Great store. Saved me from spending another $400 on a vacuum. Explained everything in detail and brought my 4 year old vacuum back to life.

This was my first time visiting a fabric store. I was completely clueless. The staff, and some of the customers, were incredibly helpful.

My youngest daughter have been struggling with learning how to drive. My eldest daughter and I…read moretried to teach her, but we needed to bring in the professionals. I found Sarah's Driving & Traffic School online. They are conveniently located in Upland. I gave them a call to find out more information. I spoke with Sarah, the owner. Very pleasant and nice lady. She was professional, informative, and answered all my questions. Thank you Sarah! After speaking with Sarah, I was comfortable in booking 3x sessions 2 hrs per session for a total of 6 hours of driving school instructions for my daughter. Booking and payment were made easy online. The purchase is good for one year from the date of purchase. When you're ready for the 1st session, just call or text them to schedule it. They are open from Monday through Friday. Even though their business office is closed on the weekends, their driving instructors are available to teach on the weekends which is perfect for us. Driving instructor, Monica, was excellent and amazing! She was very friendly and provided clear feedback on my daughter's driving. Thank you Monica! Appointment reminders and after driving lesson follow-up were made timely. My daughter has now completed her 6 hours. She's not quite ready to take her driving test, but she feels a whole lot more confident with her driving. Thank you again Sarah and Monica for making the whole experience exceptional for my daughter and me! If you are in need of professional driving instructions, search no more. Sarah's Driving & Traffic School is for you! Highly recommend!!

I got lucky to find this school close by and for my job to sponsor me to take the excel boot camp. I wanted to refresh the things I learned in college almost 20 years ago but haven't used much since. And also to just step my excel game up in general so I could actually make excel do things for me as opposed to using it simply for data entry. I did the basic boot camp that spanned 3 consecutive Saturday sessions. Nice, clean and private learning facility in a cool location downtown upland. The instructor was Michael and he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and good and explaining the information and fielding questions as we moved through the material. The classes were broken up into nice lesson segments and although each had a different main focus there were recurring things a lot too which helped seeing them integrated in different contexts. I feel confident that practicing the skills we learned in class will help me utilize excel much more efficiently and I feel that with this base I could also teach myself new things more effectively too using online aids. Highly recommend the class and instructor!

You really get whatever you make out of your time there . I enjoyed learning new stuff, my fellow students were all really nice and I miss them all already . The school is here to get you ready to take your test so you dont learn EVERYTHING but you learn allot . They did shuffle teachers around a bit but i learned something from each of my teachers miss Linda taught me how important cleanliness is to both the esthetician and the client , miss Sierra was there when I needed help with doing peels and advice about products ,miss Hannah was there for me when I had to do my first bikini wax ( I was so nervous ) miss Britney taught me how to keep my cool at the front desk ... if your considering this school book your appointment to talk to miss adrian shes very nice and can help u get started !! Also our director miss veronica was very hands on popping in to say hi and check on us every now and then she was easy to talk to the whole staff and students were just amazing im so glad I stuck it thru great experience

I don't blame the student because they're there to learn and practice with help of their instructors. And this time around the instructor I believe her name was Sierra was very condescending towards her student and client/me! It really depends on who you get. In my opinion the student handled the situation way better than Sierra the instructor, if she was so unhappy to be there then don't be there!

My Experience With SBD All Stars I would do negative stars…read moreif I could but here is 1 Parents, Please Do Your Research Before Enrolling Your Children I want to share my experience with SBD All Stars because I believe other parents deserve to know about the concerns I experienced as a parent. I enrolled my daughter, expecting her to receive proper instruction, guidance, and supervision from qualified coaches in a safe and encouraging environment. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what I expected. My daughter became afraid to attend practice. She was uncomfortable with the coaching environment and did not feel comfortable speaking up about what she was experiencing. As a parent, it is heartbreaking to discover that your child has been feeling this way while attending an activity that is supposed to be fun, encouraging, and confidence building. I also raised concerns about the use of younger junior coaches to instruct children, the level of supervision provided, and whether the instruction being offered matched what parents were led to expect when enrolling. I had concerns about the facility itself as well, including a drop outside an emergency exit and plywood beneath the flooring. What disappointed me just as much was the response I received from the owner, Charisma Jones. To her credit, she acknowledged my concerns in writing and stated that SBD was reviewing the coaching concerns and addressing the facility issues I brought forward. However, when I formally requested a refund, her response was that SBD would not issue one because the commitment form states that payments are nonrefundable. There was very little offered in the way of an actual resolution. Which I think breaks the contact since they were crooked on their end. I also reviewed the paperwork I signed and noticed that the contract buyout section contained dates from the 2025-2026 season, even though the agreement was for 2026-2027. This raised additional questions for me about the paperwork and how its terms were being applied. I understand that businesses have policies, and I understand that parents sign agreements when enrolling their children. However, I do not believe a nonrefundable policy should automatically end the conversation when a parent raises serious concerns about their child's experience, supervision, instruction, and facility safety. I did not withdraw my daughter because I simply changed my mind. I withdrew her because she was afraid to return, and I no longer felt comfortable having her participate under those circumstances. As a mother, my child's well-being will always come before a business's financial policy. I am sharing this experience so other parents know to ask questions about who is actually coaching their children, what qualifications and supervision are provided, what the facility conditions are like, and exactly what they are agreeing to before signing a commitment form. I wish things had worked out differently for my daughter. No child should feel afraid to attend an activity they were originally excited to participate in. The sad part is I AM NOT THE ONLY PARENT that has felt this way and has pulled their child from the program. I'm just the one making noise! And now I'm blocked to requesting a refund on Venmo where they accepted payments to a private account knowing that we can't report it because it's not a business account, why would I get blocked if I didn't hit a nerve and they didn't think they were wrong to some degree?
