The way this store went above and beyond is very appreciated. I stopped by a Lush (not this one) when traveling and was given a sample I was unaware of until I got home. It was the flaxseed hand cream and I fell in love. I didn't want to buy online because shipping for rural residence is difficult no matter what company ships. So when I was traveling again I thought I'd take the time to stop by a local Lush. When I looked online it said all the stores within vicinity were 'out of stock'. I was going to be next to Lush in the evening and decided to call beforehand and just check if they had some flaxseed hand cream in store or if they had information on stock/restock information. Sweet woman answered and said she had some, large and small. I told her I was excited and be in later! I stopped in and brought my sister for her first time. When I got there I asked about where the hand cream was located, Ally started to direct me but then asked if I called earlier and said she actually set one aside for me 'just in case' and I was so grateful. Since my sister had never been I wanted her to experience all the product testers and demos. Ally's coworker (forgot to grab his name), showed my sister the bubble bar demo as well as sample her some skin care products. We had the best experience at Lush inside Ontario Mills today. I brought my daughter in for a daddy-daughter date, and the staff made it truly special from the moment we walked in. They were incredibly welcoming, patient, and kind, and they didn't just talk to us, they included my daughter in everything. They invited her to participate in a bath bomb demo, explained how things worked, and gave her so much positive attention that she felt like the most important person in the store. You could tell they genuinely love what they do and care about creating memorable experiences for families. On 01/16/2026, I visited Lush with my 10-year-old daughter for her very first time, and it was truly unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine excitement and joy. A beautiful young woman with green hair and striking eyes was the first to approach us. We explained that we were picking up an online order, that it was my daughter's first visit, and shared which products we were curious about. She walked us through the store section by section, helping us fill our basket with care and intention. She was incredibly knowledgeable, sweet, and kind. What made the experience extra special was how memorable she made it for my daughter, who is already into skincare and fragrances just like her mom. She created samples for us, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made the entire experience feel magical. When we reached the hair section, I mentioned products I had heard about on TikTok. Another team member, who was working nearby at the register, joined the conversation. She was just as bright and cheerful. As I shared my hair concerns, she asked intentional and thoughtful questions about my hair's porosity, how I style it, and my routine. She truly listened. I also shared a frustrating experience I had during Boxing Day, and she empathized with me in a way that felt sincere and human. Her kindness and concern honestly made my entire day. I left with about $200 worth of products and jokingly admitted it was my fourth large Lush purchase in just two months. I love Lush not only for its incredible products, but for what the company stands for: speaking out against injustices, protecting animals through cruelty-free practices, and creating fun, imaginative ways for people to care for themselves. I looooove the samples - it helps me make decisions on products I know I will love! At the end of my visit the green haired goddess took my daughter and made her a sample of dusting powder with glitter in it. She has the best customer service! Most of all, I love that Lush hires people like Bri, who has spent 11 years with the company and still works a Friday night with genuine kindness and passion. I love that there's a Lush in Ontario Mills now. They've been open for about 5 months now. Bath bomb galore! This location has it organized in colors. I mainly stop by Lush when I need to restock my bath bombs. They currently have Halloween and Christmas themed ones. If you're a huge fan of lavender and chamomile scents holidays bath bombs aren't going to be that great.. As I am a huge fan of their Deep Sleep line, they put those away when they have to make space for holiday inventory. I always forget every holiday season when I try to restock my stash. If you're looking for Deep Sleep Bath Bomb (lavender & chamomile bath bomb that's in a seeping cheese cloth/tea bag), you're only able to purchase it in the Holiday Deep Sleep bath bomb set. Holiday Deep Sleep Set comes with Butterball, Deep Sleep and Twilight. Blackberry Bath Bomb is one of my all time favorites but I haven't seen it the last few times I've been to Lush. A visit to Lush is always such a sensory feast. You're lured in by the scents wafting your way, you're captivated by the sight of it all, and after trying the products you walk out with a bag of something delightful. The staff's energy matches the vibe of the place. They and the store are understated but cool, edgy but not off-putting and bursting with color and texture. Lush is my happy place. Anytime I feel bad about something, I make a trek and my spirits lift instantly. I don't know why, but the moment I set foot into their space, all the bad juju disappears. But I just left the store, and this time I had to leave a review because the two associates who helped me today have no idea how much their kindness meant. I'M OBSESSED. So happy the finally opened up a Lush here! As soon as my girlfriends and I walked in were greeted by everyone. Two of my girlfriends had never been here before so they we so excited to get a demo from a staff member named Renato. He showed up the "Sticky Dates" body scrub and body lotion which were amazing. You could immediately tell the difference between my hands. I was sold on adding this to my Christmas list this year. The manager let us know that this is one of the few stores in CA that has Archive products so for any OGs that are missing some of their favorites this is the location to go to!!! Gia was so sweet upon checking out letting us know about other products that would go well with that we ended up purchasing. She was so sweet giving us a sample of the "Deep Sleep Magnesium Massage Bar" and informed us how magnesium helps with sleep. We left so happy with our friends first experience at Lush. Yesterday was my first time at the Lush Ontario Mills. Bri welcomed me into the store and informed me that this store carries discontinued products. I was so excited and asked right away if they had my favorite shower gel, flying fox. Bri & Bec informed me that I had just missed it, but offered the little bit of tester that was left. Bri took down my information and offered to call me if they get it again. Both Bri and Bec were so kind and welcoming, it was fun talking with them and trying their suggestion of the Lush perfume, Lust, in place of flying fox. Absolutely amazing experience. I usually don't leave reviews often, but I really had to give a special shout out to Gia (? I really do hope that was her name!) for creating such a wonderful and pleasant trip for me. It was my first trip to Ontario Mills, and my first time ever stepping into a Lush store - despite the mall being incredibly busy that Sunday afternoon, the store seemed a little more tame and quieter than everywhere else. I honestly wasn't expecting to purchase anything; I was simply curious to know what products Lush carries and their overall vibe haha. Gia was incredible, she walked up to me shortly after I stepped in and asked what I was looking for, and when I explained it was my first time there she was so excited to show me around!! We spent a decent amount of time going through the store and her showing me a bunch of products I wasn't even aware Lush sold, and I even found a few items that I made a list to go back for in the future! She's honestly great - the conversations were so pleasant, my questions were definitely answered ; there was even a point where I felt pretty shy to ask for a product with a different scent, but she caught on quickly and asked if it was too citrusy for me and immediately showed me a few others haha. I ended up purchasing a couple of items for my upcoming trip, but I'm definitely checking out the rest of the products she recommended me that day. Overall, I really did enjoy visiting the store and being able to meet someone like her. It's not often that you see that type of customer service nowadays, especially with busy foot traffic on weekends; I've worked retail for about 4 years as well so I understand that it can be tough sometimes, so I'm really grateful to have met somebody as amazing like her!! By FAR my favorite Lush location to visit! As soon as you walk in you're greeted with a welcoming smile and I always feel like I'm the only one even in a busy store. Staff is very knowledgeable and hands on. I love hearing about how you're able to use certain products in various ways. You truly get a tailored experience every time! I usually bring my 4 year old daughter in and she's always been treated like a VIP. The staff encourages her to play and look around she's usually treated with a bath bomb demonstration which she always enjoys. I absolutely love the atmosphere of this location.
