please TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER DOLLAR TREE DO BETTER!!!!!!! This is a large store - it is clean, nice wide aisle, large variety of items. They have a public access restroom. Unfortunately they also draw a ton of shoplifters. I was in the store and observed a family of about 5 ( mother was there) she paid for 'some' stuff but a young lady and gentleman had clearly concealed items under their over sized clothing. They exited to the parking lot to their nice white vehicle . The cashier said they are 'regular' and sadly there is nothing preventative that can be done. SHAME ON THE ADULT who drives them. read more

I could only describe this place as: it satisfies. It's not going to be an amazing experience, but it will satiate basic expectations. Employees seem miserable, and it is definitely not going to have a vast inventory. This is not fact, but I feel like the employees also do not check the back if you call them asking about items. This dollar tree is my local store and the staff is great. If you're looking to be waited on hand and foot go to Nordstroms. The store does the best they can to accommodate customers as most of the time they're short staffed as a lot of businesses are now days. I've brought back items without a receipt and was able to exchange the items no problem. Scott the manager is super cool and I LOVE my local Upland Dollar tree. And for people leaving bad reviews, it's dollar tree. Go to Target or Walmart if you're not satisfied. I'm a florist for 22 years and I use products from them and NO ONE would ever know. Oh boy was this store a mess, but now remodeled and looking great! My favorites here are the little craft containers that work well for storing beads and such, and the plastic kitchen storage containers that I also use to store craft parts. (Note that the small cylindrical storage containers for beads are not in the craft section but close by and adjacent to the sequins.). The kitchen storage section has recently been refilled with a variety of sizes and shapes of containers. Be sure to check out the cookie mixes because they are a smaller size than those in the grocery stores and perfectly sized for a quick batch of cookies. Affordable too! read more

I've been going to this one most of the time because it was the closest to my house. I mainly buy seasonal items, party supplies, and organizational items. This store like most isn't very big. But the service has always been friendly. Seems like they are always out of helium. I noticed this past week the tank was gone? Maybe just getting switched out I'm not sure. While I haven't ordered balloons from this location, I have at another one, and it's very affordable. read more

This is probably my favorite location by far! The place is huge, you don't feel cramped when going up and down the aisles. The store clean and you don't items on the floor scattered. Items are always arranged and neatly displayed. Really cute selections of everything. Now, my only complaint, and I've experienced this in other locations too....they tend to DOUBLE SCAN! Not sure if it's a mistake by the salesperson, and not paying attention to what they're doing...but this has got to stop! I don't like being the person that holds up the line to check their receipt, but unfortunately I may have to start doing that. It's very rare that I leave the store with less than 10 items each time. So if I go over my receipt, it's kind of a pressure when there's 10 other people in line and there's only one cashier open. Hope the employees and manager improve on this and not double/triple scan. read more

The employees here are so miserable. The floor has marked stickers 6 ft apart for each register. There was two lines and after being in line for a long while the cashier decides to yell at the customers to say there is only one line. So all the people who had been in one line now had to get in the back of the other line. Why didn't he say so before? Then after decided to open a second line for his choosing. Clearly this store is has customer service issues or it was racial. I'm glad someone yelled at the cashier. Usually I'm against that but this cashier was clearly playing games and I didn't fee one bit sad for him when he got yelled at. read more

store seems to hire people who are not trained in customer service and treat some people better then others some employees are unkempt and wear dirty close no name tags,,employee verably attack customer so depending who is working it can be a very stressful experience read more

Something is wrong with the managers here at this store location. Most times or all the time, there's only one line open in this store and managers mainly women do nothing to open up another line. They'll make up an excuse that their other cashier is on break and continue doing nothing. Instead of being empowered to do their job that they were trained to do, and be customer focused and open up another line. Pathetic! Lol read more
