I drove 15 miles after being referred from another store where the staff was very helpful, but unfortunately, they did not have the item I needed. At this location, however, the employees were simply walking around or talking among themselves. When I finally got someone to assist me, he had no idea how to help and made no effort to find a solution. He just said, "We don't have it," or "I've never seen those here." At the other store, employees were at least scanning items and trying to help me find the right one. That level of effort was completely missing here.
