I was going through ALL of the skincare products and was losing hope when I found it! The Pretty Skin brand cleansing oil has been my go-to cleansing oil for the last 6 months and I found two of them in a brown box. They were a different type of cleansing oil but worked just as great as the Jeju Cica oil. While I was looking for this, I came across a few other Korean brand skincare that I've never heard of and looked them up on my phone and they were also highly rated and now appear in my TikTok algorithm as there are many live sales of these products. When I first got to the skincare section I kind of almost slipped and noticed on the ground someone had spilled hand soap all over the ground and the bottle was under a shoe rack. We notified one of the sales associates and they acted quickly and got someone to bring out the caution sign and also clean up the area. I was glad to see they were on top of things and weren't casually letting it go. I still prefer this location over the Ontario Mills location because it's less chaotic and they still have a great selection.

Today I went back alone with the intention of buying a board, either a complete or building a custom out of parts in the case, but they told me they couldn't even let me touch one of the boards for loss prevention reasons. I'm a middle age, dude wearing Dad shoes. Give me a freaking break. I want to scrutinize on the completes what trucks they use, what wheels they used, what bearings they used so I need to be able to look at it up close, so I have to have some employee hold the board for me to look through the details? Their prices are pretty typical but some things become expensive and others become cheap (sales). Their sales/clearance are always on point. They're have buy one get one free for their clearance and I try to hit those up as much as possible. I ended up saving about $30 on the purchase through their sale. I opted for store pick up. That may have been a bad idea for my wallet because they have a lot of cute things in store! I was greeted upon entering and helped right away. I asked if I could try the pants on in store prior to leaving and that was not a problem. They set me up in a dressing room quickly. I loved them, so the transaction was pretty much done--quick and easy. Got the final receipt texted to me as I was walking to my car. I told my kids about my great experience and now they want us all to go lol!

The one thing that I really liked about this location is that no one bothers you while you're looking around. That's a big plus in my book. Let me browse in peace...lol! On this particular day though, I only needed new wallflower plugs. There were a bunch to choose from. Found what I needed, paid, and was on my way in less than 15 minutes.

I said that's not the discounted price, so she went to walk to the table and scanned the item and it was cheaper when I first bought it. She had to calculate it with the calculator to see how much it would be, and she couldn't still figure it out. Then she told me that price adjustment wouldn't happen because all products are final sale. I said show me a sign that says all items are final sale. Then she took her words back, and then asked another cashier if she is doing it right. The other cashier looked clueless, so she asked someone else to help her do it who is a veteran of that store taught her how to do it. I honestly don't think I will ever shop here again because I always go to Victoria gardens because the workers there know what they are doing. I honestly think the Terra vista needs a new manager or retrain staff members.
