They charged me a really good price on my pants to get the zipper sewn back on. However, they never called me to tell me the pants were done. I understand that this wasn't a high ticket item, but I thought they would treat their customers with low ticket items with the same respect. The pants themselves were in great condition and they did a good job repairing. However, their lack of communication is the reason I'm not giving them a perfect review.

She let us shop around and she waited for us. We tried to shop quickly. I wish I could spend longer time there. Definitely, I will go again.

We were invited to take a trial class today, it turned out marvelously as my little one was able to get individual attention and step-by-step guidance from Phebie. The shop is a beautiful space showcasing rare talents for an art form that is sadly often overlooked by mass produced quick fashion of the season. The yard shop is within the Claremont packing house, acai bowls, coffee, lunch, bookstore are all within the building with free parking next door to boot, it is a great place to spend a day.

I emailed Sew…read moreHappy on April 27 to ask if they could embroider my wife's business logo on a very nice and very expensive Headley & Bennett apron that was going to be a Mother's Day gift. I didn't expect a quick response back because I emailed them on a Saturday but Christi from Sew Happy responded back to me within two hours. She informed me of the cost to digitize the logo and the cost for the embroidery and I was very happy with the price. I stopped by their shop to drop off the apron the following Monday and within a couple of days she sent me a sample of the embroidered logo which I was incredibly pleased with. I went ahead and approved the embroidery and two days later I was notified that the apron was ready to be picked up. The logo is brown and so is the apron but the photo doesn't show how nice it looks in person. Most importantly, my wife loved the final result. We plan to return to Sew Happy to have them embroider the logo on some shirts, caps and canvas bags. Christi and her husband are so sweet. The two times that I met with them we talked for over 10 minutes. The image with the white background is the sample. The image with the brown background is the apron. I highly recommend using Sew Happy's services for your embroidery needs. While I was there I discovered that they do alot of work for the Claremont Colleges where I work. I look forward to using their services again very soon.
