5/16/25 Awwww so pretty tulips! Right by the entrance. After getting my FREE bday treat at BBW, saw that Target was just a few doors down. Clean, easy to find items, prices are regular like most Targets. The toothpaste he bought (Perodontax) was $6.99 each. I checked out Therabreath at $9.95 for 16 oz, while Amazon was about $15 for 2, better off buying at Amazon. In any case, it was an easy peasy shopping trip. Hubby used self checkout--convenient! Parking was easy, free & plentiful at this plaza. Saw the gift cards area which gave me PTSD--NEVER again, esp. at any Target. Didn't encounter any service personnel at this trip. Customer service is a dying art and I believe at this target it's a LONG dead art; there are a couple of people I can think of that do provide consistently good service but in general, with this many staff members, it's falling through the cracks. I placed a call while I was on my way to this location to see if the Pizza Hut express had anything ready or if they were even open today (that's another thing I'll touch on in a minute) but my call was ignored, despite waiting through minutes of ringing. I was trying to save myself time and a trip but wasted it by calling and being ignored. It's not just me, either, because I've been inside this location shopping and I'm in line listening to a symphony of phones ringing and being ignored by all the staff there. They just let your call keep ringing and ringing and do nothing. Another thing is the Pizza Hut express is CONSTANTLY closed with no notice, no rhyme or reason, just closed, whether it's because they're out of pizzas for the day, there's no help, call offs, it's ALWAYS something. Good luck calling in advance to find out if it's open because well lo and behold what happens when you do try. read more

This Target is located at The Colonies in Upland. Great location right off the 210 Fwy at Campus Ave exit. It is one of my go-to Targets because it's either on my way to the cities on the west side or on my way home on the east side. I usually come here for basic essentials and/or specific merchandises. I was here one week or so after Valentine's Day looking for some heart-shaped Valentine's candy for my youngest daughter's class party. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything left. Easter items were already out on the shelves. Prices are quite comparable with their competitors... you know which one(s) I'm referring to LOL. It is actually a Super Target since it has a grocery section. Love their gift cards wall! Their aisles are well stocked with inventory most of the time. Interior is quite bright. Restrooms are clean and well maintained. I don't have much encounter with their staff because I use self check-out whenever possible. However, when I do need help to find something or have a return, their staff is friendly and quite helpful. I will keep coming back to this Target for my shopping needs. Thank you! read more

This is for the cafe at Target. An employee there named Jasper was extremely rude to my friend and I. I was trying to let him know there were other people that had been standing there waiting to place an order and he put his hand up and rudely said I'm aware they are there yet he didn't even acknowledge them. One person ended up putting her Drink down and walked away. I told him to stop with the attitude and it got worse. I have never been treated with such rudeness and disrespect by a Target employee. I really like the location of this Target. Other than being close to home, it's next to a lot of other stores and food places. Going to this Target is usually meh for me though. It's pretty clean, but also lacking. I wish they had the Ulta area like the other Targets do, but maybe it's not big enough? I usually go for self checkout, but when I do go to a cashier they have always been friendly. I've heard there's a lot of fraud here with their gift cards, so would advice to purchase those elsewhere. Parking is plenty, but chaotic. The drive up option here is great though with plenty of spots. read more

