Well back to eye lashes, I always wanted them after I considered loosing my original lashes are from mine's thinning out. Again because of the new look, I think that's a better way of saying it, because of the recent new look , I didn't want to look fake. I like that expression better. My daughter had me to get natural or simply put not longe at all. At first I thought it was to much but as I look in the mirror it was perfectly done and the young lady did a great job. I got schooled on how to take care of them. They first tried to sale me a brush and some cream, but I wasn't prepared to spend anymore money, so I didn't get them . So they gave me some sample to use and since I came home with them they have worked perfectly. I've gotten quite a few compliments and from some professionals as well asking if they were my own lashes. So ladies it up to you if you decide to get them done.no matter how thick or long you get them. But I still prefer natural.

And I was told this pretty much as soon as I checked in once I made the 35min drive from their other sister location. They did rectify the situation by discounting the service for their mistake, but the experience just still left me feeling a bit disappointed. Initially I wasn't a huge fan of my lashes just because I felt like there were some spots that didn't look very filled in. But it took about 24hrs for it to grow on me. She did somewhat give me the look I asked for--not too much and something that accentuated my face without being overtly appearing as false lashes. And I know the reason why it didn't look the same was because they had to substitute for the look I usually go far due to them not having the correct lashes in stock. Because of this I just know I can't come back because we're supposed to leave our lash appointment feeling our most beautiful or "upgraded" self but I just left feeling a bit let down.

Well lit shopping space, lots of super friendly, welcoming and personable staff to answer any questions, skin concerns, and help you try out and match things to whatever your preferences are. Lots of other LUSH locations have filled bowls with soap, bath bomb crumbles everywhere, the not best product out due to people grabbing and trying things, but this is hands down the cleanest one and despite having a super popular collaboration going on (Sanrio), they were well stocked AND had a good stock of past collab goods too (Paddington, Minions, and even the Super Mario movie). You'd be hard pressed to find that at other locations. Store is larger than others and the way they display bath bombs is ingenious. You can see everything on the wall, it's not tip toeing up and to look at items on a higher shelf, you're not dropping or accidentally rolling it off the table, and it's aesthetically pleasing. This location has a lot of different sizes for the fragrances and variety available too. Hands down probably one of the best LUSH that I've been to.

When I agreed to purchase the one she offered ($75, which came out to $80 with tax), I handed her a $100 bill. She told me she couldn't accept it because she had already taken a $100 earlier in the day and would have to "recount everything" for closing. She even pulled out the $100 bill to show me. She made it sound like her closing procedures were my problem, which felt very unprofessional and dismissive. I found this especially frustrating because this store is located at Victoria Gardens -- a very busy shopping center -- and it's hard to believe they can't provide $20 in change. The way it was handled felt rude and unnecessary, and it ruined what should have been a simple purchase.
