11/7/2025 First time at this location. Been wanting to try a new Sephora location in the area, since the Rancho Cucamonga location seemed to be so limited in what they carry. Also, the service was bad over there. This location was far bigger than the RC location. It was a bit cluttered though. But they carried most of the brands I've been looking for. I came in simply to get the basics for today, just a quick shopping experience. I did look at different brands such as Make Up Forever, Dior, Fenty, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Too Faced and Tower 28. I was looking for a lip gloss for my mom, as she didn't want to come along, so I wanted to find a similar color for her, but with a different brand. I ended up purchasing her usual Dior lip balm instead. Glad they carried it in store! It's her favorite and mine too! I also got some Sephora tweezers, which works pretty well! I didn't need to buy $28 tweezers just to pluck my brows. The Make Up Forever waterproof mascara is yet to be tried. Customer service was excellent! There were so many beauty advisors that were all helpful and ready to help! I was very happy to have many who were asking if I needed any help. The RC location had beauty advisors avoiding customers. There was one that was helpful at the RC location and the rest just talked to each other. I had a very good customer experience here and will definitely return! As this is a large outdoor mall, parking is plenty! Love that there were no issues with parking. Also, the freeway is right next to the mall too, so it is a very convenient location. read more

Came here to buy a few perfumes and the ladies were very attentive and helpful. I didn't feel rushed. They gave me many recommendations on what's been popular with the customers as well as their own personal choices. The line was long but they worked quick to get us through it in a timely manner. I love this Sephora. It's clean, it's so close to my home. The staff are really friendly and don't give weird vibes like at other locations. I feel they also have a good selection of stock in store compared to other stores. Parking here is plentiful, but when it gets busy in the shopping center expect to park further. I recently came to pick up a small item, so didn't get to browse around too much, but did take my time looking at the perfumes. They had a good selection, at least more than the Kohls Sephora up the street. I love me experience here every time and will continue coming back for all my little beauty needs. read more

Well, I came in to the store on Wednesday October the 1st around mid afternoon, they probably had 2-3 customers and it was not busy. No one greeted me as I walked in even though there was an employee at the front door and I spent around 15 ish minutes and again no one came up to me to ask if I needed help. Most Sephora stores I visit are crowded, have an unpleasant smell, lack staff support, and often run out of products. However, this store was different. I was searching for a perfume that is exclusive to Sephora, but I didn't see it on the shelves, which made me think they might not have it based on my past experiences. Luckily, I found a staff member who told me that the perfumes are stored in the back. I was excited when she brought out the fragrance I wanted. It was a quick and easy visit. read more

On September 5, 2025, at 1 PM, I entered the store. No one greeted me or asked if I needed assistance; instead, the staff just followed me around as if they suspected I might steal something. I usually spend a lot of money at this store, but this isn't the first time I've encountered poor customer service. I've decided that I will never return to this store again. Even though I live in Upland, I would rather drive to a different location. Management, please train your employees to be more friendly and less judgmental. I had such an amazing experience at your store yesterday. I'm trying to remember the girl's name, I believe it was Cheyenne. She was a beautiful African American girl, tall and lean. She had so much product knowledge and had a wonderful manner about her and the product I bought was perfect. I will definitely be looking for her when I need any more products. I rarely leave reviews (my only other one was positive), but after my experience at this Sephora location, I felt compelled to speak up. I went in to return an item and made it clear to the associate at the counter that I was doing just that. She saw me pull it out of my purse, yet proceeded to re-ring me for the product. Thankfully I caught it before I was charged again--if I hadn't, I would've unknowingly paid twice. That alone was frustrating, but the situation got worse. I was then informed that the return window had recently changed from 60 to 30 days. I may have missed an email about it (hard to tell, given how many promotional emails Sephora sends), but there was no clear signage in store communicating the change. What I was shown was an 8x8 sign at the counter, printed in tiny lettering that required me to put on my glasses and lean in just to read. It was essentially a copy of their full return policy, with no obvious notice or signage indicating a recent change. I felt that was intentionally unhelpful--and frankly, deceptive. Even asking about the policy change felt like a hassle to the staff. The associate's tone was flippant and dismissive. Then she asked if I wanted to speak with someone, and I said yes. Oddly, the manager who had been standing there the entire time said nothing until then. When she finally stepped in, she called over another employee who, after a brief interaction, left to "do something else" ...I was done at that point. The whole interaction felt like a game of hot potato and made it seem like I was a burden rather than a paying customer. There weren't many other people in the store--plenty of time and space to handle the issue properly--but empathy was nowhere to be found. Also, I'd be remiss not to mention: I came in after a hike, no makeup, old backpack, not looking like the typical Sephora shopper. Initially, the front-door greeter was kind. But once I reached the counter, the tone shifted. I truly wonder if my appearance affected how I was treated. And I now see that others have shared experiences where they felt similarly dismissed or judged at this location. I'm not even going to bother with communicating with corporate about this, from what I've heard they simply do not care. I left feeling invisible. Sephora's brand is built on empowerment and self-expression, yet this experience made me feel the opposite. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect basic courtesy and clear communication--neither of which were present. I will be purchasing my products elsewhere from now on. read more