ROACHES!!! So disgusting I was taking a dump and this is what i see staring at me crawling closer to me! It was in the big stall in the ladies bathroom. It was GINORMOUS, the photo doesn't do the roach justice because in the bug world, this roach is a 6'11 NBA player compared to other bugs. He was probably the king of his whole roach colony, judging his size (probably more nearby).DO NOT USE THE BATHROOMS! I went into target today 6/5/25 and witnessed Jaspyer in cafe area being very rude to another customer. He put his hand up to the gentleman in a rude manor and wouldn't let the man speak When he was just trying to ask a question. Jaspyer even started to raise his voice towards the gentleman. I waited for several minutes to order my daughters and I a drink. He was standing where u make the pizzas . He looked up at us several times and just rolled his eyes like he wanted us to leave and acted like he was bothered. When he finally took my order he was very rude and disrespectful. Beware if you buy a gift card from Target. If it's hacked you're out of luck. They won't even credit your Target credit account if you used your card to purchase the gift card. If you call the number on the card, that's useless too. Your call will be routed to the Philippines and you'll be given the run around and they'll lie that a new card will be sent to you. My daughter bought me a $100 Home Depot gift card from this Target store in December. Then in June I went to go use it at Home Depot in Rancho Cucamonga. And found out from the cashier that it had been hacked. I told my daughter about the hack, and to notify Target's main office and have them credit $100 back to her credit card. She contacted Target's main office numerous times during the summer and they refused to refund the amount back to her credit card. Luckily in September I mentioned this to a Home Depot employee and she validated the bar codes to see if it was hacked. Then she told me the store will honor it. Even though someone in this country had hacked the card. Home Depot did more for me, than Target not doing nothing. Target is losing money on foot traffic in their stores. Is an ok store besides CONSTANTLY messing up my drive up orders the last 4 months . Won't be doing drive up here anymore. I want to emphasize that it's not the employees fault, although managers may gaslight you and their own employees that it is. The real issue they give these drive up employees massive workloads and track every second of their productivity, all while paying them a non living wage. An employee named Jamaica or something along those lines was working the self checkout and she was so unnecessarily rude! One of the workers had told us that the 2 self checkout registers were ready to use but when we went to use them they were not ready at all and we were waiting for the workers to come back and help. Then the Jamaica girl came around and rudely almost yelled "only the ones with the lights on are working" and we tried to explain hey the worker told us they were open and she interrupted us and said "those lights aren't on they're not working". So we had to get out of line again and wait for the other people to finish using their working registers and then pay. My wife and I regularly go to this Target and have a good experience. This past weekend we went looking for a baby stroller and had a poor experience. The 3 star rating takes into consideration the good and bad. We have a 17 month old and a 2 month old and have been trying to settle on a double stroller that meets our needs. We've done a lot of internet research but I wanted my wife to see the Graco stroller we were considering in person. We wanted to make sure it was going to fit in her trunk, be easily collapsible, light enough, and sturdy enough for our boys to use. We found the stroller on display and asked a team member to assist us in pulling it down from the shelf where it was zip tied to. She got a manager (I think he was a manager) named Jose. I explained to him the need to physically and quickly inspect it / test it out and asked him to cut the zip ties so we can pull it down. He told me that due to liability reasons they couldn't allow me to pull it down as we could hurt ourselves and that he didn't have anyone to assist us while we inspected the stroller. Keep in mind the single strollers are on the ground for display and lifting and collapsing a stroller are important features of double strollers. We weren't asking to do anything outside the intended function of the stroller. The zip ties used to secure these aren't special security tags either, they are two regular ties that would take all of 10 seconds to cut and re-tie. I suggested that Jose could supervise us while we quickly tested the stroller and he could bring it down and put it up when we were done to ease any liability or security concerns. Instead he suggested we buy the stroller, take it home, put it together, test it out at home, and return it if we didn't like it. I was obviously irritated with his lack of willingness to help and his illogical suggestion and told him I would just come back the next day with my box cutter and zip ties to do it myself. He responded that I would be escorted out of the store if I did. What seemed like such a simple, appropriate request for some customer service, turned into an unnecessary poor interaction. read more

