Oh I love Bella! The people that work there are so nice! They give you time to browse. I will look around in there for 45 min and glad they aren't bothering me. But when I need help I come towards the register area and they almost run to help. Yes it looks more than a little cluttered with wigs, but I'm glad because their selection is very good and you can find wonderful wigs, sometimes at some amazingly low prices. I got a human hair long blond 613 for less than $50 and it has held up very well. So if you don't mind squeezing through the aisles, give it a chance. The owner lady is so sweet I'd like to take her home with me. Once they know your face, you get the best customer service ever! Like, an hour on wigs asking questions and their VERY GOOD feedback about color and style on you. Much rather go here than Bobo's any day.. Love love love this place. They have everything!! Hair products, tools, nail polish, accessories... The prices are awesome and you don't need some lame membership card. I once came for a jumbo dryer comb extension and it was closed. I went to three other places. No one else had it. Lessons learned. Now I buy them in 2's just in case. I went in after admiring someone else's wig and was very motivated to buy. What a mess -- wigs all over the place. They were piled up everywhere. The woman at the front desk was very friendly but did not make an effort to help me. She called someone from the back and they were even less helpful. For all the wigs in this place, they make no effort to actually sell one. There is no designated spot to try on wigs except for a tiny ledge below a mirror (all placed too high if you are just 5' tall). No place to sit, put down your purse -- just this tiny ledge. How in the world anyone can make a selection with his bare minimum setting is beyond me. If they offered some help and a place to try on wigs, they could sell a lot more of them. The place looks like a hoarder's paradise, it made me claustrophobic and after a valiant try to work with these limitations, I left in disgust. read more

Sandy takes care of you here, I came in desperately wanted to lighten my ombré & she directed me towards the bleach (advised me not to do it though because it might damage my hair too much since I had tried the out of the box blonde dye earlier) but I'm as stubborn as a mule so I didn't listen but still she was kind enough to direct me in the how to department, (she even mentioned she cuts hair if I was to mess it up, haha! Around two months ago I went to big lots to shop for some christmas presents and I came across a beauty supply store called bella beauty supplies. I walked in thinking I was going to just buy some hair supplies and go, but I noticed that there was a hair salon in the back of the store. There was a sign that said eyebrow threading for $10 dollars, thus I figured I would give it a shot. The woman who did my eyebrows was name Cici and she was absolutely the most friendly person I have met. Not only did she do a great job on my eyebrows, but also gave me a $2 dollar discount due to the fact I was a new customer. Since then I have been going back every month to get my eyebrows redone. BTW, she also does haircuts, but so far I will stick to the eyebrows. You must go to her! read more

I only rated this place as pricey because the products I buy there are pricey, but that is what I want. I find them reasonable for the products I get. They carry all kinds of products from the high-end to the low, and keep themselves well-stocked I especially appreciate that they are so attuned to customer desires. I have noticed that they have branched out into a lot of products for natural African-American hair and offer a variety there now. Also, whenever something new comes out from a line they carry and I want it, they actually follow up and try to get it. Went in and it was cluttered. lady at front desk friendly but no one was there to help. Believe it or not a young girl A Customer helped me. She shops there and she knew what exactly I needed. Gave advise what to get for my hair needs. No one even asked if they could help me. They need to clean up that place and get it organized. Things a mess. Don't think I will be going back there.