Rude. If only their customer service was as nice and organized as their shelves. I walked in and was not welcomed, but they welcomed every customer after me. Huhhh? They asked every customer if they needed help except for me. Huhhh? As customers were leaving, they said, "bye have a nice day!" As I walked towards and out the door all they said was,"......" Huhhh? Are they paying them to walk around with their noses stuck in the air? It wasn't even busy, max 7 customers. I've been in super busy Sephoras and the employees were always welcoming and assisting. At this Sephora, employees either ignored me or glared. Girl please, I politely walked in for a lipgloss. Reading other reviews, I see that they tend to discriminate. Looking back at my experience, I was the only Asian in the store. I didn't want to think that that would be the reason I was the only one not being customer serviced to, but it seems to be true. This place is terrible terrible! I walked in customer service super poor. I walked in needing assistance looking for moisturizer and toner and after I heard one of the employees being so dismissive to another customer so I didn't even bother. All the girls on the floor were just having conversations with one another and were selective on who they asked if they needed help. I've been to other Sephoras with much better customer service I would avoid this one at all cost. read more

So disgusting by the service today here. Usually we go to the Redlands location. There we are greeted and several of the workers go above and beyond to help you with what you are looking for. Today at about noon my 10 year old wanted to go into this one since we went to The Rack. Not one person greeted us not one person asked us if we needed help totally profiling us by our appearance. I guess we didn't "fit in" I have spent thousands of dollars in a Sephora store and after today's treatment and being snubbed I willl NOT BE BACK!!! I didn't want to buy a damn thing. My poor daughter wanted some product which she found on her own if it were up to me I wouldn't have bought it based on the treatment we received. When we went to pay the cashier with beautiful long black hair asked if anyone helped us I was very clear not a soul helped us and all she said was "oh" I paid cash since the purchase was 25 & change I just asked my daughter what it was called and she said MILK. The cashier had the audacity to check the $20 to make sure it was real. Note to Sephora the ones that look down on their luck may be the ones with a pocketful of cash! Do Better SEPHORA AND CORPORATE! And don't judge a book by its cover! I'll stick with Ulta were they treat me and my daughter with RESPECT! read more

Very very good customer service, made my day :D I was looking to get the tower28 lipgloss and I was clearly lost and a guy nicely directed me to the aisle, very helpful and friendly. This rating is only for Make-up & Lash services. Bre did my makeup today and she did an excellent job. She was patient, addressed any concerns I had with my skin (dryness) and recommend products that would help me get the most polished make up look. Not only did I walk away with a great makeup look, I also left with $160 in products because she used products that I could use daily. I'm so appreciative of the makeup and lash application and I will be back for any event, night out or photos I may take in the future. read more

I came in this afternoon and I just wanted to say how amazing the employee was who helped me. I was standing in line to check out and I was enjoying hearing them work with the mom and son and daughter in line ahead of me - they were getting so excited for one of the children to get a cologne he really wanted, and that experience alone was enough to make me smile at how wonderful this employee was being. Then when it was my turn, I was fumbling with my Klarna app, and they came around to my side of the counter to help me with my phone. Not once did they make me feel dumb or old or acted impatient - they were genuinely trying to help and when we finally got it figured out, they were still so kind and positive. I checked my receipt and I can't figure out the employee's name but they had a tattoo of the California bear hugging the California flag on their bicep. I just really really want to say thank you again to that wonderful human and let them know that they are genuinely appreciated and their kindness makes a difference - we need more people like them in this world! read more

When it comes to make up I'm completely helpless and lost. I always get the wrong color and end up looking like a possessed doll from a horror movie. Krista (Sephora match specialist) was a god send for my lost soul. She spent so much time helping me figure out which products would be best for me. She was very patient and was able to assist me for a complete make up look. With her help I purchased primer, full coverage foundation, bronzer, blush, lip liner, a lipstick, and brow powder. They are located off the 210 freeway in the same shopping center as TJ Maxx, Golf Galaxy and Nordstrom Rack next to the scrubs uniform store. I LOVE this location! It's not connected to a mall so it's not as hectic inside the store, the employees are really nice and it just feels way more relaxing than other locations. I believe the lady that helped us was named Emily? She's tall with tattoos and she was so nice and really helpful in finding a foundation for my sister. It's also well stocked and super clean inside. If I have to go to Sephora this is the one I would go to for sure. read more

I stopped by this Sephora because I was traveling from out of town and forgot a couple of my essential items, one being my foundation. All of the workers were extremely nice and greeted me the moment I walked in. Unfortunately they didn't have the particular foundation I was looking for, but one woman was kind enough to recommend something similar. Since she knew I was traveling and would only be in town for a couple days, she gave me a sample to try after color matching me. I will try it out tomorrow and told her since I travel to the area quite often, will definitely be back. Their customer service was excellent! The store is nice, clean and very organized! I was excited when I found out they were building a Sephora a couple minutes from my house. I've been inside this particular store maybe 10-15 times so far and about 95% of the time they are sold out of the product I need, or they "just discontinued that brand" I get that answer a lot. What is going on at this store? They always say they can order it and send it to my house, umm ya so can I!!! I come in because I need it that day. I'm so sick of this store! As others have said, this is the best Sephora I've ever been to. I happened to be in the area and don't have a Sephora super nearby my place, but I had a migraine and was dreading going in. Multiple associates offered to help me find what I needed and the store was quiet and relaxing - even on a Sunday. I managed to restock on all the products I needed before the work week.