They need to scrap that entire pharmacy and try again. Wrong orders, REPEATED notification for pick ups that weren't ready, promised prescriptions would be ready (two week wait) then referred me to another pharmacy because they wouldn't stock the item. Front lead is not customer oriented. We were angled the incorrect way for self checkout with no customers behind us. Not only did the lead have an attitude, but he also wasn't wearing a name tag. When an item rang up incorrectly we asked for a manager who also wasn't wearing a name tag. We had to ask the supposed manager his name which was supposedly Marquis. I don't know if this location doesn't keep the black hair products in stock on purpose, but it's very upsetting that I have to go to the Rancho location to get hair care. I was at Target runnings errands and one of the items I was picking up for my dad happens to be Microsoft Office. Since it's for my dad I would buy it regardless of the price. The annoying thing is... There was actually ONE STACK of mixed Microsoft Office Home and Student 2016 and a Microsoft Office 365. My dad only needs basic use and I didn't see the point of an annual subscription so I opt for the Home and student version. PLEASE REFER TO THE PICTURE I UPLOADED INTO YELP!! So since it was combined into one messy stack. The price should be either $69.99 or $99.99 since those were the two prices listed saying Microsoft. When I got to the front it was rang up as $149.99! I thought it was a mistake. There was a long line behind me so I was willing to walk back to the computer area to show the girls back there the marked prices and I figure I can just pay back there. Well I get back there and they said the label must be wrong and they were so confused. They went to contact their manager and then told me to go to the front to talk to the manager... So I'm back to the front talking to the manager and she was like blah blah blah third party item can't change the price... Umm no sorry for YOUR mistake. Sorry for wasting my time? WHAT WAS THE POINT OF MAKING ME FIND THE MANAGER IF SHE WAS EQUALLY USELESS?? And I even asked her why I needed to come to the front to talk to her if she can't do anything for me. And like a broken record, she was like blah blah blah third party item. That's not answering my question!! Absolutely pointless. I must give props to the Target crew this morning when they had to entertain the 8am mob crowd. These poor folks signed up to be sales clerks and now they have a completely different job description. They have become agents of order and sanity, preserving life, limb, and inventory. I was completely impressed by the way they worked as a team, using polite but commanding voices to herd streams of shopping carts to the high demand Clorox wipes, toilet paper, etc. They did this with great patience and professionalism. A few even sprinkled in some humor, asking us not to trample on their teammates. Fantastic job, Target Upland. The Trump Administration really should quadruple your salaries. When I first moved to the area I fell madly in love with this Target. It was always clean, employees were friendly and shelves were always stocked. The past 6-9 months or so, EVERY time I go in there they're out of half of what I need on my list. It's frustrating. The employees attitudes have seemed to gone south as well. Just today, I was trying to get to a beauty item and an employee was restocking a makeup shelf, and didn't want to let me squeeze by when the product was right next to where she was restocking. At least hand it to me then while your standing there. Don't look inconvenienced for the one item I needed to have when it literally took me 3 seconds to grab it. Also there was an employee restocking items in the office section and I'm quite certain she heard me say "this is all they have?" "I guess they don't have the bigger ones." "well then I guess we'll just grab these then." Couldnt she have stopped what she was doing for a minute and offer to help me??? As for Target in general I'm tired of the overpriced crud they've started selling. Go back to affordable basics. Train your employees to be friendly & helpful. Maybe monitor them more so they put some effort into working. Target just isn't what it used to be and that makes me sad. read more

I am surprised that this Target hasn't started charging me rent yet because I'm ALWAYS here. This is my hometown location and although I am slightly biased, this store cannot be beat. They always maintain their shelves, the store is kept clean, and I've never encountered an employee that wasn't super friendly (even though I have my favorites). There's a full-service Starbucks in front next to a snack bar with hot food, a photo center, a pharmacy, and a robust dollar section as soon as you walk in. What else could you want or need? This store is easy to maneuver around and has everything you could possibly need. Their grocery section is large and has a great variety of produce and snack items. The parking lot in front is massive and although it's shared with other stores in the center, you will never have difficulty finding parking. I am proud this is my hometown store and will likely be back tomorrow. read more

So sorry in the delay to post this review. On June 27, 2023, my Dad and I returned to a Target (to be remain unnamed) to work with the Consumer Cellular Rep to purchase for him a Smartphone. We selected Consumer Cellular because of the excellent customer service we received when we made a phone call to the 888 to inquiry about how to make the switch from one carrier to another as trauma free as possible. So when we arrived at the unnamed Target, we were told that the Consumer Cellular Representative was not in that day. We were not real happy about that. However, we were determined to make the change and we found OUR Target, the best one ever!!!! We knew that we had the right store, when BOTH of the Representatives acknowledge our presence. They were both working with other Target Guests. I know, right! Our Target experience was EXACTLY what my Dad was needing. A real person(s) with the IT experience and the Customer Service training to patiently answer ALL of his questions and if required, repeat the answer(s) several times. We were fortunate to work with both IT Gurus. It took us a minute, due to technical challenges with cancelling his service with the former carrier, BUT these Guru's worked their magic and we both left with huge smiles and our faces and with grateful hearts. These two people are most definitely an asset to your Target Team! Whatever you have to do to keep them, please do. I understand that one is seeking a promotion. I'm not sure how that works, but, if you'all decide to do it, The Target Corporation and especially this store, will not be disappointed. read more
