Rude. If only their customer service was as nice and organized as their shelves. I walked in and was not welcomed, but they welcomed every customer after me. Huhhh? They asked every customer if they needed help except for me. Huhhh? As customers were leaving, they said, "bye have a nice day!" As I walked towards and out the door all they said was,"......" Huhhh? Are they paying them to walk around with their noses stuck in the air? It wasn't even busy, max 7 customers. I've been in super busy Sephoras and the employees were always welcoming and assisting. At this Sephora, employees either ignored me or glared. Girl please, I politely walked in for a lipgloss. Reading other reviews, I see that they tend to discriminate. Looking back at my experience, I was the only Asian in the store. I didn't want to think that that would be the reason I was the only one not being customer serviced to, but it seems to be true. Yikes. Someone tell these girls that it's 2024.

Buyer Beware I…read morehad my first Sylfirm facial two months ago and returned last Friday for my second treatment. I've spent roughly $2,000 here, purchased microneedling & Sylfirm(lied to that Sylfirm would help my under eyes) Shortly after I got home, I received a call from the front desk claiming I had an outstanding balance for a service I NEVER received. They insisted I had been given an Agnes treatment during this current treatment & then switched to my previous visit. That is completely false. This service was only discussed and recommended to me during my most recent appointment--and I clearly declined it because I want to wait and see my results first. Instead of correcting their error, I was told it was a "miscommunication" and that they would zero out the facial and exosomes I currently have on my account to cover a charge for a service I did not receive. Taking away services I already paid for to cover their mistake is unacceptable. This feels dishonest and extremely unprofessional. If you go here, protect yourself--ask for itemized invoices, confirm every service before receiving it, and keep your own records. I will not be returning.

I was really trying to avoid writing a negative review, but I have given New Image Med Spa ample…read moretime (over two weeks) to make things right since contacting them, as well as sending pictures expressing how unhappy I was with the services provided. With that said, the owner did not even bother to call me to address my unhappiness with my botox and Juvaderm XC filler that she herself did. Last time I heard from their coordinator, she said that she has escalated this matter to their medical director and that was on 4/29/2025. It is now 5/8/2025 and after two more calls to the owner, she will not return my calls and apparently did not reach out the the medical director. She also had my Yelp review removed, so I will redo it and resubmit it. 4/12/25 - I got botox and filler because I had lines above my lips. I have had filler three times in the past (not always from them). I always get 1 syringe, which does the trick. Not this time. My lips have a weird shape and barely have filler on the top, and I still have lines above them. Also, the owner said with the extra (not sure why there would be extra) she would fill in my nasolabial lines. She made more wrinkles on the side of my mouth. It looks horrible. Also, my botox on my forehead is uneven and also looks horrible. I have never experienced this before. When I called I asked if I could see someone else (other than the owner) who could fix what she did. They told me no, that I would need to see her. Why would I want to go back to her, when I don't like her work? No thank you. I spent $775.00 (It would have been 825.00, but I got a discount from Alle) This is a lot of money and she didn't even care to make it better. I guess she thinks that she has enough business and doesn't care about people and their money. I guess she also doesn't care about her reputation. I went to her once before and I am not sure what happened to her and her lack of empathy for people who are just trying do something good for themselves. Now I have more lines on the side above my lips that weren't there, and my face just looks so bad.
