My daughter's tote bag project with 6 pockets and a zipper.

My daughter went with her 3 besties for their summer camp week. And they had an amazing time. Their projects were so impressively done. Other than my daughter, the other girls never sewed before. But you wouldn't have known it. It was amazing with what they came back with. They can't wait until another session next Summer. The studio is organized, clean and very professional. The staff friendly and in a great location. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to learn how to sew.

Bomber jacket project. Student gets to pick their fabric of choice.

Ms. Yvonne is absolutely AMAZING, kind, and patient. She has a true talent in working with children and knowing how to teach them the skill of sewing at their pace. My eldest started sewing classes via Zoom during the pandemic, then in-person once the studio opened. My daughter has come home happy every time and the sense of pride she has after she has completed her creation is EVERYTHING. My other daughter has been at the studio since it opened in-person. She had no previous experience and Ms. Yvonne has been instrumental in developing her skills. My daughter went from having no interest in sewing to not being able to wait for her next class. I HIGHLY recommend Bumblebunch Sewing Studio. It's the best! Check out their website and IG account.

(Musical Theater 1, Musical Theater 2, tap 1, tap/ballet , jazz and HipHop)He went from a boy with anxiety to this confident performer. He was in his second musical Mary Poppins this past weekend. To see him perform with the biggest smile made me cry. He was confident and was so excited about the show. The show was AMAZING!!!!!!!!It's been great watching not just my son but many of the cast members just grow in theater. Thank You Mr.Frank and Mrs.Yesenia for bringing out the best in my son. He himself thanked them after the show for teaching him the songs and the choreography. All his teachers are all wonderful , Mrs.Megan , Miss. Larissa, Miss. Jenna, Miss. Jack , thank you ALL for not giving up on my son. A special shout out to Miss. Jack. Andrew wanted to try tap. Since the class has been practicing for a few months Andrew felt discouraged since they were already learning the song that they will be performing on the summer showcase. After trying the class he didn't want to continue since he was just starting and felt lost. Miss Jack told him she sees his talent and he can do it. She told him to come back the next week and try again. He tried again and he felt that he couldn't do it. Miss.Jack told him to think about it , she believes in him, if he still don't feel comfortable he can enroll after the summer showcase and start from the beginning. She was very sweet to him. On our way home he decided he wanted to continue!!! His words " mom , Miss.Jack believes in me. I want to take her class , I can do it " He's doing amazing. She knew how much he did want to take her class and encouraged him. I can't wait to see him on stage in June for the summer showcase. I also want to give a shout out to the parent volunteers. They're very helpful, it was so nice to hear from them how Andrew has grown so much in theater. Another shout out to Kyle , the front receptionist for being helpful and answering my million questions haha. Us parents don't just cheer for our kids we cheer for all the kids. I am thankful I found Valverde. They have help mold my son in this confident , happy , positive young performer. Can't wait to see him continue growing in theater !! If you are considering this studio , give them a call. Your child can try a class for free. Everyone there is wonderful!

It was like an educational hands on field trip for us. Also a fun way to be more creative and collaborative with another ceramic studio. I had a fantastic experience last year and when I found out that we were going to be able to return this year, I jumped on the opportunity! They provide the glazes, the brushes and their expertise. There were several people helping us during this event. Every single staff member was an expert in Raku. They knew so much about their glazes and combinations, the entire firing operation, reduction and post firing procedures. There's a lot of down time while waiting for the kiln to reach its optimum temperature. We got to ask the staff all kinds of questions. They were eager to interact with us: warm and inviting, full of great advice and really knowledgeable ceramicists. Such great team work! They don't talk down to anyone, even praised some of our potter's art work. I loved hearing people share how they made their pieces, and I was proud to share my own story about the construction of my "bird bath" - as one of my fellow ceramicist called it. The participation between the two studios was phenomenal! Thank you Dave, Erik, Oscar, Mary, Darrell and Elise. Sorry that Scott wasn't with us today. You guys are fantastic!!! By the way, thanks to you, Dave and Erik, I absolutely love the way my pieces came out! Your patience and advice made my day. For those of you nay sayers, I've been doing ceramics since 1972, so I kind of think I know something about clay. Bravo! If I live long enough, I'll be back! A million stars for the Clay Yard!
