My girlfriend Lauren had I-tip extensions installed here on December 27 as a Christmas gift I paid for--$800 in cash. To start the extensions were of less quality than the bargain ones I got her from Ali baba, However if that was the only issue I wouldn't even be writing this review. If you should choose not to heed this warning and go to this salon anyways the stylist name is Jennifer do yourself and your pocket book a favor and pick someone else although I'm unable to verify if the other stylist there are more professional and it goes to reason that a place willing to staff a decidedly unprofessional acting "professional stylist" such as Jennifer that like company tends to congregate and their quality care is their quality care so proceed with caution, unless you have a thousand dollars your simply willing to burn for a horrible experience but to each their own I guess, here is what we received: Within the first week the extensions started falling out. One came out almost immediately, three before the second week and more followed. By the second week of February ,14 of the extensions sat in a ziplock bag and that was what was left of my gift to her before Valentine's Day. To date they kept coming and we've been left with we me trying to install them back myself and most of the ones that remain were put in by me someone with zero experience in the matter, This obviously shouldn't happen so soon after a professional installation however people have off days so we were willing to reach out to correct the problem , no harm no foul right?wrong , after reaching out to Jennifer and explaining the situation I got one response , "who is this?" Then after explaining AGAIN several times I've gotten nothing but ghosted, 800 dollars is no small expense for us and I saved up considerably just to get this done for her as we've come into hard financial times and she's been left without being able to get it done for several years now so the install was actually a pretty big deal and one she was incredibly excited about and what we've received is just something I never would have expected to have to live with from someone who calls themselves a professional. paying that much for a professional service , I don't think it's unreasonable to expect results that last longer than a single week Seeing Lauren so excited about getting her hair done again after such a long time made the disaster that was placed on her head that much more heartbreaking .Seeing them fall out like this has been upsetting and embarrassing for her. We reached out multiple times trying to resolve the issue and schedule a correction appointment, but unfortunately we haven't received a response. We would much rather have handled this directly and given the stylist Jennifer the opportunity to make it right. All we've been asking for is a proper correction appointment and a full check of the installation so the extensions are secure, which seems like a reasonable expectation for a service of this price. To be fair I have not spoken to the owner and it's still entirely possible that upon reading this that they are unaware they have a stylist in their mix giving their establishment a bad name. It's possible the others aren't like this and I want to be fair but also want people to be informed so what happened to us doesn't happen to them. I'm leaving this review because communication and accountability matter, especially when clients invest this kind of money and trust in a professional service. If the salon is willing to address the issue and correct the installation, we would absolutely update this review and would expect no less from any establishment masquerading around as a professional service , only time will tell I guess. Five stars for service! The service here was great. The gentlemen helping me was such a kind soul. I was around the area and needed to buy more hair products, I knew there was a store in this plaza so decided to stop by. While walking in I was already greeted kindly in. The man helped me with all my questions and even help me with my new shampoo and conditioner. He was able to listen to all my concerns and gave his advice on what products work and wouldn't for my hair type. The products I actually came in was actually not good for oily scalp so I'm glad I asked. So far, I have use the conditioner, he recommended, and like it a lot. Beauty Touch sells a bunch of hair items and beauty products. The shampoo and conditioner comes in different sizes and even the jumbo sizes. They even sell it for a bit cheaper than I see at the big name brand stores. I think I at least save about a couple of bucks coming here and getting the same products. Extra bonus you are helping a business in the community. Overall, if you're looking to restock your hair products or need some hair products advice come check this place out. read more

I've been coming to Jennifer for my sew in extensions for several months now and I have to say she is the best at what she does! Her technique allows the extensions to feel very comfortable and last twice as long. It looks so natural that no one can ever tell I have extensions. Her salon also includes extensions with many colors and lengths of real hair, so there is no ordering and waiting for your hair. I've had other hair technicians do my extensions and the extensions were not as comfortable or well placed. Jennifer has spent over 40 years perfecting her craft and was an instructor for many years. Her service is also reasonably priced. I was lucky to find her and I would highly recommend her to anyone who has or wants weft sew in extensions. read more

After damaging my hair I was worried to go out and get extensions, but now I can say I'm glad that I did. Jennifer did an amazing job picking out my exact color, as well as making sure to pay very close attention to my hair. The process was quick, though came out perfect! I often hear other extensions stories of how the colors never match their natural hair which definitely was in the back of my mind. I'm pleased to say that, that was not my experience at all. I bought clip in extensions and less than two hours later went to return them because when I unfolded them after I got them home there was a bright line of highlights that didn't show through on the packaging. They refused the return and would not even offer store credit. I understand return restrictions but this is very poor customer service if they expect to have loyal return customers. well the man/owner is extremely nice, well informed and educated in hair loss for women. he makes suggestions that are not always for his store. very considerate. however, if he is not there, the girls do not know anything including prices. they have to call someone at another store to ask based on description of items. I don't like this method at all. they are always on their cell phones and barely acknowledge anyone that enters. they offer no help and seem bothered by customers. so, I am done here because I can't go and hang out waiting for one person that helps customers. too bad but it is what it is. read more
